After the honeycomb core material is moved to the lower part of the inclined slide plate 39 and one positioning column 11 closest to the slide plate 9 abuts against the honeycomb core material, a motor 40 is started, an output shaft of the motor 40 drives a fifth winding drum 41, so that a steel cable is driven to pull the positioning column 11 along a lead block 30, a second winding drum 35 and a third winding drum 37, the positioning column 11 is uniformly poked into the honeycomb core material at intervals when sliding from the inclined slide plate 39 to the slide plate 9, and the positioning column 11 pulls the honeycomb core material to be stretched along the length direction; when the first positioning column 11 is propped against the protruding block beside the third winding drum 37, the air pump 22 is started, air at the air outlet of the air pump 22 enters the air inlet 20 through the connecting pipe 21 to push the piston rod 19 to extend, so that the U-shaped plates 12 at two sides respectively move towards the side wall of the machine body shell 1, the U-shaped plates 12 drive the connecting plate 6, and the positioning column 11 on the sliding plate 9 stretches the honeycomb core material towards the side wall of the machine body shell 1, and the honeycomb core material is completely stretched to the required size; then, the panel of the honeycomb aluminum plate is placed in the panel seat 62, and the panel seat 62 is pushed into the body case 1.
The hydraulic cylinder 25 is started, the output rod of the hydraulic cylinder 25 pushes the supporting plate 24, the supporting plate 24 pushes the pressing plate 18 through the supporting column 23, so that the U-shaped plate 12, the connecting plate 6 and the sliding plate 9 descend along the telescopic direction of the first telescopic rod 5, after the sucking disc 63 below the pressing plate is used for sucking the panel of the honeycomb aluminum plate through extrusion, the hydraulic cylinder 25 is suspended, the panel seat 62 is pulled to be withdrawn from the machine body shell 1, and then the hydraulic cylinder 25 is continuously started.
When the U-shaped plate 12 descends to the lower end and touches the bottom plate of the honeycomb aluminum plate, the telescopic speed of the hydraulic cylinder 25 is regulated, and the air pump 22 is started, so that the U-shaped plate 12 slowly rotates along the rotating shaft 7, the lower end surface of the rotating U-shaped plate slightly pushes the bottom plate of the honeycomb aluminum plate, and the honeycomb core material is aligned with the center of the bottom plate of the honeycomb aluminum plate; meanwhile, the lead column 32 positioned on the U-shaped plate 12 drives the rope to pull up the second telescopic rod 8 through the circumferential direction of the first winding drum 31 while rotating, so that the sliding plate 9 ascends and the positioning column 11 is separated from the honeycomb holes of the honeycomb core material; after the U-shaped plate 12 rotates to a certain angle, the honeycomb core material naturally falls into the bottom plate of the honeycomb aluminum plate; then after the U-shaped plate 12 rotates 180 degrees, the air pump 22 stops, the hydraulic cylinder 25 continues to push downwards, the panel of the honeycomb aluminum plate adsorbed on the sucker 63 is pressed into the honeycomb core material, after further compaction, one honeycomb aluminum plate is processed, and all the components are restored to the initial state.
The above steps may be repeated to repeat the processing of the honeycomb aluminum sheet.
