In a specific use case, two cases are generally divided into a general broadcast case and a broadcast case of an emergency, and therefore the acquiring unit 201 and the emergency acquiring unit 202 are respectively configured to acquire different information, wherein the emergency acquiring unit 202 may set an alarm threshold based on a keyword, and may automatically acquire corresponding broadcast information when the number of keywords exceeds the alarm threshold.
The obtaining module 101 further includes an auditing unit 203 and a cut-off unit 204, where the auditing unit 203 is configured to judge the information based on a deep neural network to screen abnormal information, and the cut-off unit 204 is configured to filter the abnormal information. The positioning unit 208 may acquire the installation position of the receiving and playing device 301 by using various modes such as a GPS module, a positioning module 103 such as a compass, a WIFI positioning mode, and the like, and then the grouping unit 209 may group the position information according to grouping configuration, so that the position information may be grouped and processed to improve the pertinence of broadcasting. The sending module 104 includes a matching unit 210 and a sending unit 211, where the matching unit 210 is configured to match the playing information with the grouping information; the transmitting unit 211 is configured to transmit corresponding broadcast information based on the packet information. The matching unit 210 may mask the information that is not to be played according to the packet to the playing information, so that the playing information may be ignored during playing, and the packet playing may be better implemented.
