According to an embodiment of the application, a control method of a dishwasher is provided, the method is applied to a controller of the dishwasher, the dishwasher further comprises a heating structure, a washing pump and a door body, the heating structure and the washing pump are installed inside a cavity of the dishwasher, and the controller is respectively communicated with the heating structure and the washing pump.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
step S101, in the washing process of the dishwasher, under the condition that the door body is closed after being opened, whether the dishwasher is controlled to enter a washing control logic is determined;
step S102, controlling the dishwasher to enter the washing control logic under the condition that the dishwasher is determined to be controlled to enter the washing control logic, wherein the washing control logic comprises:
controlling the heating structure to be out of work within a preset time after the door body is closed;
controlling the washing pump to pause the washing operation within a first time period;
and controlling the washing pump to alternately perform the washing operation and suspend the washing operation for a second time period after the first time period, wherein the predetermined time period comprises the first time period and the second time period.
Specifically, other loads other than the heat generating structure and the wash pump that do not enter the wash control logic for a predetermined period of time are normally unaffected.
In the method, firstly, whether the dishwasher is controlled to enter a washing control logic is determined under the condition that the door body is closed after being opened in the washing process of the dishwasher, and then the dishwasher is controlled to enter the washing control logic under the condition that the dishwasher is determined to be controlled to enter the washing control logic. In the scheme, the dishwasher is in the washing process, if it is detected that the door body is closed after being opened, cold air can enter the dishwasher cavity, under the condition that the dishwasher is determined to be controlled to enter a washing control logic, the heating structure is controlled to be out of work within a preset time period, the cold air cannot be blown to open the door body by thermal expansion, and the washing pump is used for pulse washing work.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
Specifically, the washing pump suspends the washing operation during the first period of time, so that it is possible to prevent the washing pump from generating heat due to its operation, thereby preventing the cold air from being thermally expanded, and the washing pump performs the pulse washing operation during the second period of time, so that the user can consider the dishwasher to be operated all the time.
In an embodiment of the present application, the washing control logic further includes: and controlling the washing pump to execute the washing work within a third time period, wherein the sum of the first time period, the second time period and the third time period is the preset time length. In this embodiment, the washing pump is suspended for the first time period, so that the washing pump is prevented from generating heat, and further, the cold air is prevented from expanding due to heat, and the washing pump performs the pulse washing operation for the second time period, so that the user can consider that the dishwasher is always operating, and the dishwasher is actually exhausting during the first time period and the second time period, so that the air is further prevented from being always in the expansion stage, and the washing pump can directly continue the washing operation for the third time period.
In yet another embodiment of the present application, the washing control logic further includes: controlling the duration time of each washing operation executed by the washing pump to be a first sub-time period; and controlling the duration of each pause of the washing operation of the washing pump to be a second sub-period, wherein the sum of the plurality of first sub-periods and the plurality of second sub-periods is the second period. In this embodiment, the washing pump alternately performs the washing operation and suspends the washing operation, so that it is possible to prevent the cold air from being thermally expanded due to the heat generated from the washing pump, and the washing pump is normally operated, so that the user can still consider the dishwasher to be normally operated.
In another embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: accumulating the times that the washing pump has suspended the washing work in real time in the second time period; and controlling the washing pump to enter a continuous washing stage under the condition that the times reach a time threshold value. In the embodiment, in fact, in the second time period, the dishwasher is also exhausting, when the number of times of the pause washing work reaches the number threshold, the dishwasher has exhausted cold air almost, at the moment, the washing pump works again, the cold air expands with heat and cannot rush out of the door body, the embodiment further ensures that the dishwasher can work normally, and further the experience effect of a user can be further improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, in a washing process of the dishwasher, and when the door is detected to be opened and then closed, determining whether to control the dishwasher to enter a washing control logic includes: acquiring a washing mode of the dishwasher before the door body is opened, wherein the washing mode comprises a non-heating washing mode and a heating washing mode; and under the condition that the door body is closed after being opened, determining whether to control the dishwasher to enter the washing control logic according to the washing mode. In the embodiment, the washing mode of the dishwasher before the door body is opened needs to be further judged, and whether the dishwasher is controlled to enter the washing control logic is determined according to the washing mode, so that the heating structure and the washing pump can be further and efficiently controlled to work.
In order to further ensure that the dishwasher can work normally and further improve the experience effect of the user, in an embodiment of the present application, under the condition that the door body is closed after being opened, whether to control the dishwasher to enter the washing control logic is determined according to the washing mode, including: and if the washing mode is the non-heating washing mode, determining not to control the dishwasher to enter the washing control logic, and if the dishwasher is not controlled to enter the washing control logic, controlling the heat generating structure and the washing pump not to work.
Specifically, the non-heated washing mode includes at least one of: the heating structure in the melon and fruit washing mode, the washing mode and the user-defined mode does not work.

In the embodiment, under the condition that the washing mode is a heating washing mode, the relation between the internal temperature of the cavity of the dishwasher and the external environment temperature of the dishwasher is further judged, whether the dishwasher is controlled to enter a washing control logic can be more accurately determined according to the two temperatures, if the first temperature is less than or equal to the second temperature, the air entering the cavity of the dishwasher after the door body of the dishwasher is opened and closed is not cold air but hot air, so the air in the cavity cannot expand or blow off the door body after being heated, the normal work of the dishwasher is ensured, if the first temperature is greater than the second temperature, the air entering the cavity of the dishwasher after the door body of the dishwasher is opened and closed is cold air, so the air in the cavity can blow off the door body after being heated, and the dishwasher can be controlled to enter the washing control logic, so that the user can still think that the dishwasher is normally operated.
In a practical application, the first temperature may be detected by a first temperature sensor inside the dishwasher cavity and the second temperature may be detected by a second temperature sensor on the outer surface of the housing of the dishwasher.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: after the non-working time of the heating structure reaches the preset time, controlling the heating structure to start working; and after the non-working time of the heating structure reaches the preset time, controlling the washing pump to work normally. In this embodiment, after the predetermined time, the load of the dishwasher resumes normal operation without further suspending operation, which can further ensure the normal operation of the dishwasher.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: when the condition that the door body is closed after being opened is detected, and the dishwasher is in a target stage, the washing pump and the heating structure are controlled not to work, and other loads except the washing pump and the heating structure are controlled to work normally, wherein the target stage comprises one of the following steps: a water draining stage, a water feeding stage and a drying stage. In this embodiment, the dishwasher is normally operated when actually being in the target stage, and if the user checks whether the dishwasher is normally operated at this time, and finds that the dishwasher is draining water or is supplying water, the user does not consider that the dishwasher is abnormally operated.
Specifically, when the dishwasher is in a water inlet stage, a water discharge stage or a drying stage, the heating structure and the washing pump are not involved to operate, and other loads are in a normal operation state, for example, the drainage pump is in a normal operation state, if the heating structure or the washing pump is involved to operate, the heating structure and the washing pump can be controlled according to the washing control logic.
The method comprises the steps that no prompt message is generated when the dishwasher is in a target stage, the prompt message is generated when the dishwasher is not in the target stage, if the dishwasher is not in the target stage, a user checks whether the dishwasher normally works or not, and the user probably thinks that the dishwasher abnormally works because the dishwasher does not work at the moment and does not have any load, so the prompt message can be generated and used for prompting the user that the dishwasher normally works. In practical applications, the prompt message may be a display on a display screen of the dishwasher that "the dishwasher is working normally, i.e. the dishwasher is about to start washing", or a soft music generated by the dishwasher to prompt a user that the dishwasher is working normally.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: storing washing data in real time during the washing process of the dishwasher, wherein the washing data comprises at least one of the following data: real-time washing mode, water inflow information of the dish washer and water outflow information of the dish washer; when the dishwasher detects that the door body is opened in the washing process, the heating structure and the washing pump are controlled to pause until the washing data stored when the door body is opened is acquired under the condition that the door body is detected to be closed; and under the condition that the dishwasher is powered on again after being powered off in the washing process, the washing data stored when the dishwasher is powered off is acquired. In this embodiment, under the condition that the washing mode is the heating washing mode, the relationship between the internal temperature of the cavity of the dishwasher and the external environment temperature of the dishwasher is further judged, whether the dishwasher is controlled to enter the washing control logic can be more accurately determined according to the two temperatures, if the first temperature is less than or equal to the second temperature, the air entering the cavity of the dishwasher after the door body of the dishwasher is opened and closed is not cold air but hot air, so that the air in the cavity cannot expand or blow off the door body due to heat, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the dishwasher, if the first temperature is greater than the second temperature, the air entering the cavity of the dishwasher after the door body of the dishwasher is opened and closed is cold air, so that the air in the cavity can blow off the door body due to heat expansion, thereby controlling the dishwasher to enter the washing control logic, so that the user can still think that the dishwasher is normally operated.
In a practical application, the first temperature may be detected by a first temperature sensor inside the dishwasher cavity and the second temperature may be detected by a second temperature sensor on the outer surface of the housing of the dishwasher.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, the controller further includes a third control unit and a fourth control unit, the third control unit is configured to control the heating structure to start operating after the period of time in which the heating structure is not operating reaches the predetermined period of time; the fourth control unit is used for controlling the washing pump to work normally after the time length that the heating structure does not work reaches the preset time length. In this embodiment, after the predetermined time, the load of the dishwasher resumes normal operation without further suspending operation, which can further ensure the normal operation of the dishwasher.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, the controller further includes a fifth control unit, where the fifth control unit is configured to, when it is detected that the door is opened and then closed, and when the dishwasher is in a target stage, control the washing pump and the heat generating structure not to operate, and control other loads except the washing pump and the heat generating structure to operate normally, and the target stage includes one of: a water draining stage, a water feeding stage and a drying stage. In this embodiment, the dishwasher is normally operated even when actually in the target stage, and if the user checks whether the dishwasher is normally operated at this time, and finds that the dishwasher is draining water or is intaking water, the user does not consider that the dishwasher is abnormally operated.
Specifically, since the dishwasher is not related to the heat generating structure and the washing pump to operate when the dishwasher is in the water inlet stage, the water discharge stage or the drying stage, and other loads are in the normal operating state, for example, the drain pump operates normally, if the heat generating structure or the washing pump needs to operate, the heat generating structure and the washing pump can be controlled according to the above washing control logic.
In another specific embodiment of the present application, the controller further includes a storage unit, a sixth control unit and an obtaining unit, the storage unit is configured to store washing data in real time during a washing process of the dishwasher, and the washing data includes at least one of: real-time washing mode, water inflow information of the dish washer and water outflow information of the dish washer; the sixth control unit is used for controlling the heating structure and the washing pump to pause working under the condition that the dishwasher detects that the door body is opened in the washing process until the washing data stored when the door body is opened is acquired under the condition that the door body is detected to be closed; the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the washing data stored when the dishwasher is powered off under the condition that the dishwasher is powered on again after being powered off in the washing process. In the embodiment, because the washing data are stored in real time in the washing process, the dishwasher can recover the previous washing mode no matter the door body is opened and closed or the dishwasher is electrified again, and the better experience effect of the dishwasher is further ensured.
