Abstract
本发明公开了一种舒缓抗炎组合物、舒缓抗炎化妆品及其制备方法,属于化妆品技术领域。本发明的舒缓抗炎组合物包括羧甲基β‑葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇,通过将这5种成分搭配组合使用,从而能够有效的发挥各自的功效、从多维度缓解皮肤的敏感现象,有效舒缓敏感性肌肤;同时还可以将其作为功效组分添加进舒缓抗炎化妆品中,得到的舒缓抗炎化妆品也显示出了优异的皮肤修复能力;并且提供的舒缓抗炎组合物、舒缓抗炎化妆品的制备方法简单,有利于实际应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种舒缓抗炎组合物、舒缓抗炎化妆品及其制备方法。
背景技术
据《2021中国敏感肌人群现状及认知程度调研报告》显示,受空气污染、护肤和彩妆过度等因素影响,敏感肌人群增多,且敏感肌人群普遍具有较高的抗敏费用支出。根据瘙痒刺痛、泛红、红肿和发炎等症状不同,敏感程度可分为弱度、轻度、中度、重度四类,其中轻度及以上敏感人群占比超过75%。导致敏感肌发生的三大主要原因是过度护肤、过度彩妆、过度清洁;而敏感性皮肤的发生机制也可以概括为三种:皮肤屏障损伤、血管反应增高、免疫及炎症反应,其中皮肤屏障损伤是造成敏感性皮肤的关键因素。
在现有化妆品中,可以发现宣称舒缓抗炎的产品五花八门,但能够真正帮助到敏感肌人群的少之又少,往往很多人使用产品之后其皮肤敏感度都不能有很好的改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种能够效的改善皮肤敏感的舒缓抗炎组合物、舒缓抗炎化妆品及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种舒缓抗炎组合物,所述组合物包括羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇。
本发明提供的一种舒缓抗炎组合物,采用羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇这5种成分搭配组合使用,从而能够有效的发挥各自的功效、从多维度缓解皮肤的敏感现象,有效舒缓敏感性肌肤。其中,羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠能够调节皮肤自身免疫状态,激活在皮肤表皮层中的具有免疫活性的朗格罕氏细胞(Langerhanscells),增强皮肤自身保护能力,具有良好的抗过敏、消炎作用,可以修复受损肌肤、促进胶原蛋白合成并改善皮肤弹性;马齿苋提取物通过抑制一氧化氮合成酶的活性从而抑制由脂多糖引发的胞内一氧化氮反应,阻止炎症因子的产生,获得显著的抗炎,抗刺激和舒敏的效果;积雪草提取物通过抑制白介素-1α、白介素-8和前列腺素E2活性,降低多核中性粒细胞的粘附,减少基质金属蛋白酶-1的产生,从而调节皮肤的炎症反应;海茴香提取物通过促进角质细胞及神经元释放内啡肽,富含芳族的分子,能够抑制炎症细胞因子及调节神经肽,起到镇静舒缓抗红血丝的效果;泛醇是维生素B5的前体,又称维生素原B5,经皮肤组织利用后会转为泛酸,具有明显的消炎作用,可以延缓炎症反应进程。
作为本发明所述舒缓抗炎组合物的优选实施方式,所述羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇的质量比为羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠:马齿苋提取物:积雪草提取物:海茴香提取物:泛醇=(0.05-0.2):(0.1-2):(0.1-3):(0.05-0.2):(0.2-1.2)。
作为本发明所述舒缓抗炎组合物的优选实施方式,所述羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇的质量比为羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠:马齿苋提取物:积雪草提取物:海茴香提取物:泛醇=(0.1-0.15):(0.2-1):(0.2-1.5):(0.1-0.15):(0.5-0.8)。
作为本发明所述舒缓抗炎组合物的优选实施方式,所述羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇的质量比为羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠:马齿苋提取物:积雪草提取物:海茴香提取物:泛醇=0.12:0.5:0.4:0.11:0.65。
当羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇比为羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠:马齿苋提取物:积雪草提取物:海茴香提取物:泛醇=(0.05-0.2):(0.1-2):(0.1-3):(0.05-0.2):(0.2-1.2),能够取得良好的抗击皮肤敏感性效果,进一步的,当羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠:马齿苋提取物:积雪草提取物:海茴香提取物:泛醇=0.12:0.5:0.4:0.11:0.65时,得到的舒缓抗组合物对透明质酸酶的抑制率最高,可达100%;说明此时对皮肤敏感性的缓解效果最优。
另外,本发明还提供了一种舒缓抗炎化妆品,所述舒缓抗炎化妆品包括所述舒缓抗炎组合物。
因为本发明提供的舒缓抗炎组合物体现了良好的对透明质酸酶的抑制活性,进一步说明其能在一定程度上有效的缓解敏感肌,因此,可以将其作为功效组分添加进舒缓抗炎化妆品中。
作为本发明所述舒缓抗炎化妆品的优选实施方式,所述舒缓抗炎化妆品包括以下质量百分数的组分:舒缓抗炎组合物1.5-5%。
当舒缓抗炎化妆品中的舒缓抗炎组合物的添加量在1.5-5%时,得到的舒缓抗炎化妆品显示出了良好的皮肤屏障修复能力。
作为本发明所述舒缓抗炎化妆品的优选实施方式,所述舒缓抗炎化妆品还包括以下质量百分数的组分:化妆品基质10-20%,余量水。
作为本发明所述舒缓抗炎化妆品的优选实施方式,所述化妆品基质包括保湿剂、增稠剂、皮肤调理剂、防腐剂。
另外,本发明还提供了一种所述舒缓抗炎化妆品的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将化妆品基质和水混合加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解分散均匀后降温至40-45℃,加入舒缓抗炎组合物,搅拌均匀,得舒缓抗炎化妆品。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供的舒缓抗炎组合物通过将羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇这5种成分搭配组合使用,从而能够有效的发挥各自的功效、从多维度缓解皮肤的敏感现象,有效舒缓敏感性肌肤;同时还可以将其作为功效组分添加进舒缓抗炎化妆品中,得到的舒缓抗炎化妆品也显示出了优异的皮肤修复能力;并且提供的舒缓抗炎组合物、舒缓抗炎化妆品的制备方法简单。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明实施例和对比例使用的原料如下,其他未提及的原料都是可以通过常规购买途径得到的:
马齿苋(PORTULACAOLERACEA)提取物:AT Portulaca Extract(韩国ATHENA CO.,LTD.);
积雪草(CENTELLA ASIATICA)提取物:积雪草提取物C-Ⅰ(广州市络捷生物科技有限公司);
海茴香(CRITHMUM MARITIMUM)提取物:AREAUMAT SAMPHIRA(法国CODIF);
实施例1-7和对比例1-8
实施例1-7和对比例1-8分别提供了一种舒缓抗炎组合物,具体组分如表1所示,其中表1中的数字代表各组分的重量份:

实施例1-7和对比例1-8得到的舒缓抗炎组合物的制备方法为:将如表1所示的组分按照相应的重量份混合、搅拌均匀,得舒缓抗炎组合物。
效果例1
本效果例验证实施例1-7和对比例1-8得到的舒缓抗炎组合物对透明质酸酶的抑制效果,分别取实施例1-7和对比例1-8得到的舒缓抗炎组合物1份与3份水混合,得相应的舒缓抗炎组合物水溶液;
具体的,透明质酸酶抑制实验包括以下步骤:
1、预配各缓冲液和试剂:
1)醋酸缓冲溶液(pH=5.6):(1)量取1.155mL冰乙酸用超纯水稀释至100mL,混匀后取其中4.8mL为A溶液;(2)称取2.72g乙酸钠结晶溶于超纯水中,用超纯水定容至100mL,混匀后取其中45.2mL为B溶液;(3)混合溶液A、B,用超纯水定容至100mL,混匀;精密测定其pH值,用溶液A或B调至5.6即可;
2)透明质酸酶溶液(1250u/mL):称取透明质酸酶0.01g置于烧杯中,加入4mL醋酸缓冲溶液溶解;
3)透明质酸钠溶液(0.5mg/mL):称取透明质酸钠0.01g置于烧杯中,加入20mL醋酸缓冲溶液溶解;
4)埃尔利希试剂:称取0.8g对二甲氨基苯甲醛溶于15mL浓盐酸和15mL无水乙醇中,混匀;
5)碳酸钠溶液(1.0mol/L):称取5.3g碳酸钠,用超纯水溶解并定容至50mL;
6)乙酰丙酮溶液:取乙酰丙酮3.5mL溶于50mL 1.0mol/L的碳酸钠溶液中,现用现配;
7)氯化钙溶液(0.25mmol/L):称取2.77g氯化钙,用超纯水溶解并定容至100mL;
8)氢氧化钠溶液(0.4mol/L):称取1.6g氯化钙,用超纯水溶解并定容至100mL;
9)样品液的准备:取各实施例及对比例制备得到的舒缓抗炎组合物水溶液分别用缓冲溶液稀释成1%和2%两个浓度;
2、透明质酸酶活性抑制率测定:选择样品液进行以下操作,得到样品组的吸光值:
1)取0.1mL氯化钙溶液和0.5mL透明质酸酶溶液于37℃保温培养20min;
2)分别加入各样品液0.5mL,继续37℃保温培养20min;
3)加入0.5mL透明质酸钠溶液,37℃保温培养30min,常温放置5min;
4)加入0.1mL氢氧化钠溶液和0.5mL乙酰丙酮溶液,置于沸水浴中加热15min后,立即用冰水进行冷却5min;
5)加入埃尔利希试剂1.0mL,并用3.0mL无水乙醇进行稀释,常温放置20min显色,待用分光光度计测定吸光值;
3、结果分析:透明质酸酶抑制率(%)=[(A-B)-(C-D)]/(A-B)×100%
式中:A为空白组的吸光值,空白组是指用醋酸缓冲溶液代替样品液;B为空白对照组的吸光值,空白对照组是指用醋酸缓冲溶液代替样品溶液及透明质酸酶溶液;C为样品组的吸光值;D为样品对照组的吸光值,样品对照组是指用醋酸缓冲溶液代替透明质酸酶溶液。
平行测试三次取平均值,得到的结果如表2所示;

从表2中可以看出,采用本发明的技术方案制备的得到的舒缓抗炎组合物具有优异的透明质酸酶抑制效果,在浓度为1%时,对透明质酸酶的抑制率在46.25%以上,在浓度为2%时,对透明质酸酶的抑制率在79.05%以上,甚至可以达到100%抑制;从实施例5和对比例1-8中可以看出,当减少舒缓抗炎组合物中的任意一种添加组分、或任意两种、三种组分时,得到的组合物效果都呈现出显著的下降趋势。
效果例2
本效果例验证实施例1-7得到的舒缓抗炎组合物对受损皮肤的修复效果,分别取实施例1-7得到的舒缓抗炎组合物1份与3份水混合,得相应的舒缓抗炎组合物水溶液;
具体的,采用志愿者进行测试:征召56位测试者,分为7组,每组8人,每组男女各半,年龄20-35岁,试验方法如下:
1)胶带刺激性测试:胶带反复黏贴手小臂内侧皮肤15次,使皮肤受损;
2)各测试者左手涂抹水溶液(空白对照),右手涂抹实施例1-7得到的舒缓抗炎组合物水溶液;
3)15分钟后清洗并观察评价记录;
评分:采用5分制,1分-泛红更严重,2分-无改善,3分-轻微改善,仍可见明显泛红,4分-泛红基本消失,5分-泛红完全消失;
得到的结果如表3所示,表格中1-8号对应的每组里面的志愿者1-8;

从表3中可以看出,采用本发明的技术方案得到的舒缓抗炎组合物能够有效的改善受损皮肤,使受损皮肤在短时间(15分钟)内舒缓下来,减少泛红现象。
实施例8-15
实施例8-15提供一种舒缓抗炎精华液,具体的配方见表4,其中表4中的实施例1-7代表的是将实施例1-7制备得到的舒缓抗炎组合物作为添加组分添加进精华液的制备;

实施例8-15提供一种舒缓抗炎精华液的制备过程为:将除舒缓抗炎组合物的其他组分混合加热至82℃,搅拌溶解分散均匀后降温至42℃,加入舒缓抗炎组合物,搅拌均匀,得舒缓抗炎精华液。
效果例3
本效果例验证实施例8-15得到的舒缓抗炎精华液的皮肤屏障修复能力,具体的测试为:
1)测试仪器:Cutommeter dual MPA 580皮肤测试仪
2)测试方法:选召90名女性志愿者,志愿者者无全身性疾病和其他皮肤病症,2-3天内未使用过其他护肤品,不在妊娠期或哺乳期内,自愿全程参加试验;将90名志愿者者随机分为9组,每组10人,分别使用实施例8-15和空白样品(空白样品为不加舒缓抗炎组合物,仅为化妆品基质和水,其中化妆品基质与实施例8-15中的成分、添加量保持一致),每天使用产品两次,早晚各一次,连续使用28天,测试各组志愿者使用前及使用后第28天的TEWL值;
测试结果如表5所示,其中表格中的数值为每组志愿者的平均值;

从表5中可以看出,使用前大多数志愿者的皮肤TEWL值均在20g/hm2以上,说明皮肤屏障均存在不同程度的受损,而使用各实施例样品28天后,志愿者与使用前相比皮肤屏障功能有明显地增强,皮肤TEWL值稳定在11-14g/hm2之间,降低幅度在37.34-47.89%,说明采用本发明的技术方案得到的精华液能够有效的降低TEWL值,即本发明制备得到的舒缓抗炎精华液具有优异的修复皮肤屏障的效果。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种舒缓抗炎组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的舒缓抗炎组合物,其特征在于,所述羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇的质量比为羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠:马齿苋提取物:积雪草提取物:海茴香提取物:泛醇=(0.05-0.2):(0.1-2):(0.1-3):(0.05-0.2):(0.2-1.2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的舒缓抗炎组合物,其特征在于,所述羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇的质量比为羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠:马齿苋提取物:积雪草提取物:海茴香提取物:泛醇=(0.1-0.15):(0.2-1):(0.2-1.5):(0.1-0.15):(0.5-0.8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的舒缓抗炎组合物,其特征在于,所述羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠、马齿苋提取物、积雪草提取物、海茴香提取物和泛醇的质量比为羧甲基β-葡聚糖钠:马齿苋提取物:积雪草提取物:海茴香提取物:泛醇=0.12:0.5:0.4:0.11:0.65。
5.一种舒缓抗炎化妆品,其特征在于,所述舒缓抗炎化妆品包括如权利要求1-4任一项所述的舒缓抗炎组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的舒缓抗炎化妆品,其特征在于,所述舒缓抗炎化妆品包括以下质量百分数的组分:舒缓抗炎组合物1.5-5%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的舒缓抗炎化妆品,其特征在于,所述舒缓抗炎化妆品还包括以下质量百分数的组分:化妆品基质10-20%,余量水。
8.根据权利要求5所述的舒缓抗炎化妆品,其特征在于,所述化妆品基质包括保湿剂、增稠剂、皮肤调理剂、防腐剂。
9.如权利要求8所述的舒缓抗炎化妆品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将化妆品基质和水混合加热至80-85℃,搅拌溶解分散均匀后降温至40-45℃,加入舒缓抗炎组合物,搅拌均匀,得舒缓抗炎化妆品。
