Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of food and food processing, and particularly relates to a composite oligosaccharide donkey-hide gelatin peptide product for comprehensively conditioning qi and blood and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the process of human growth, blood is the important material basis of human life activities, contains various nutrient substances required by human body, plays a role in nutrition for all viscera tissues of the whole body, continuously produces blood in the life of a human, continuously supplies nutrition for all viscera tissues of the human body, and is easy to cause blood deficiency if the physical strength is greatly consumed and the nutrition is insufficient. The blood deficiency is characterized by pale or sallow complexion, pale lip and nail, dizziness, insomnia, amnesia, palpitation, hypomenorrhea or amenorrhea, pale tongue and thin pulse, the blood deficiency causes symptoms such as weak body, insufficient blood and qi, frequent mental fatigue, soreness and weakness of waist and feet, and the deficiency anemia can cause symptoms such as dizziness, tinnitus, headache, insomnia, dreaminess, hypomnesis, inattention, paleness, dyspnea, dyspepsia, oliguria, anuresis, acute renal failure and the like. In addition, qi deficiency, essence deficiency, blood stasis, etc. can also lead to blood deficiency.
The colla Corii Asini is solid glue prepared by decocting dried or fresh skin of Equus asinus L of Equidae, and concentrating. Sweet and neutral in nature and flavor, enters lung, liver and kidney meridians, has the functions of enriching blood, stopping bleeding, nourishing yin and moistening dryness, is mainly used for treating blood deficiency, and can be used for auxiliary treatment of tumors. Donkey-hide gelatin mainly contains collagen, but digestion and absorption of the collagen require protease to participate in degradation, and patients with indications are often weak in spleen and stomach or have gastrointestinal reactions, and taking donkey-hide gelatin not only causes burden on the digestive system of patients, but also cannot give full play to the drug effect.
The micromolecule donkey-hide gelatin peptide obtained by processing donkey-hide gelatin by adopting the modern biological enzyme digestion technology can effectively overcome the problems. The donkey-hide gelatin peptide has the following characteristics: 1. the donkey-hide gelatin peptide has obvious blood enriching effect on iron-deficiency anemia. It has effects in increasing erythrocyte and hemoglobin, and promoting hematopoiesis; can increase leukocyte and platelet and blood oxygen content. 2. The colla Corii Asini peptide can increase serum calcium content, regulate calcium balance in human body, and improve anoxia and fatigue resistance. 3. The colla Corii Asini peptide has effects of invigorating qi, nourishing blood, relieving fatigue, resisting shock, resisting radiation, resisting muscle atrophy, resisting cold, improving immunity, nourishing yin, invigorating kidney, strengthening tendons and bones, inducing diuresis, and relieving swelling. Qi and blood are the basic substances that make up the human body, and are related to the operation of the zang-fu organs and the health of the body, and they have the function of communicating with each zang-fu organ, so that the qi and blood disorder of one zang-fu organ can not only cause the pathological changes of the zang-fu organ, but also cause the qi and blood disorder of other zang-fu organs, and even the qi and blood disorder of the whole body. For people with blood deficiency, food nourishing is the best method, but the simple food nourishing has slow effect and insignificant effect, and the compound oligomeric donkey-hide gelatin peptide product which is prepared by selecting certain food to be matched with traditional Chinese medicines to enrich the blood and scientifically processing is easy to absorb and can play the roles of quickly enriching the blood and nourishing the liver, nourishing the heart and benefiting the spleen.

Blood was collected from the fundus venous plexus 40min after the last dose, and hemoglobin (Hb) and red blood cell content (RBC) and white blood cell count (WBC) in the blood were measured using a hematology analyzer.
