after receiving first matching information matched with the vehicle using password sent by the shared vehicle at the vehicle using time, sending an unlocking instruction and a reminding instruction to the reserved vehicle corresponding to the vehicle using password;
binding the intelligent terminal and the reservation vehicle;
wherein the first matching information sent by the shared vehicle is sent to the server after the shared vehicle receives and identifies the vehicle-using password;
the unlocking instruction refers to an instruction for enabling the reserved vehicle to enter an unlocking state or a state to be unlocked;
the reminding instruction refers to an instruction for enabling the reserved vehicle to enter a reminding state; the reminding state comprises the following steps: and sending out a reminding sound and/or sending out a reminding light.

receiving first matching information which is sent by the other vehicles and matched with the vehicle-using password at the vehicle-using time, and not receiving the first matching information which is sent by the reserved vehicle and matched with the vehicle-using password;
and sending prompt information to one of the other vehicles so that the other vehicles send a prompt that the reserved vehicle is not at the current position after receiving the prompt information.
4. The unlocking method according to claim 1, wherein the determining a parking spot at which the reserved vehicle is located according to the reserved vehicle, and the transmitting the vehicle use password to all shared vehicles at the parking spot includes:
when the vehicle using time begins, the vehicle using password is sent to all shared vehicles at the parking point;
and in the vehicle using time, when detecting that the vehicle entering the parking lot is successfully returned, sending the vehicle using password to the vehicle entering the parking lot.
