Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clearly understood, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The fee clearing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The application environment includes a first terminal 102, a computer device 104, and a second terminal 106, where the first terminal 102 may be considered a merchant system, the computer device 104 may be considered an ETC payment system, the second terminal 106 may be considered an issuer system, the first terminal 102 may communicate with the computer device 104 via a network, and the computer device 104 may communicate with the second terminal 106 via the network. The first terminal 102 is used for sending a to-be-deducted money order generated during consumption of a target vehicle to the computer device 104, and the computer device 104 is used for triggering the ETC road side unit to read unit information of an ETC vehicle-mounted unit in the target vehicle when the to-be-deducted money order of the target vehicle is obtained; the issuer is used as a target clearing object of the order to be deducted, and a target issuer system corresponding to the target clearing object is determined; the computer device 104 is further configured to perform compliance verification on the unit information, execute a deduction operation for the order to be deducted after the compliance verification is passed, obtain an order flow, and further feed the order flow back to the second terminal 106 to trigger the second terminal 106 to perform clearing according to the received order flow. The computer device 104 may be a terminal or a server, and the terminal may be a tablet computer, a notebook computer, an intelligent car, an intelligent sound box, a cloud platform, and the like, but is not limited thereto. The server may be an independent physical server, or may be a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, there is provided a fee settlement method, executed by an ETC payment system, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to a computer device in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 202, when the to-be-deducted money order of the target vehicle is obtained, triggering the ETC road side unit to read unit information of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit in the target vehicle.
The ETC road side unit is a microwave transceiver installed at a designated position of a merchant, and can perform microwave communication with the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and read unit information of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit when a vehicle carrying the ETC vehicle-mounted unit approaches; merchants may include gas stations, parking lots, service areas, etc.; the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is generally provided with a deduction card capable of deducting money; the unit information describes all information related to the ETC on-board unit, and includes an issuer of the ETC on-board unit and the like.
Specifically, when a user drives a target vehicle to consume in a merchant, a merchant system where the merchant is located can identify the license plate number of the target vehicle through a camera and other identification devices, generate an order to be deducted by taking the license plate number as an identifier, and then send the order to be deducted to computer equipment, namely an ETC payment system. The sent order to be deducted can be regarded as an ETC payment application initiated to the ETC payment system. When the order to be deducted of the target vehicle is obtained, the target vehicle can be regarded as leaving the service area at the moment, and the gate of the service area door needs to be opened for releasing. Consequently, computer equipment need trigger the unit information that ETC roadside unit read the on-vehicle unit of ETC in the target vehicle, and then treat the deduction operation back that the deduction order was carried out according to the unit information, will deduct the money result and send the trade company's system at trade company place for the trade company opens the gate.
In one embodiment, the computer device may store the pending deducted money orders sent by different merchants in an order data storage module. The order data storage module can be regarded as an order cluster, and the order cluster can logically or physically integrate data with different sources and formats to realize unified management and sharing of the data, so that unified management on orders to be deducted from different merchants can be ensured.
In one embodiment, the computer device may treat the order in the order data storage module as a type of business data.
And 204, taking the issuer as a target clearing object of the order to be deducted, and determining a target issuer system corresponding to the target clearing object.
The clearing representation target clearing object collects and arranges a plurality of money amounts between the target clearing object and other transaction members.
Specifically, since the present ETC is operated in a regional manner in units of provinces, urban areas, and the like, and the issuer system thereof is also established in the regional operation, for example, a fee deduction running water generated by the ETC in-vehicle unit issued in a local area can be deducted only by a subordinate issuing channel in the local area, and therefore, the computer device needs to use the issuer system corresponding to the issuer of the ETC in-vehicle unit as a target issuer system corresponding to a target clearing object.
In one embodiment, each issuer corresponds to a different geographic region; the target issuer system is obtained by determining a target geographic area corresponding to an issuer; the target geographic area and the installation area of the ETC road side unit are different areas.
The geographic area can be divided into areas according to different provinces, urban areas and the like; the issuer systems for different issuers are typically not the same, nor are the geographic regions for the same. For example, although the installation area of the ETC roadside unit is a certain parking lot exit of province a, since the issuer of the ETC on-board unit of the target vehicle is province B, province B is regarded as a target clearing object, and the issuer system corresponding to province B is regarded as the target issuer system. Thus, a transaction pattern of who issues who deducts money is realized.
In one embodiment, before performing compliance verification on the unit information, the method further comprises: determining interface types corresponding to a plurality of issuer systems and communication protocols respectively required by each interface type; communication with each issuer system is established separately through each communication protocol.
The ETC payment system comprises an issuer docking module, wherein the issuer docking module comprises a plurality of issuer sub-modules, and communication protocols associated with different interface types are packaged in each issuer sub-module in advance. FIG. 3 is a block diagram of the issuer docking module in communication with an issuer system, as shown in FIG. 3.
Specifically, for each issuer system of the multiple issuer systems, when the computer device determines the interface type corresponding to the current issuer system, the target sub-module may be screened from the multiple issuer sub-modules according to the interface type, and then communication with the current issuer system is established through a communication protocol in the target sub-module. For example, if the interface type of the issuer system 1 is M, and the communication protocol M associated with the interface type M is encapsulated in the issuer sub-module a, the issuer sub-module a can be regarded as the target sub-module, and communication between the issuer systems 1 can be established.
And step 206, performing compliance verification on the unit information, and executing a deduction operation for the order to be deducted after the compliance verification is passed, so as to obtain an order flow.
The unit information comprises an ETC identification and a deduction card identification; the ETC identification is an identification corresponding to the ETC vehicle-mounted unit; the compliance verification includes at least one of an availability verification, a blacklist verification, and a deduction verification.
In one embodiment, the compliance verification of the unit information comprises: respectively judging whether the ETC vehicle-mounted unit corresponding to the ETC identification and the money deduction card corresponding to the money deduction card identification are in an available state; when the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the money deduction card are in an available state, carrying out blacklist verification on the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the money deduction card to obtain a blacklist verification result; and when the blacklist verification result is that the verification passes, performing deduction card verification on the deduction card to obtain a deduction card verification result, and taking the deduction card verification result as a compliance verification result.
Specifically, the computer device respectively performs availability verification on the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the money deducting card, and when the verification results of the availability verification of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the money deducting card are both in an available state, namely whether the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the money deducting card are both in an effective time or not, the computer device respectively performs blacklist verification on the money deducting card and the ETC vehicle-mounted unit to obtain a blacklist verification result. And when the blacklist verification result of the debit card and the blacklist verification result of the debit card are both verified, the computer equipment carries out debit card verification on the debit card to obtain a debit card verification result. When the deduction card verification result is verification passing, the computer equipment acquires authentication information from the target issuer system, and takes the deduction card verification result carrying the authentication information as a compliance verification result; and when the deduction card verification result is that the verification fails, directly taking the deduction card verification result as a compliance verification result. The authentication information is characterized as permission information which can access the deduction card.
In one embodiment, the computer device sends the debit card identification to the target issuer system. And the target issuer system determines the authentication information according to the deduction card identification.
Furthermore, as the compliance verification result passing the compliance verification comprises the authentication information, the computer equipment can use the authentication information to access the money deduction card corresponding to the money deduction card identifier and carry out money deduction operation according to the money amount to be deducted in the order to be deducted, so as to obtain the money deduction result. The deduction result is usually presented in a form of order flow.
In one embodiment, the computer device may store the order pipeline in a deduction pipeline storage module. The computer device may view the streamlining in the deduction streamlining storage module as a type of financial data.
Step 206, feeding back the order to the target issuer system in a running water manner; the fed back order pipeline is used to trigger the target issuer system to liquidate the received order pipeline.
In one embodiment, the computer device triggers the target issuer system through the order pipeline when feeding back the order pipeline to the target issuer system.
The target issuer system is pre-stored with a plurality of clearing rules, and different clearing operations can be executed on the order flow through different clearing rules. For example, the amount of money in the order flow in a first preset proportion is regarded as a first clearing fee and the first clearing fee is settled to the merchant, and meanwhile, the amount of money in the order flow in a second preset proportion is regarded as a second clearing fee and the second clearing fee is settled to the issuer corresponding to the target issuer system. As another example, all amounts in the order flow are directly settled to the merchant.
In the expense clearing method, when the to-be-deducted order of the target vehicle is obtained, the ETC road side unit is triggered to read the unit information of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit in the target vehicle, and then the issuer in the unit information is used as the target clearing object of the to-be-deducted order, so that the target issuer system corresponding to the target clearing object can be determined; and performing the deduction operation for the order to be deducted after the compliance verification of the unit information is passed to obtain the order flow, so that the order flow can be fed back to the target issuer system, and the target issuer system is triggered to clear the received order flow. According to the method and the system, after the target clearing object is determined, clearing is carried out based on the target issuer system corresponding to the target clearing object, compared with the traditional mode that the order flow is aggregated across areas and then distributed to different areas, when compliance verification of unit information is passed, the target issuer system can be triggered through the order flow, so that the cost clearing efficiency is improved, and the time for settling the cost to a merchant is greatly shortened.
In one embodiment, judge respectively that the ETC on-vehicle unit that the ETC sign corresponds, deduct the money card that the money card sign corresponds and whether be available state, include: determining an initial state of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the amount of money to be deducted in the order to be deducted; when the initial state is the activated state, judging whether the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is in the available state or not according to the first use time and the preset first effective time; determining the initial state of the debit card according to the second use time and the preset second effective time; and when the initial state is available preliminarily, judging whether the debit card is in an available state or not according to the actual balance and the amount of money to be deducted.
Wherein, after the user installed the on-vehicle unit of ETC on vehicle windshield, the initial condition of the on-vehicle unit of ETC usually is for waiting the activation state, then registers and activates the on-vehicle unit of ETC this moment, and the on-vehicle unit of ETC after only activating could respond to ETC payment system's deduction operation.
The unit information comprises first use time of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit, second use time of the debit card and actual balance; the preset first effective time is preset usable time after the ETC vehicle-mounted unit leaves a factory, for example, ten years, when the usable time exceeds the preset usable time, the ETC vehicle-mounted unit needs to be registered and activated again, otherwise, the ETC vehicle-mounted unit cannot be used again; similarly, the preset second valid time is preset usable time of the debit card after leaving a factory. The first use time is the actual use time of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit after the ETC vehicle-mounted unit leaves a factory, and is used for two years for example; similarly, the second use time is the actual use time of the debit card after the debit card leaves the factory.
Specifically, when the initial state of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is determined to be the activated state, the computer equipment determines whether the first use time is less than or equal to preset first effective time, and if yes, the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is determined to be the available state. For example, an effective time of less than ten years for two years of use is determined. And when the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is in an activated state, the computer equipment determines whether the second use time is less than or equal to a preset second effective time, and if so, determines that the initial state of the debit card is preliminarily available. And the computer equipment determines whether the amount of money to be deducted in the order to be deducted is less than or equal to the actual balance of the deduction card, and if so, the deduction card is determined to be in a usable state.
In the embodiment, the first service time and the first effective time of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit are compared, and the second service time and the second effective time of the deduction card are compared, so that the available states of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the deduction card can be accurately obtained, and the accuracy of blacklist verification on the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the deduction card in the follow-up process is ensured.
In one embodiment, the blacklist verification of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the deduction card to obtain a blacklist verification result comprises the following steps: determining the current receiving time of the order to be deducted, and acquiring a first blacklist data table and a second blacklist data table according to the current receiving time; inquiring whether the ETC identification is listed in a first blacklist data table or not and inquiring whether the deduction card identification is listed in a second blacklist data table or not; when the first blacklist data table does not comprise the ETC identification and the second blacklist data table does not comprise the deduction card identification, obtaining a blacklist verification result representing that the blacklist passes verification; and when the first blacklist data table comprises the ETC identification or the second blacklist data table comprises the deduction card identification, obtaining a blacklist verification result representing that the blacklist verification fails.
The current receiving time is the time when the computer equipment receives the order to be deducted in real time, namely the time corresponding to the national time service center standard time in real time. The first blacklist data table is an ETC vehicle-mounted unit listed in a blacklist, the first blacklist data table comprises a full data table and an incremental data table, the full data table can indicate all data in the whole preset period, and the incremental data table can indicate data which changes in real time at a certain moment in the period or a certain moment after the period; the second blacklist data table is a deduction card listed in a blacklist, and the second blacklist data table also comprises a full data table and an increment data table. The first blacklist data table and the second blacklist data table are typically stored in a blacklist system of the issuer system.
Specifically, the computer device obtains the first blacklist data table and the second blacklist data table according to the current receiving time of the received order to be deducted, for example, if the current receiving time is 1 month, 2 days, 10 am, and the preset period of the full data table is one day, therefore, the full data table in the first blacklist data table includes all blacklist users nationwide within 1 month, 1 day, and the incremental data table in the first blacklist data table includes blacklist users nationwide increased in real time from 0 point to 10 am on 1 month, 2 days. The computer equipment inquires the ETC identification from the first blacklist data table and inquires the deduction card identification from the second blacklist data table respectively, and if the ETC identification is not inquired in the first blacklist data table and the deduction card identification is not inquired in the second blacklist data table, the blacklist verification result is obtained and is passed; otherwise, the blacklist verification result is obtained and is that the verification is not passed.
In this embodiment, because the first blacklist data table and the second blacklist data table are both the comprehensive incremental data table on the basis of the full data table, dynamic acquisition of the blacklist data table is realized, the situation of error verification caused by updating of the blacklist is avoided, and the blacklist verification can be performed on the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the debit card respectively in a targeted manner, so that the accuracy of the blacklist verification is improved.
In one embodiment, the deduction card verification is performed on the deduction card, and a deduction card verification result is obtained, including: receiving a deduction card identification sent by the ETC payment system through a target issuer system, and determining a key associated with the deduction card identification; analyzing the deduction card identification according to the key through the target issuer system to obtain authentication information associated with the deduction card identification; the authentication information is fed back to the ETC payment system; the authentication information is used for triggering the ETC payment system to obtain a deduction card verification result.
Specifically, because the target issuer system includes a key system, and keys corresponding to different debit card identifiers are prestored in the key system, when the target issuer system receives the debit card identifier sent by the ETC payment system, a key associated with the debit card identifier can be obtained from the key system, and the debit card identifier is decrypted or analyzed through the key to obtain authentication information associated with the debit card identifier, where the authentication information is an authentication code calculated through the key in the key system. And only after the authentication information associated with the deduction card identification is acquired, the deduction card verification result carrying the authentication information can be used as verification pass.
In one embodiment, the target issuer system returns the authentication information to the computer device, i.e., the ETC payment system, so that the computer device obtains the debit card verification result according to the authentication information.
In the embodiment, the debit card is verified through the key, so that the account safety of the user is ensured, and the accuracy of the compliance verification of the unit information is further ensured because the debit card verification result is used as the compliance verification result.
In one embodiment, the order running water sent by the ETC payment system is received through the target issuer system, and the fee withholding is carried out on the amount in the order running water through the preset target account opening bank system, so that withholding fee is obtained; determining, by the target issuer system, a target clearing rule associated with the merchant identification; and clearing the withholding fee according to the target clearing rule through the target issuer system.
The target account opening bank system is obtained by associating the debit card with the account opening bank system in advance, and the target account opening bank system is also a subordinate issuing channel of the target issuer system, such as a certain bank channel. The order pipeline includes a merchant identification. The target clearing rule includes at least one of a flat rate, and a periodic charging of a service fee; the fixed rate representation calculates the total withholding cost according to a certain preset proportion to calculate the clearing cost rule; the step rate represents a rule for calculating the clearing cost according to different preset proportions corresponding to the cost interval after the cost interval to which the deduction cost belongs is determined; the periodic charging of the service fee represents a rule for deducting a preset service fee from a total withholding fee for a preset time.
Specifically, when the target account opening bank system is a certain bank channel, it indicates that the debit card is bound with the certain bank channel, so that the target issuer system can deduct the fee from the bound account according to the amount of money in the order flow through the preset target account opening bank system to obtain the deduction fee. The target issuer system orders the merchant identification in the flow, can determine a target clearing rule associated with the merchant identification, and then clears the surcharge according to the target clearing rule.
In one embodiment, the computer device obtains the clearing rule associated with each merchant identifier in advance by associating and configuring the merchant identifier and the corresponding clearing rule.
In one embodiment, clearing the surcharge fee according to the target clearing rule comprises: when the target clearing rule is a step rate, determining rates corresponding to different cost intervals respectively; determining a target cost interval to which the deduction fee belongs and a target rate corresponding to the target cost interval; and obtaining the target clearing cost according to the product of the deduction cost and the target rate.
The clearing rule corresponding to the stepped rate includes a plurality of rate intervals and a rate corresponding to each rate interval, for example, the rate corresponding to the rate interval [0,500] is 80%, and the rate corresponding to the rate interval [500,1000] is 90%.
Specifically, the target issuer system determines a target cost interval to which the surcharge belongs, such as 600, and determines a cost interval [500,1000] to which the target rate is 80%, and thus determines a product of the surcharge and the target rate as 480, and thus takes 480 as the target liquidation cost, where the target liquidation cost characterizes the liquidation cost associated with the merchant identification.
In one embodiment, the target issuer system determines an additional clearing fee associated with the issuer based on the surcharge fee and the target clearing fee. Namely, the difference value between the deduction cost and the target clearing cost is determined, and the difference value is used as the additional clearing cost.
In one embodiment, when the target clearing rule is a scheduled charging service fee, the target issuer system determines a plurality of deduction fees within a preset charging time, and superimposes the plurality of deduction fees to obtain a total deduction fee. And the target issuer system obtains the target clearing cost according to the preset service cost and the total withholding cost, namely, the preset service cost is deducted from the total withholding cost to obtain the target clearing cost.
In one embodiment, the target issuer system settles the target clearing fee to the merchant system corresponding to the merchant identification; the additional settlement fee or the preset service fee is settled to the issuer of the ETC on-board unit.
In the embodiment, when the deduction fee is obtained through the preset target account opening system and the target clearing rule associated with the merchant identifier is determined, the deduction fee is cleared according to different target clearing rules, so that the flexibility of fee clearing is improved, and the purpose of purposefully settling different target clearing fees to the merchant system is achieved because the clearing rules corresponding to different merchants are not necessarily the same.
In one embodiment, after the target issuer system clears the received order flow, the computer device needs to perform a data verification process on the order flow, wherein the data verification process refers to a process of rechecking the transaction order after the transaction order is completed, and if the verification is correct, the transaction order is cancelled, and if the verification is incorrect, the specific order details need to be further checked.
Specifically, the computer equipment acquires at least one piece of data to be checked and cancelled, wherein field information of the data to be checked and cancelled comprises a key field and a comparison field; the data to be checked and sold comprises at least one of business data and financial data, the business data is an order in the order data storage module, and the financial data is a flow in the deduction flow storage module. The computer equipment determines a target verification and cancellation data source corresponding to each piece of to-be-verified and cancelled data, when the to-be-verified and cancelled data are business data, the deduction streamline storage module can be used as the target verification and cancellation data source, and when the to-be-verified and cancelled data are financial data, the order data storage module can be used as the target verification and cancellation data source. And performing cancel verification processing on the data to be cancelled and verified based on the target cancel and verification data source according to the field information of the data to be cancelled and verified.
Further, the key field in the field information may be predefined by the user, for example, the key field may be at least one of an order number, a serial number and a score number, and the comparison field may be a transaction amount. And the computer equipment searches candidate data with the same key field from a target verification and cancellation data source according to the key field of the data to be verified and cancelled, if the comparison field of the candidate data is the same as the comparison field of the data to be verified and cancelled, the verification and cancellation results corresponding to the candidate data and the data to be verified and cancelled are determined to be the same, and at the moment, verified and cancelled character patterns are assigned to the fields of the verification and cancellation states corresponding to the candidate data and the data to be verified and cancelled.
In one embodiment, the computer device may include a temporary storage database and a highly fault-tolerant Distributed File System, where the temporary storage database is used to store data to be checked and sold collected within a preset time period, and the Distributed File System may be an HDFS (Hadoop Distributed File System). The data to be subjected to cancel verification in the temporary storage database can be imported into the distributed file system through an open source tool (SQOOP component), so that the data to be subjected to cancel verification can be subjected to cancel verification processing through the distributed file system.
