Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a process for assembling a television background wall box, which can be used to solve the problems that the existing bottom box 200 is difficult to move relative to the television background wall, and the connection strength between the bottom box 200 and the wall 100 is not enough to easily fall off. Wherein, the television background wall includes in the assembly process:
first, step S10 is performed to open a notch for installing the bottom case 200 in the wall 100, wherein a single-side gap between the notch and the bottom case 200 is between 1 and 3 mm, and a length of the notch is greater than a length of the bottom case 200. Thus, the bottom box 200 may be allowed to be positioned at different locations of the slot, thereby allowing for position adjustment based on the actual television wall requirements.
Next, step S20 is performed, in which an adjusting mechanism is installed in the slot, and the bottom case 200 is fixedly connected to the adjusting mechanism.
It should be noted that the bottom box 200 may be allowed to slide relative to the adjustment mechanism to adjust the position of the bottom box 200 within the slot. Thus, by sliding the sliding rod 320 with the sliding sleeve 310, the length of the telescopic rod can be adjusted. It should be noted that the sliding sleeve 310 and the sliding rod 320 may be allowed to be relatively fixed so as to stably connect the telescopic rod with the notch. For example, an internal thread is formed on the sliding sleeve 310, an external thread is formed on the sliding rod 320, and the sliding sleeve 310 and the sliding rod 320 are connected by threads. Thus, the length between the slide bar 320 and the slide 310 changes during rotation of the slide bar 320 relative to the slide 310. Meanwhile, the sliding rod 320 and the sliding sleeve 310 are in a relatively fixed state under the action of no external force through threaded connection. Since one end of the slide bar 320 is in contact with one end of the slot and one end of the slide bush 310 is in contact with the other end of the slot. At the contact ends of the slide bar 320 and the slot end, and the contact ends of the slide bush 310 and the slot end, support blocks 340 are provided, respectively.
Referring to fig. 2-6, in one embodiment, the supporting block 340 may be allowed to have a circular structure, but not limited thereto, and the specific structure of the supporting block 340 may be allowed to be determined according to practical requirements. For example, the support blocks 340 are also allowed to have a rectangular structure or a polygonal structure. It should be noted that the contact area between the supporting block 340 and the cavity is larger than the cross-sectional area of the sliding rod 320 or the sliding sleeve 310, so as to ensure the stability of the adjusting mechanism and the wall 100 during the connection process. For the support block 340, a rotational connection is provided between the support block 340 and the slide bar 320, and a rotational connection is provided between the support block 340 and the slide bushing 310. Therefore, during the installation of the adjusting mechanism, the supporting block 340 can always keep fit with the wall 100 during the rotation between the sliding rod 320 and the sliding sleeve 310. It should be noted that the telescopic rod is also allowed to be connected with a connecting block 330, and the connecting block 330 is located on the sliding rod 320. Therefore, the tv background wall box 200 is connected to the connection block 330, so as to avoid direct connection between the box 200 and the wall 100. Meanwhile, the specific position of the bottom case 200 on the television background wall is further adjusted by adjusting the position of the connection block 330.
Referring to fig. 2-6, in one embodiment, the connection block 330 is slidably connected to the sliding rod 320, and an end portion of one side of the connection block 330 contacts with an end surface of the sliding sleeve 310. When the locking block 331 is tightly attached to the sliding rod 320, the connecting rod 210 and the sliding rod 320 are in a relatively fixed state. Therefore, when the bottom case 200 and the connection block 330 are connected to each other, the bottom case 200, the slide bar 320, and the wall 100 are relatively fixed to each other.
Specifically, a through hole is formed in the bottom case 200, and a threaded hole 212 is formed in the connection block 330, wherein the through hole corresponds to the threaded hole 212. It should be noted that the threaded hole 212 is in communication with the cavity, so that when the bolt 211 is screwed into the threaded hole 212, the end of the bolt 211 can be allowed to contact the locking block 331, and the locking block 331 is tightly attached to the slide rod 320. In this embodiment, a connecting rod 210 is connected to a bolt 211 located in the threaded hole 212, and the connecting rod 210 is located in the bottom case 200. When the bottom case 200 is connected with the connection block 330, the end of the bolt 211 is connected with the locking block 331, and the bottom case 200 is clamped between the connection block 330 and the connection rod 210, thereby achieving the relative fixation between the connection block 330 and the bottom case 200.
Referring to fig. 2-6, in an embodiment, a protection pad 332 is further connected to the locking block 331, and the protection pad 332 may be made of rubber. When the locking block 331 acts on the sliding rod 320 under the pushing of the bolt 211, the protection pad 332 can increase the friction between the locking block 331 and the sliding rod 320, so as to prevent the connection block 330 from sliding relative to the sliding rod 320.
It should be noted that when the connection block 330 is fixedly connected to the slide bar 320 through the locking block 331, the end of the connection block 330 may be allowed to contact with the end of the slide bush 310. Therefore, when the connecting block 330 and the sliding rod 320 are locked with each other, the connecting block 330 can be used to limit the rotation of the sliding rod 320, so as to ensure the stability of the adjusting mechanism during use.
Specifically, based on the adjustment mechanism in the above embodiment, in step S20, the steps are included:
and S201, placing the telescopic rod in the notch, and adjusting the length of the telescopic rod to enable the telescopic rod to be in a fixed connection state with the wall body 100.
S202, adjusting the position of the connecting block 330, aligning the through holes on the bottom box 200 with the threaded holes 212 on the connecting block 330, and fixedly connecting the bottom box 200 with the connecting block 330 through the connecting rod 210 and the bolts 211 positioned on the connecting rod 210.
Furthermore, step S30 is performed, and a protective tube 220 is disposed between the bottom case 200 and the wall 100 according to the distance between the top of the bottom case 200 and the end of the slot. Wherein cables entering the interior of the bottom case 200 may be allowed to be disposed within the protective tube 220. The cable entering the bottom box 200 is protected by the protecting pipe 220, so that the using effect of the device in the actual using process is improved.
Furthermore, step S40 is performed, in which a clamping groove 111 is formed in the side wall of the wall 100, and the protection plate 110 is detachably connected to the wall 100 according to the clamping groove 111. The clamping grooves 111 are arranged on the side walls of the notch, and the clamping grooves 111 positioned on the two side walls of the notch are symmetrically arranged. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the protection plates 110 may be provided with multiple groups, and the protection plates 110 are clamped to the clamping grooves 111. Meanwhile, when the bottom case 200 is coupled with the connection block 330, the end of the bolt 211 is coupled with the locking piece 331 and the bottom case 200 is clamped between the connection block 330 and the connection rod 210. The relative fixation between the connection block 330 and the bottom case 200 can be effectively realized, and the problem of low connection strength between the bottom case 200 and the wall 100 can be avoided.
