Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The flow charts shown in the figures are merely illustrative and do not necessarily include all of the contents and operations/steps nor must they be performed in the order described. For example, some operations/steps may be decomposed, combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a water heater, the water heater and a computer readable storage medium. Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments and features of the embodiments described below can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a water heater, which includes a heating device 11, a first flow path 12, a second flow path 13, a water softening device 14 and a valve assembly 15, wherein a water outlet of the heating device 11 is communicated with one end of the first flow path 12 and one end of the second flow path 13, the other end of the first flow path is communicated with a water inlet of the water softening device 14, the other end of the second flow path 13 is communicated with a water outlet of the water softening device 14, and the valve assembly 15 is connected with the water softening device 14 and the second flow path 13.
Illustratively, the water heater has a water inlet and a water outlet, tap water is obtained through the water inlet of the water heater, and then directly enters the heating device 11 for heating, and heated and/or softened water flows out through the water outlet for the user to use.
Illustratively, the valve assembly 15 is in communication with the water outlet of the water softening device 14, and softened water can flow into the valve assembly 15. it will be appreciated that the valve assembly 15 can simultaneously regulate the water outlet flow of the second flow path and the water outlet flow of the water softening device.
For example, the water outlet of the heating device 11 is communicated with the water inlet of the water softening device 14 through the first flow path 12, that is, water enters the heating device 11 through the water inlet of the heating device 11, flows into the water softening device 14 through the first flow path 12 after being heated in the heating device 11, is softened in the water softening device 14, and then flows into the valve assembly 15 from the water outlet of the water softening device 14, wherein the water flowing out of the water outlet of the water softening device 14 is soft water.
It can be understood that when the water is softened by the water softener 14, the salt in the water softener 14 needs to be consumed, and if the soft water is used in any water using situation, the salt in the water softener 14 is consumed too fast, which wastes resources.
Illustratively, the water outlet of the heating device 11 is also communicated with the valve assembly 15 through the second flow path 13, and since the water flowing out of the water outlet of the heating device 11 is not softened by the water softening device 14, the water flowing into the valve assembly 15 through the second flow path 13 has higher hardness.
Illustratively, the end of the second flow path 13 communicating with the water outlet of the heating device 11 may instead communicate with the first flow path 12, and it is understood that the water outlet of the heating device 11 communicates with the first flow path 12, and a part of the heated water flows into the softening device 14 in the first flow path 12, and another part of the heated water flows into the second flow path 13.
Illustratively, by adjusting the operating state of the valve assembly 15, the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 can be adjusted, so that the hardness of the water flowing out of the water heater, i.e., the hardness of the water used by the user, can be adjusted.
It can be understood that the valve assembly 15 can also be disposed on the first flow path 12 and connected to the first flow path 12 and the second flow path 13, and the water flow rate of the first flow path 12 can be adjusted to adjust the water flow rate entering the water softening device 14, thereby adjusting the soft water flow rate flowing out of the water heater, and achieving the technical effect of adjusting the hardness of the outlet water.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a water heater according to another embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the valve assembly 15 includes a first valve 151 and a second valve 152, the first valve 151 is connected to the water softening device 14 for adjusting the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14; the second valve 152 is provided in the second flow path 13 and adjusts the flow rate of the outlet water of the second flow path 13.
For example, the first valve 151 may be disposed before or after the water softening device 14 in the water flow direction of the first flow path 12 for the purpose of adjusting the outlet water flow of the water softening device 14.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a water heater according to another embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the water heater further includes a mixing device 16 disposed between the heating device 11 and the water softening device 14 and communicating with the first flow path 12 and the second flow path 13 for regulating the temperature of water entering the water softening device 14 to protect the water softening device 14.
Illustratively, the mixing device 16 may mix hot and cold water to adjust the water temperature, it being understood that the mixing device 16 may take heated water and unheated water and mix for the purpose of adjusting the water temperature.
It can be understood that the embodiment provided in fig. 3 can be combined with the embodiments provided in fig. 1 or fig. 2 to achieve the purpose of adjusting the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater.
For ease of understanding, the following embodiments will be described in detail as applied to the water heater shown in fig. 1, it being understood that the water heater may be an electric water heater or a gas water heater.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a control method of a water heater according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The method can be used for household water, can enable a user to select hard water, soft water or mixed water of the hard water and the soft water according to the actual condition of water use, increases the hardness selectivity of the water outlet of the water heater, can adapt to the water use scene and preference of the user, and can effectively save salt in the water softening device 14.
As shown in fig. 4, the control method of the water heater includes steps S101 to S102.
And step S101, acquiring user information of a user.
For example, the user information of the user may be information for characterizing the identity of the user, for example, a facial image, a body image, and/or a fingerprint of the user may be acquired as the user information.
For example, the water usage preference of the user in different water usage scenarios can be determined through the user information of the user, for example, the user prefers hard water when washing dishes, and prefers soft water when washing, so that the water heater can be adjusted to flow water with different hardness in different water usage scenarios.
For example, the gender of the user can be determined through the user information of the user, generally, most male users have low requirements on the hardness of water, most female users want to bath with soft water, and the hardness of the water discharged from the water heater can be adjusted according to the gender of the user.
Step S102, controlling the operating state of the valve assembly 15 according to the user information to control the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14, so as to adjust the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 1, the valve assembly 15 connects the second flow path 13 with the water outlet of the water softening device 14, and it can be understood that the second flow path 13 flows out from the water outlet of the heating device 11 and directly into the valve assembly 15 without passing through the water softening device 14, and the water flowing in the second flow path 13 is hard water. The water flowing into the valve assembly 15 from the water outlet of the water softening device 14 is soft water, and the mixing ratio of the water can be adjusted by adjusting the working state of the valve assembly 15, that is, the user can obtain hard water, soft water or the mixed water of hard water and soft water when using the water.
Illustratively, according to the obtained user information, the working state of the valve assembly 15 is controlled, so that the valve assembly 15 controls the outflow of the second flow path 13, that is, the outflow of hard water; and the outlet flow rate of the soft water device 14, i.e., the outlet flow rate of the soft water. It can be understood that if the valve assembly 15 controls the outlet flow of the second flow path 13 to be zero, the soft water flows out of the water heater; if the valve assembly 15 controls the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 to be zero, hard water flows out of the water heater; if the valve assembly 15 controls the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 to be non-zero, the water heater outputs mixed water of hard water and soft water. The valve assembly 15 can adjust the hardness of the water discharged from the water heater by controlling the water outlet flow.
It can be understood that the above embodiments can be implemented in the water heater provided by at least one of fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and/or the solution provided by combining fig. 2 and fig. 3, and when the water heater provided by fig. 2 is implemented, by controlling the operating states of the first valve 151 and the second valve 152, the purpose of adjusting the outlet water flow of the second flow path 13 of the water heater and the outlet water flow of the water softening device 14 can be achieved, so as to adjust the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater. The following embodiments can also be implemented in the water heater provided in at least one of fig. 1, 2, and 3, which are not described herein.
Illustratively, by obtaining user information of a user and controlling the operating state of the valve assembly 15 according to the user information, so that the valve assembly 15 controls the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14, thereby adjusting the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater, the user can obtain water with different hardness under different water requirements, meanwhile, the softening device 14 also comprises a regeneration function, the reduction of the use of the softening device 14 can save salt in the softening device 14, and the softening device 14 is arranged behind the heating device 11, so that salt in the softening device 14 can be prevented from entering the heating device 11.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a water heater according to another embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the water heater further comprises a third flow path 17, one end of the third flow path 17 is communicated with the water inlet of the heating device 11, and the other end is connected with the valve assembly 15; the working state of the valve assembly 15 is controlled according to the user information to control the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14, so as to adjust the hardness of the outlet water of the water heater, and the method comprises the following steps: the working state of the valve assembly 15 is controlled according to the user information to control the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13, the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 and the water outlet flow of the third flow path 17, so as to adjust the water outlet hardness of the water heater.
For example, the water heater usually needs to be externally connected with a tap water pipe to enable tap water to enter the water heater for heating, and it can be understood that tap water can be directly used if water used by a user is not required to be heated and is not required to be softened.
For example, the third flow path 17 allows tap water to flow directly to the valve assembly 15 before entering the heating device 11, and when the user does not need to use heated hard water, the valve assembly 15 can be controlled to control the outflow of the third flow path 17 so that the user can obtain unheated hard water, energy can be saved, and fouling of the heating device 11 can be reduced without flowing through the heating device 11.
It will be appreciated that the embodiment provided in figure 5 may be combined with the embodiment provided in figure 2 or figure 3, when combined with the embodiment provided in figure 2, i.e. the valve assembly 15 further comprises a third valve provided in the third flow path 17 for regulating the flow of water through the third flow path 17.
Illustratively, the valve assembly 15 can make the user get water with different hardness and different temperature by controlling the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13, the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 and the water outlet flow of the third flow path 17, so as to adapt to different water requirements of the user.
In some embodiments, obtaining user information for the user comprises: acquiring facial features and/or skin features of a user; controlling the operating state of the valve assembly 15 according to the user information to control the outlet water flow of the second flow path 13 and the outlet water flow of the water softening device 14 includes: the operation state of the valve assembly 15 is controlled according to the facial features and/or skin features of the user to control the outflow of the water from the second flow path 13 and the outflow of the water softening device 14.
For example, the user information may be facial features of the user, such as facial images, or skin features of the user, such as skin condition, and the operating state of the valve assembly 15 may be controlled by the facial features and/or skin features of the user to adjust the hardness of the water discharged from the water heater.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: judging the gender of the user according to the facial features of the user and/or judging the roughness of the skin of the user according to the skin features of the user; controlling the operation state of the valve assembly 15 according to the facial features and/or skin features of the user to control the outflow of the water from the second flow path 13 and the outflow of the water softening device 14 includes: the operation state of the valve assembly 15 is controlled according to the sex of the user and/or the roughness of the skin of the user to control the outflow of the water of the second flow path 13 and the outflow of the water softening device 14.
Illustratively, the gender of the user can be determined based on facial features of the user, and it is understood that the gender of the user can be determined from facial features that are different for males and females, and facial images of the user. The sex of the user using water may be determined based on facial features of the user obtained when the user uses water. It can be understood that the working state of the valve assembly 15 can be controlled by the sex of the user, generally, most male users do not have requirements on the hardness of water, the water heater can be controlled to discharge hard water through the valve assembly 15, and most female users want to use soft water, and the water heater 15 can be controlled to discharge soft water through the valve assembly.
For example, the roughness of the skin can be obtained by acquiring skin features of the user, for example, acquiring an image of a hand, extracting the skin features, and analyzing the skin features. It will be appreciated that the rougher the skin is to be considered as having no requirement for the hardness of the water, and that the outlet of hard water from the boiler can be controlled by the valve assembly 15.
For example, it can be determined whether the user has a demand for water temperature, and if the user has no demand for water temperature and has no demand for water hardness, the water heater can be controlled to discharge normal-temperature hard water through the valve assembly 15.
For example, the facial features and skin features of the user can be combined to make determination, so as to infer the water demand of the user, and the working state of the valve assembly 15 is controlled, so that the water outlet of the water heater meets the demand of the user.
Illustratively, the working state of the valve assembly 15 is controlled by the facial features and/or skin features of the user, so that the outlet hardness of the water heater can be controlled more accurately to meet the use requirements of the user.
In some embodiments, controlling the operation state of the valve assembly 15 according to the determined gender of the user to control the outlet water flow of the second flow path 13 and the outlet water flow of the water softening device 14 includes: if the sex of the user is determined to be male, the valve assembly 15 is controlled so that the water outlet flow rate of the second flow path 13 is greater than the water outlet flow rate of the water softening device 14.
For example, if the user is determined to be male, it can be considered that there is no demand for water hardness, the valve assembly 15 can be controlled to make the water outlet flow rate of the water softening device 14 zero, that is, the water flowing out of the water heater is hard water, or the valve assembly 15 can be controlled to make the water outlet flow rate of the second flow path 13 larger than the water outlet flow rate of the water softening device 14, that is, the water heater flows out mixed water of hard water and soft water, but the hard water accounts for a larger proportion than the soft water.
When there is no requirement for temperature, the valve assembly 15 can be controlled to make the water flow of the second flow path 13 and the water flow of the water softening device 14 be zero, and only the water flow of the third flow path 16 is maintained to be not zero, and at this time, the water flowing out of the water heater is also hard water.
If it is determined that the sex of the user is female, the valve assembly 15 is controlled such that the water outlet flow rate of the water softening device 14 is greater than the water outlet flow rate of the second flow path 13.
For example, if it is determined that the user is a female, it is considered that there is a demand for hardness of water, and it is desired to use soft water, the valve assembly 15 may be controlled to make the flow rate of the outlet water of the second flow path 13 zero, and only the outlet water of the soft water device 14 is maintained, so that the soft water flows out of the water heater, and it can be understood that the flow rate of the outlet water of the third flow path 16 is also zero in the case where the soft water is required to be used.
For example, if it is not necessary to use all the softened water, the valve assembly 15 can be controlled to make the water outlet flow rate of the water softening device 14 larger than that of the second flow path 13, so that the water heater can discharge mixed water of hard water and soft water, but the proportion of the soft water is larger than that of the hard water.
The valve assembly 15 is controlled by the determined gender of the user to adjust the hardness of the water outlet of the water heater, so that the hardness of the water can better meet the water requirements of users with different genders.
In some embodiments, controlling the operation state of the valve assembly 15 according to the determined skin roughness of the user to control the water outflow of the second flow path 13 and the water softening device 14 includes: the roughness of the skin of the user is positively correlated to the water outflow rate of the second flow path 13 and negatively correlated to the water outflow rate of the water softening device 14.
Illustratively, the water demand of the user can be determined by determining the skin roughness of the user, and it can be understood that the skin roughness of the user is positively correlated with the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and negatively correlated with the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14, that is, if the skin of the user is rougher, the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 is larger, and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14 is smaller; if the skin of the user is finer, the water outlet flow rate of the second flow path 13 is smaller, and the water outlet flow rate of the water softening device 14 is larger.
For example, the working state of the valve assembly 15 is controlled by the determined sex and/or the determined roughness of the user to control the water outlet flow of the second flow path 13 and the water outlet flow of the water softening device 14, so that the water demand of the user can be more accurately determined, the user experience can be improved, and resources can be saved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: acquiring the working state of the valve assembly 15 when a user uses water, wherein the working state of the valve assembly 15 when the user uses the water is used for indicating the water outlet flow of the second flow path and the water outlet flow of the water softening device in the water outlet process of the water heater; generating the water using habit of the user according to the working state of the valve assembly 15 when the user uses water; establishing a mapping relation between user information of a user and water using habits; controlling the operating state of the valve assembly 15 according to the user information includes: and controlling the working state of the valve assembly 15 according to the user information of the user based on the mapping relation between the user information of the user and the water usage habit.
For example, after determining the working state of the valve assembly 15, the water dispensing operation is performed, and during the water use process, the user may adjust, record the working state of the valve assembly 15 adjusted by the user, that is, the working state of the valve assembly 15 when the user uses water, and generate the water use habit of the user according to the working state.
For example, after the water usage habits are generated, the mapping relationship between the user information and the water usage habits is established according to the user information of the current water usage user, and it can be understood that one user information may correspond to a plurality of water usage habits, and the water usage habits may include any one of hardness of water, temperature, start time of water usage, and duration of water usage.
For example, after the user information is obtained, the water usage habit of the user can be determined based on the mapping relationship between the user information and the water usage habit, and the operating state of the valve assembly 15 can be controlled according to the water usage habit of the user, so that the water outlet of the water heater conforms to the water usage habit of the user.
Illustratively, by establishing a mapping relationship between the user information and the water usage habit of the user, the working state of the valve assembly 15 can be controlled in accordance with the actual water usage requirement of the user, so as to achieve the purpose of meeting the water usage expectation of the user and improve the usage experience of the user.
In some embodiments, the water heater further comprises a communication device, and the water heater is capable of being communicatively coupled to the sensing device via the communication device. The acquiring of the user information of the user comprises: and acquiring the user information collected from the sensing device through the communication device.
