Abstract

本发明提出了一种台包内衬的专用浇注料,包括以下重量分数的原料:棕刚玉颗粒60‑80%、棕刚玉细粉10‑20%、电熔莫来石1‑10%、硅线石1‑10%、氧化锆1‑5%和纯铝酸钙1‑5%。本发明采用整体浇筑时避免浇注料成型过程中出现微裂纹,耐火温度≥1950℃,耐压强度≥163MPa(1450℃×3h),热震稳定性(次)≥110次(1100℃水冷),台包的包龄达到了130次以上,减少了漏包现象。

一种台包内衬的专用浇注料
技术领域
本发明涉及浇注料技术领域,特别是指一种台包内衬的专用浇注料。
背景技术
目前工业硅、硅铁、铁水台包内衬,主要采用高铝砖砌筑,高铝砖含铝量达不到85%以上,体积密度小,砌筑缝隙多,不耐冲刷、不耐氧化、抗热震差、使用寿命短等缺陷,采用高铝砖砌筑包衬硅包使用在20-30次,另外还存在漏包或穿包现象。而已有的衬体浇注料若进行台包内衬的整体浇筑,材料固化收缩易出现微裂纹,影响台包的使用寿命。
CN101172847B公开了一种制备高温陶瓷耐磨衬体的浇注料,采用电熔莫来石、红柱石、板状刚玉、纯铝酸钙水泥、硅微粉、氧化铝微粉和减水剂等制备,浇注料的耐火温度>1790℃,热震稳定性(次)38(1100℃水冷),耐火温度以及热震稳定性有待进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明提出一种台包内衬的专用浇注料,采用整体浇筑时避免浇注料成型过程中出现微裂纹,耐火温度≥1950℃,耐压强度≥163MPa(1450℃×3h),热震稳定性(次)≥110次(1100℃水冷),台包的包龄达到了130次以上,减少了漏包现象。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种台包内衬的专用浇注料,包括以下重量分数的原料:棕刚玉颗粒60-80%、棕刚玉细粉10-20%、电熔莫来石1-10%、硅线石1-10%、氧化锆1-5%和纯铝酸钙1-5%。
进一步地,包括以下重量分数的原料:棕刚玉颗粒65-75%、棕刚玉细粉13-18%、电熔莫来石4-8%、硅线石4-8%、氧化锆1-3%和纯铝酸钙2-4%。
进一步地,包括以下重量分数的原料:棕刚玉颗粒70%、棕刚玉细粉15%、电熔莫来石5%、硅线石5%、氧化锆2%和纯铝酸钙3%。
进一步地,棕刚玉颗粒的粒径为-200目占70-90%。
进一步地,棕刚玉细粉的粒径为-250目占70-90%。
进一步地,电熔莫来石的粒径为-200目占70-90%。
进一步地,硅线石的粒径为-200目占70-90%。
进一步地,棕刚玉颗粒和棕刚玉细粉的含铝量在95%以上。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的台包内衬的专用浇注料中添加硅线石作为膨胀剂,采用整体浇筑时避免浇注料成型过程中出现微裂纹,同时也解决了砌筑缝隙问题,浇注料添加了莫来石、硅线石、氧化锆达到了抗热震、耐冲刷的效果,耐火温度≥1950℃,耐压强度≥163MPa(1450℃×3h),热震稳定性(次)≥110次(1100℃水冷);本发明的浇筑料提高了硅水台包使用次数,硅水台包的包龄达到了130次以上,减少了漏包现象。

棕刚玉颗粒的粒径为-200目占80wt%;棕刚玉细粉的粒径为-250目占80wt%;电熔莫来石的粒径为-200目占80wt%;硅线石的粒径为-200目占80wt%;棕刚玉颗粒和棕刚玉细粉的含铝量在95%以上。
实施例2
一种台包内衬的专用浇注料,包括以下重量分数的原料:棕刚玉颗粒65%、棕刚玉细粉20%、电熔莫来石6%、硅线石4%、氧化锆3%和纯铝酸钙2%。
棕刚玉颗粒的粒径为-200目占90%;棕刚玉细粉的粒径为-250目占90%;电熔莫来石的粒径为-200目占90%;硅线石的粒径为-200目占90%;棕刚玉颗粒和棕刚玉细粉的含铝量在95%以上。

将本发明制备的浇注料加水混合搅拌均匀后,注入模具内震动成型,制备的台包内衬包龄达到了130次以上,耐火温度≥1950℃,耐压强度≥163MPa(1450℃×3h),热震稳定性(次)≥110次(1100℃水冷)。
