The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The flow charts shown in the figures are merely illustrative and do not necessarily include all of the contents and operations/steps nor must they be performed in the order described. For example, some operations/steps may be decomposed, combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a water heater, the water heater and a computer readable storage medium. Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments and features of the embodiments described below can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a water heater including a heating device 11, a first flow path 12, a second flow path 13, a water softening device 14 and a valve assembly 15, wherein a water outlet of the heating device 11 is communicated with one end of the first flow path 12 and one end of the second flow path 13, the other end of the first flow path is communicated with a water inlet of the water softening device 14, the other end of the second flow path 13 is communicated with a water outlet of the water softening device 14, and the valve assembly 15 is connected with the water softening device 14 and the second flow path 13.
Illustratively, the water heater has a water inlet and a water outlet, and tap water is obtained through the water inlet of the water heater and then directly enters the heating device 11 for heating, and heated and/or softened water flows out through the water outlet for use by a user.
Illustratively, the valve assembly 15 is in communication with the water outlet of the water softening device 14, and softened water can flow into the valve assembly 15. it will be appreciated that the valve assembly 15 can simultaneously regulate the water outlet flow of the second flow path and the water outlet flow of the water softening device.
For example, the water outlet of the heating device 11 is communicated with the water inlet of the water softening device 14 through the first flow path 12, that is, water enters the heating device 11 through the water inlet of the heating device 11, flows into the water softening device 14 through the first flow path 12 after being heated in the heating device 11, is softened in the water softening device 14, and then flows into the valve assembly 15 from the water outlet of the water softening device 14, wherein the water flowing out of the water outlet of the water softening device 14 is soft water.
It will be appreciated that when the water is softened by the water softener 14, the salt in the water softener 14 is consumed, and if the soft water is used in any water using situation, the salt in the water softener 14 is consumed too fast, which wastes resources.
Illustratively, the water outlet of the heating device 11 is also communicated with the valve assembly 15 through the second flow path 13, and since the water flowing out of the water outlet of the heating device 11 is not softened by the water softening device 14, the water flowing into the valve assembly 15 through the second flow path 13 has higher hardness.
For example, the end of the second flow path 13 connected to the water outlet of the heating device 11 may be connected to the first flow path 12 instead, and it is understood that the water outlet of the heating device 11 is connected to the first flow path 12, and a part of the heated water flows into the softening device 14 in the first flow path 12, and another part flows into the second flow path 13.
Illustratively, by adjusting the operating state of the valve assembly 15, the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 can be adjusted, so that the hardness of the water flowing out of the water heater, i.e., the hardness of the water used by the user, can be adjusted.
It can be understood that the valve assembly 15 can also be disposed on the first flow path 12 before the water softening device 14 along the water flow direction and connected to the first flow path 12 and the second flow path 13, so as to adjust the water flow of the first flow path 12, so as to adjust the water flow entering the water softening device 14, thereby adjusting the soft water flow flowing out of the water heater, and also achieve the technical effect of adjusting the hardness of the outlet water.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a water heater according to another embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the valve assembly 15 includes a first valve 151 and a second valve 152, the first valve 151 is connected to the water softening device 14 for adjusting the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14; the second valve 152 is provided in the second flow path 13 and adjusts the flow rate of the outlet water of the second flow path 13.
For example, the first valve 151 may be disposed before or after the water softening device 14 in the water flow direction of the first flow path 12 for the purpose of adjusting the outlet water flow of the water softening device 14.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a water heater according to another embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the water heater further includes a mixing device 16 disposed between the heating device 11 and the water softening device 14 and communicating with the first flow path 12 and the second flow path 13 for regulating the temperature of water entering the water softening device 14 to protect the water softening device 14.
Illustratively, the mixing device 16 may mix hot and cold water to adjust the water temperature, it being understood that the mixing device 16 may obtain heated water, unheated water and/or initial water, and mix for the purpose of adjusting the water temperature.
It can be understood that the embodiment provided in fig. 3 can be combined with the embodiments provided in fig. 1 or fig. 2 to achieve the purpose of adjusting the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater.
It will be appreciated that the first flow path 12 and the second flow path 13 have a connection point provided between the mixing device 16 and the heating device 11 to allow the mixing device 16 to regulate the temperature of the water entering the water softening device 14.
For ease of understanding, the following embodiments will be described in detail as applied to the water heater shown in fig. 1, it being understood that the water heater may be an electric water heater or a gas water heater.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a control method of a water heater according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The method can be used for household water, can enable a user to adjust the water supply ratio of hard water and soft water in real time in the water using process, increases the adjustability of the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater, can adapt to the water using scene and preference of the user, and can effectively save resources.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the water heater includes steps S101 to S102.
Step S101, determining a control command according to the posture information of the user.
For example, the gesture information of the user may be a certain fixed gesture of the user, a specific gesture posed by the user's limbs, such as a static motion of detecting the palm above the top of the head; or a dynamic gesture, such as detecting the arm lifting process, can be used as the gesture information of the user to determine the control command.
For example, the user's posture information may determine the hardness of the outlet water that the user desires to adjust during the water usage process, for example, the user may make the water heater flow out hard water when the user just starts to discharge water and waits for the temperature of the water to rise, make the water heater flow out soft water when taking a bath, and adjust the operating state of the valve assembly 15, so that the water heater flows out water with different hardness in different water usage periods.
In some embodiments, the water heater further comprises a detection device, the method further comprising: acquiring detection data within a preset range of the water heater through a detection device; and determining the posture information of the user according to the detection data in the preset range.
For example, a detection device is mounted on the water heater, and the detection device can be used for detecting the posture of the user, so that the water heater and/or the detection device can determine the posture information of the user according to the detected data.
It will be appreciated that the detected data may be any particular gesture, or may be a change from one gesture to another, to determine the user's gesture information.
For example, the preset range may be a region with a radius of 30cm and a water heater as a center, and when the user makes a specific gesture or a changed gesture in the region, the detection device may acquire the detection data, and the detected data is used to determine gesture information of the user.
It should be understood that the preset area is only an exemplary example, and the size and/or shape of the preset area are not limited, and the preset area may be determined according to the requirement and actual situation of the user.
The detection data in the preset range are obtained through the detection device, and the posture information of the user is determined according to the detection data, so that the user can be prevented from mistakenly opening and/or adjusting the water heater during other bathing in a bathroom, such as face washing and tooth brushing.
In some embodiments, the acquiring, by the detection device, the detection data within the preset range of the water heater includes: and acquiring detection data within a preset range of the water heater through a radar device and/or an infrared device.
For example, radar devices and/or infrared devices may be provided on the water heater to enable detection of the data.
For example, the radar device and/or the infrared device may detect position information of a plurality of detection points on the body of the user, and when it is detected that the position information of the plurality of detection points on the body of the user changes and/or the position information of the plurality of detection points matches preset position information, the posture of the user controlling the water heater may be considered, and posture information of the user may be determined according to the position information of the plurality of detection points.
In some embodiments, determining the gesture information of the user from the probe data comprises: determining posture information of the user from the detection data of at least two time points.
For example, when it is required to acquire the posture change of the user, the posture change of the user may be determined according to information detected by the detection device at least at two time points, so as to determine the posture information of the user.
For example, the posture of the user detected by the detection device at the previous moment is different from the posture of the user detected by the detection device at the current moment, and the change of the posture of the user can be determined according to the posture of the user detected by the detection device at the previous moment and the current moment, so as to determine the posture information of the user.
And S102, controlling the working state of the valve assembly 15 according to the control instruction to control the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14, so as to adjust the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater.
Illustratively, the valve assembly 15 connects the water outlet of the water softening device 14 with the second flow path 13. it will be appreciated that the second flow path 13 flows from the water outlet of the heating device 11 directly into the valve assembly 15 without passing through the water softening device 14, and thus the water flowing in the second flow path 13 is hard water. It can be understood that the water flowing into the valve assembly 15 from the water outlet of the water softening device 14 is soft water, and the water supply ratio of the water heater can be adjusted by adjusting the working state of the valve assembly 15, i.e. hard water, soft water or the mixed water of hard water and soft water can be obtained when the user uses water.
It is understood that the water supply ratio of the water heater can be controlled as in the embodiment provided in fig. 2, and the valve assembly 15 in fig. 2 comprises a first valve 151 and a second valve 152 respectively disposed in the first flow path 12 and the second flow path 13 to respectively control the water flow rate of the first flow path 12 and the water flow rate of the second flow path 13 to adjust the water supply ratio of the water heater, wherein the first valve 151 can also be disposed at the water outlet of the water softening device 14 for the purpose of controlling the water supply ratio of the soft water.
For example, according to the control instruction determined by the user posture information, the working state of the valve assembly 15 can be controlled, so that the valve assembly controls the outlet flow of the second flow path 13, that is, the outlet flow of hard water; and the outlet flow rate of the soft water device 14, i.e., the outlet flow rate of the soft water. It can be understood that if the valve assembly 15 controls the outlet flow of the second flow path 13 to be zero, the soft water flows out of the water heater; if the valve assembly 15 controls the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 to be zero, hard water flows out of the water heater; if the valve assembly 15 controls the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 to be non-zero, the water heater outputs mixed water of hard water and soft water. The valve assembly 15 can adjust the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater by controlling the outlet water flow of the second flow path 13 and the outlet water flow of the water softening device 14.
It can be understood that the above embodiments can be implemented in the water heater provided by at least one of fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 3 and/or the solution of fig. 2 and fig. 3, and if the water heater provided by fig. 2 is implemented, the purpose of controlling the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 can be achieved by controlling the working states of the first valve 151 and the second valve 152, so as to adjust the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater. The following embodiments can also be implemented in the water heater provided in at least one of fig. 1, 2, and 3, which are not described herein.
Illustratively, by determining a control instruction according to the posture information of the user and controlling the working state of the valve assembly 15 according to the control instruction, so that the valve assembly 15 controls the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14, thereby adjusting the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater, the user can adjust the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater in real time in the process of using water, and resources can be saved while meeting the water demand of the user.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a water heater according to another embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the water heater further comprises a third flow path 16, one end of the third flow path 16 is communicated with the water inlet of the heating device 11, and the other end is connected with the valve assembly 15; the working state of the valve assembly 15 is controlled according to the control instruction to control the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14, so as to adjust the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater, and the working state comprises the following steps: the working state of the valve assembly 15 is controlled according to the control instruction to control the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13, the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 and the water outlet flow of the third flow path 16, so as to adjust the outlet hardness of the water heater.
For example, the water heater usually needs to be externally connected with a tap water pipe to enable tap water, namely initial water to enter the water heater for heating, and it can be understood that the initial water can be directly used if water used by a user is not heated and is not softened.
Illustratively, the third flow path 16 allows the initial water to flow directly to the valve assembly 15 before entering the heating device 11, and when the user does not need to use heated hard water, the valve assembly 15 can be controlled to control the outflow of the third flow path 16 so that the user can obtain the initial water, which can save energy, and the absence of water flowing through the heating device 11 can reduce scaling of the heating device 11.
Illustratively, the valve assembly 15 can control the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13, the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 and the water outlet flow of the third flow path 16, so that users can obtain water with different hardness and different temperatures, and the water can be adapted to different water requirements of the users.
In some embodiments, the determining a control instruction according to the gesture information of the user includes: if the posture information of the user is the same as the preset action of increasing hard water, the determined control instruction is used for instructing the valve assembly 15 to increase the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and/or reduce the water outlet flow of the soft water device 14, so that the water outlet hardness of the water heater is increased.
For example, by comparing the user's gesture information with a preset action, if the gesture action obtained from the user's gesture information is the same as the preset action for increasing hard water, it may be considered that the user wants to increase the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater, that is, wants to increase the water supply ratio of hard water of the water heater.
For example, the posture information of the user is compared with the preset action, and a control command can be determined according to the comparison result, and the determined control command is used for indicating the working state of the valve assembly 15, so that the water heater adjusts the working state of the valve assembly 15, and if the water supply proportion of the hard water of the water heater is expected to be increased, the valve assembly 15 is indicated to increase the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and/or decrease the water outlet flow of the soft water device 14 so as to increase the water supply proportion of the hard water of the water heater.
If the posture information of the user is the same as the preset soft water adding action, the determined control command is used for instructing the valve assembly 15 to reduce the second flow path 13 and/or increase the water outlet flow of the soft water device 14, so as to reduce the water outlet hardness of the water heater.
For example, by comparing the posture information of the user with the preset action, if the posture action obtained by the posture information of the user is the same as the preset soft water adding action, it may be considered that the user wants to decrease the water hardness of the water heater, that is, wants to increase the water supply ratio of the water heater.
For example, the posture information of the user is compared with the preset action, and a control command can be determined according to the comparison result, where the determined control command is used to instruct the water heater to adjust the operating state of the valve assembly 15, so as to instruct the water heater to increase the water supply ratio of the water softening device 14 and/or instruct the valve assembly 15 to decrease the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 to increase the water supply ratio of the water softening device 14.
The control instruction for indicating the working state of the valve assembly 15 is determined through the posture information of the user, and the water supply proportion of the water heater can be adjusted in real time during the water using process of the user so as to meet the water using requirements of the user at different water using stages.
In some embodiments, thinking that you want to determine control instructions based on the user's gesture includes: and determining a control instruction according to the posture information and the voice information of the user.
For example, the control instruction may be determined simultaneously according to the gesture information and the voice information of the user, for example, when the voice information of the user is detected, such as turning on the control, the detection device is turned on to detect the gesture of the user, so as to determine the control instruction according to the gesture information of the user.
For example, after determining whether the water outlet proportion of the hard water of the water heater is increased or the water outlet proportion of the soft water of the water heater is increased according to the posture information of the user, the specific water supply proportion can be regulated and controlled through voice information.
For example, the water heater also has a display screen, so that the user can obtain the information of the current water supply ratio and adjust the water supply ratio through the voice information of the user, such as adding 10% soft water.
The control instruction is determined through the posture information and the voice information, and the water supply proportion of the water heater can be regulated and controlled more accurately.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: when the user finishes using water, recording the working state of the valve assembly 15 at the end and acquiring feedback information of the user; and adjusting the working state of the valve assembly 15 according to the feedback information of the user so that the water outlet of the water heater can be carried out according to the adjusted working state of the valve assembly 15 when the user uses water next time.
Illustratively, when the user finishes using water, i.e., finishes using the water for the next time, the operating state of the valve assembly 15 at the last moment before the water is finished is recorded, and the feedback information of the user is obtained, it is understood that the feedback information of the user can be obtained through a terminal connected to the water heater in communication, and/or can be directly obtained through the water heater.
For example, if the feedback information of the user is that no adjustment is needed, the operating state of the valve assembly 15 at the last moment before the end of the secondary water use is taken as the operating state of the valve assembly 15 when the user just starts to use water next time, so that the water supply ratio of the water heater during the next water use is the same as the water supply ratio of the water heater during the secondary water use, and the user experience is improved.
Illustratively, if the user still feels that the adjustment is needed after the secondary water use is finished, the working state of the valve assembly 15 is adjusted according to the information of hard water addition or soft water addition fed back by the user, so that the water heater can discharge water according to the working state of the adjusted valve assembly 15 when the user uses the water for the next time, and it can be understood that if the valve assembly 15 is adjusted, the water supply ratio of the water heater when the user uses the water for the next time is different from the water supply ratio of the water heater when the user uses the water for the next time.
The working state of the valve assembly 15 is adjusted through the feedback information of the user to determine the water supply proportion of the water heater when the user uses water next time, so that the water supply proportion of the water heater can meet the requirements of the user when the user uses the water heater next time, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: acquiring identity information of a user; establishing a mapping relation between the user and the working state of the valve assembly 15 according to the identity information of the user; the adjustment of the operating condition of the valve assembly 15 according to the feedback information of the user to enable the water heater to discharge water according to the operating condition of the adjusted valve assembly 15 when the user uses water next time comprises: and when the user uses water next time, determining the working state of the adjusted valve assembly 15 corresponding to the user based on the mapping relation so as to enable the water heater to discharge water according to the working state of the adjusted valve assembly 15.
For example, the identity information of the user may be obtained before the user uses water, for example, the water heater may be reserved for use by the terminal to obtain the identity information of the user, and the identity information of the user may also be determined according to the gesture of the user detected by the detection device.
For example, after the identity information of the user is determined, a mapping relation is established between the working state of the valve assembly 15 during the water using process of the user or the working state of the valve assembly 15 when the water using process of the user is finished, namely a corresponding relation is established between the current user and the working state of the valve assembly 15 during the whole water using process or the working state of the valve assembly 15 when the user finishes, so that when the water heater is used by the same user next time, the water supply proportion of the water heater can be adjusted according to the working state of the valve assembly 15 corresponding to the user.
It can be understood that, when a user prepares to use water, the water heater acquires the identity information of the user, and determines the working state of the valve assembly 15 corresponding to the identity information, so as to control the water outlet of the water heater according to the working state of the valve assembly 15 corresponding to the identity information, so as to meet the water demand of the user.
It can be understood that, the working state of the valve assembly 15 described above controls the water supply ratio of the water just discharged from the water heater, and in the process of using water by a user, the posture of the user can be changed to enable the water heater to determine a control instruction according to the posture information of the user, so as to adjust the working state of the valve assembly 15 immediately, and adjust the water supply ratio in the process of using water by the user, so as to meet the water requirements of the user at different stages in the process of using water.
