Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a culvert reinforcement device which firmly supports the entire four sides of a culvert to prolong the life of the culvert.
In general, culverts are used in various ways such as a passage through which water flows, a cable for electric communication, a pipe for harmonizing with water, and a storage passage of agricultural and marine products, or a passageway for pedestrians.
Such a culvert has a problem that its durability is weakened by the external pressure such as the pressure of the passing water, the erosion of the ground or the vertical load as the use period passes.
In order to solve this problem, when the entire culvert is replaced, the cost increases and it is impossible to replace the culvert if there is a structure on the buried ground.
Therefore, two methods are currently used to reinforce the strength of the culvert by installing reinforcing devices in the culvert.
In the conventional culvert reinforcement method, as disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1686993 (Dec. 09, 2016), a bracket member in which a housing space for accommodating a hydraulic jack is fixed is fixed to both inner sides of a culvert, A hydraulic jack is provided, a support member for forming a thread in the hydraulic jack is provided, a nut member is screwed to the support member, and a beam member is mounted on the upper end of the hydraulic jack so that the beam member supports the upper side wall of the culvert do.
However, such a conventional culvert reinforcement method has a complicated structure such as fixing the bracket member to both side surfaces of the culvert, providing a hydraulic jack, and installing a beam member in the hydraulic jack, which increases the construction cost.
In addition, since the conventional culvert reinforcing method only supports the upper surface of the culvert, both side surfaces and the bottom surface of the culter can not be reinforced at all.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a culvert reinforcement device which is simple in structure and simple in installation in a culvert, and can be easily installed and cost can be reduced.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a culvert reinforcement device capable of supporting the entire four sides of a culvert, thereby improving the strength of the culvert.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a culvert reinforcement device in which the reinforcing bar is provided with an elastic force so that the inner wall surface of the culver is supported by the elastic force of the reinforcing bar,
In order to achieve the above object, the culvert strengthening apparatus of the present invention comprises a first reinforcing bar disposed on the left side of the culvert, a second reinforcing bar disposed on the right side of the culvert and connected to the first reinforcing bar, And a gap adjusting unit installed between the reinforcing bar to adjust the gap between the first reinforcing bar and the second reinforcing bar so that the first reinforcing bar and the second reinforcing bar are brought into close contact with the inner wall surface of the culvert.
The first reinforcing bar includes a first vertical part contacting the left inner surface of the culvert, a first horizontal part connected to the upper inner surface of the culvert in a horizontal direction at an upper end of the first vertical part, And a second horizontal portion connected in the horizontal direction and contacting the inner bottom surface of the culvert. The second reinforcing bar is connected to the second vertical portion contacting the inner surface of the right side of the culvert and horizontally at the upper end of the second vertical portion, And a fourth horizontal portion connected in a horizontal direction at a lower end of the second vertical portion and contacting the lower inner surface of the culvert to support the entire inner wall surface of the culvert.
The first reinforcement bar and the second reinforcement bar may have a circular cross section, a semicircular cross section, an elliptical cross section, a rectangular cross section, or a polygonal cross section.
A connecting portion is formed between the second horizontal portion of the first reinforcing bar and the fourth horizontal portion of the second reinforcing bar, the connecting portion includes a concave portion formed in a concave shape at an end portion of the second horizontal portion, And a convex portion protruding from an end portion of the fourth horizontal portion and inserted into the concave portion.
Further comprising a positioning portion for aligning the first reinforcing bar and the second reinforcing bar with the first reinforcing bar and the second reinforcing bar and fixing the first reinforcing bar and the second reinforcing bar to the culvert, wherein the positioning portion is formed on the left inner surface and the right inner surface of the culvert And a positioning pin protruding from the first reinforcing bar and the second reinforcing bar and inserted into the positioning groove.
And the inner diameter (D1) of the positioning groove portion is formed to be larger than the outer diameter (D2) of the positioning pin (80).
The gap adjusting unit includes a first female screw portion formed on the first horizontal portion of the first reinforcing bar, a second female screw portion formed on the third horizontal portion of the second reinforcing bar, A second adjustment bar screwed to the second internal thread; an adjustment bolt fixed to the first adjustment bar and the second adjustment bar to rotate the first adjustment bar and the second adjustment bar; And a second fixing bolt screwed to the second adjusting bar to fix the second adjusting bar so as not to be loosened by the second adjusting screw, .
The first horizontal portion of the first reinforcing bar and the third horizontal portion of the second reinforcing bar are convex upward and are elastically supported to elastically support the upper inner surface of the culvert.
The second horizontal portion of the first reinforcing bar and the fourth horizontal portion of the second reinforcing bar are convex downward and are formed to have an elastic force to elastically support the lower inner surface of the culvert.
Further comprising a protection member installed to surround the culvert reinforcing device to protect the culvert to prevent the culvert reinforcement device from being detached from the culvert by an object contained in water pressure or water passing through the inside of the culvert, The first reinforcing bar and the second reinforcing bar are provided with a first protection part for covering the first horizontal part of the first reinforcing bar and a fourth horizontal part of the second reinforcing part and a second protection part covering the part of the first vertical part of the first reinforcing bar, And a third protective portion extending vertically from the other end of the first protective portion to cover the second vertical portion of the second reinforcing bar.
