Abstract
The invention provides a surface art color self-leveling mortar and a preparation method thereof, wherein the surface art color self-leveling mortar is prepared by mixing components such as hydrophobic pigment, cementing material, gypsum, filler, aggregate, water reducing agent, water retaining agent, defoaming agent, early strength agent, rubber powder and the like according to certain mass percent, and the hydrophobic pigment is self-drying resin color paste prepared by dispersing DPP scarlet, permanent yellow, phthalocyanine green, phthalocyanine blue, permanent violet or carbon black in a thermoplastic acrylic resin as a dispersion carrier in n-butyl acrylate or n-butyl acetate. The colored self-leveling floor is a floor material which is formed by adding water into portland cement and aluminate cement and can be quickly hardened on the floor according to the depression condition of the floor; in addition, the color of the self-leveling color is basically uniform, no obvious crack exists, the tensile strength and the compressive strength of the self-leveling color completely meet the use standard, the natural appearance of the cement texture is kept, and the self-leveling color is particularly suitable for surface decoration and leveling.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to cement self-leveling mortar, in particular to surface layer art color self-leveling mortar and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of ground decoration materials.
Background

Compared with the common self-leveling cement, the self-leveling cement of the color cement has the advantages that the product formula, the raw material selection, the production process flow and even the construction process are relatively exquisite and complex. The most basic requirements after the color cement self-leveling construction are that the color is basically uniform, no obvious cracking exists, the surface is hard and has no floating ash, but the color cement self-leveling decorative effect is relatively single.

Preferably, the hydrophobic pigment is self-drying resin color paste prepared by dispersing DPP scarlet, permanent yellow, phthalocyanine green, phthalocyanine blue, permanent pink, permanent violet or carbon black in n-butyl acrylate or n-butyl acetate by taking thermoplastic acrylic resin as a dispersing carrier.
Preferably, the cementitious material consists of white portland cement, aluminate cement and gypsum.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the white portland cement to the aluminate cement to the gypsum is 5: 3: 1.

step two, pouring part of the mixture obtained in the step one on the ground to be constructed, using a defoaming cylinder to roll for defoaming, and adding hydrophobic pigment into the other part of the mixture for mixing;
and step three, pouring the mixture mixed in the step two on the surface of the paved freshly mixed mortar by using a funnel according to the required pattern, carrying out certain vibration to color the mixture into a natural diffusion pattern, carrying out natural curing for 18-22 hours, and carrying out open walking for 24 hours.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the construction is simple: the colored self-leveling floor is a floor material which is formed by adding water to cement (portland cement or aluminate cement) and then is free-flowing, and can be quickly hardened on the floor according to the condition of depressions on the floor.
(2) Fireproof and heat-resistant: the main component of the color self-leveling agent is portland cement, and the heat-resisting mechanism is that the hydration product calcium hydroxide of portland cement clinker is dehydrated at high temperature, and the generated calcium oxide reacts with active silicon oxide and aluminum oxide in slag and admixture to generate anhydrous calcium silicate and anhydrous calcium aluminate with stronger heat resistance, so that the color self-leveling agent has stronger fireproof heat resistance.
(3) The color is gorgeous: the self-leveling slurry of the mixed pigment is vibrated to a certain extent and is spread on the paved fresh mortar, and a certain natural diffusion pattern can be formed due to the adoption of the hydrophobic pigment.
(4) The application is wide: the color self-leveling mortar has basically uniform color, no obvious cracking, tensile strength and compressive strength completely meeting the use standard, keeps the natural appearance of the cement texture, and is particularly suitable for surface decoration and leveling.

Detailed Description
Example 1
A preparation method of surface art color self-leveling mortar comprises the following preparation steps:
step one, weighing hydrophobic pigment, cementing material, filler, aggregate, water reducing agent, water retaining agent, defoaming agent, early strength agent and rubber powder according to the mass ratio, putting the mixture into a stirring barrel for mixing, adding water, stirring for 90 seconds, and taking out the mixture;
step two, pouring part of the mixture obtained in the step one on the ground to be constructed, using a defoaming cylinder to roll for defoaming, and adding hydrophobic pigment into the other part of the mixture for mixing;
and step three, pouring the mixture mixed in the step two on the surface of the paved freshly mixed mortar by using a funnel according to the required pattern, and carrying out certain vibration to color the mixture into a natural diffusion pattern, carrying out natural curing for 20 hours, and carrying out open walking for 24 hours.
The embodiment discloses a mix proportion of surface art color self-leveling mortar, the color self-leveling mortar prepared by using the mix proportion has excellent fluidity, the surface is hard and has no floating ash, and the components are shown in table 1.

step two, pouring part of the mixture obtained in the step one on the ground to be constructed, using a defoaming cylinder to roll for defoaming, and adding hydrophobic pigment into the other part of the mixture for mixing;
and step three, pouring the mixture mixed in the step two on the surface of the paved freshly mixed mortar by using a funnel according to the required pattern, carrying out certain vibration to color the mixture into a natural diffusion pattern, carrying out natural curing for 22 hours, and carrying out open walking for 24 hours.
The embodiment discloses a mix proportion of surface art color self-leveling mortar, the color self-leveling mortar prepared by using the mix proportion has excellent fluidity, the surface is hard and has no floating ash, and the components are shown in table 2.

step two, pouring part of the mixture obtained in the step one on the ground to be constructed, using a defoaming cylinder to roll for defoaming, and adding hydrophobic pigment into the other part of the mixture for mixing;
and step three, pouring the mixture mixed in the step two on the surface of the paved freshly mixed mortar by using a funnel according to the required pattern, and carrying out certain vibration to color the mixture into a natural diffusion pattern, carrying out natural curing for 18 hours, and walking in an open mode for 24 hours.
The embodiment discloses a mixing proportion of surface layer art color self-leveling mortar, the color self-leveling mortar prepared by using the mixing proportion has excellent fluidity and hard surface without floating ash, and the components are shown in Table 3.
