The server may be an independent physical server, or may be a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, there is provided a vehicle management method executed by an ETC payment system, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to a computer device in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 202, obtaining an order query task sent by a vehicle system deployed in a vehicle, and extracting a target vehicle identifier in the order query task.
When a user drives a vehicle and consumes in a merchant, a vehicle system in the vehicle usually carries out payment deduction operation, and when the vehicle system pays a target order to be paid after consumption, the vehicle driven by the user can leave. The merchant can comprise a gas station, a parking lot, a charging station, a self-service car washing and the like; the target vehicle identification is usually a license plate number, and can be any one of license plate color, vehicle type and vehicle size added on the basis of the license plate number.
Specifically, after the user drives the vehicle to consume in the parking lot, the vehicle system may send an order query task to the computer device, i.e., the ETC payment system. And the computer equipment analyzes the acquired order query task to obtain a target vehicle identifier in the order query task, and determines a target to-be-deducted payment order required to be queried by the order query task according to the target vehicle identifier. And the computer equipment sends the target order to be deducted to a vehicle system, and after the vehicle system finishes the deduction operation, a gate at the door of the parking lot is opened to allow the user to drive the vehicle to leave.
In one embodiment, when a user consumes at a merchant through a vehicle system, the merchant system where the merchant is located generates a to-be-deducted payment order by using a license plate number as an identifier, and sends the to-be-deducted payment order to a computer device, namely, an ETC payment system.
In one embodiment, the computer device determines a target to-be-deducted money order required to be inquired by the order inquiry task from a plurality of pre-stored to-be-deducted money orders.
Step 204, screening out a target to-be-deducted payment order corresponding to the target vehicle identification from the order cluster; the order cluster includes the orders to be deducted that were generated when the consumption was performed by the vehicle system.
The order cluster can logically or physically integrate data with different sources and formats to realize unified management and sharing of the data, so that the order cluster can ensure that the orders to be deducted from different merchants are uniformly managed.
In one embodiment, the step of screening out the target withholding order corresponding to the target vehicle identification from the order cluster comprises the following steps: screening candidate orders to be deducted, including the target vehicle identification, from the order cluster; and screening the target order to be deducted from at least one candidate order to be deducted according to the vehicle position information in the order inquiry task and the deduction position information in the candidate order to be deducted.
The order query task comprises vehicle position information, and the order to be deducted comprises a vehicle identifier and deduction position information; the vehicle position information is the actual position of the user when consuming through the vehicle system; the vehicle identification is an identification corresponding to a vehicle system which consumes in a merchant; and the deduction position information is the actual position of the merchant.
Specifically, the computer device searches for the to-be-deducted order in the order cluster until at least one vehicle identifier identical to the target vehicle identifier is found. If the user consumes for multiple times at the same merchant, multiple to-be-deducted money orders can be formed, for example, after the vehicle a is parked and charged at the charging station merchant, the to-be-deducted money orders include a parking order 1 and a charging order 2. And the computer equipment respectively takes the to-be-deducted payment orders to which each vehicle identifier belongs as candidate to-be-deducted payment orders and determines the payment position information in each candidate to-be-deducted payment order. And the computer equipment screens out a target order to be deducted from at least one candidate order to be deducted according to the vehicle position information in the order query task and the deduction position information in the candidate order to be deducted.
In one embodiment, if the computer device does not find the candidate to-be-deducted-fee order including the target vehicle identifier from the order cluster, it indicates that the user is not consuming at the merchant.
In one embodiment, the computer device may store the received to-be-deducted-fee order in an order data storage module of the ETC payment system, so that a target to-be-deducted-fee order corresponding to the target vehicle identification can be screened out from the order data storage module subsequently.
Step 206, feeding back the target to-be-deducted payment order to a vehicle system; and the fed back target order to be deducted is used for triggering the vehicle system to generate a deduction request according to the target order to be deducted.
In one embodiment, when the computer device feeds back the target payment to be deducted order to the vehicle system, the vehicle system is triggered to operate through the target payment to be deducted order.
The vehicle system includes a bluetooth communication module, a data communication module, and an ETC vehicle-mounted unit, as shown in fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a structural block diagram of the vehicle system.
In one embodiment, a target to-be-deducted-money order sent by an ETC payment system is received through a vehicle system, and a deduction card identifier stored in an ETC vehicle-mounted unit is obtained through a Bluetooth communication module; generating a deduction request according to the deduction card identifier through a vehicle system, and sending the deduction request to an ETC payment system through a data communication module so that the ETC payment system feeds back a verification result; and the verification result is used for triggering the vehicle system to carry out money deduction operation on the money deduction card corresponding to the money deduction card identification.
Specifically, when the vehicle system receives a target to-be-deducted-money order sent by the computer device, the vehicle system can perform information reading operation, namely, the vehicle system obtains a deduction card identifier stored in the ETC vehicle-mounted unit through the Bluetooth communication module. And the money deducting card corresponding to the money deducting card identification is inserted into the ETC vehicle-mounted unit. The vehicle system generates a deduction request according to the deduction card identification, and sends the deduction request to the computer equipment, namely the ETC payment system, through the data communication module.
In one embodiment, the vehicle system acquires unit information stored by the ETC on-board unit through the Bluetooth communication module. The unit information comprises system information and vehicle information, the system information comprises configuration information of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit when the ETC vehicle-mounted unit leaves a factory, use information of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the like, for example, the configuration information can be an ETC mark and the like, and the use information can be the use time of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and a deduction card and the like; the vehicle information is information such as license plate numbers and license plate colors which are stored in advance when the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is registered.
In one embodiment, the vehicle system generates a debit request based on the unit information and the debit card identification.
And step 208, receiving a deduction request sent by the vehicle system, and performing compliance verification on the deduction request to obtain a verification result.
The deduction request comprises a deduction card identifier and unit information of an ETC vehicle-mounted unit in a vehicle system; the compliance verification includes at least one of an availability verification, a blacklist verification, and a deduction verification.
Specifically, the computer device respectively carries out availability verification on the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the deduction card corresponding to the deduction card identification, and when the verification results of the availability verification of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the deduction card identification are in the available state, the computer device respectively carries out blacklist verification on the deduction card identification and the unit information of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit to obtain blacklist verification results corresponding to the deduction card identification and the unit information respectively. And when the blacklist verification results respectively corresponding to the deduction card identification and the unit information are both verified, the computer equipment carries out deduction card verification on the deduction card to obtain a deduction card verification result. When the deduction card verification result is that the deduction card passes the verification, the computer equipment acquires target authentication information from an ETC issuer key system, and takes the deduction card verification result carrying the target authentication information as the verification result of the deduction request; and when the deduction card verification result is that the deduction card does not pass the verification, directly taking the deduction card verification result as the verification result of the deduction request. The target authentication information is represented as permission information which can access the deduction card; the target authentication information may be an authentication code calculated from a key in the ETC issuer key system.
Step 210, feeding back a verification result to a vehicle system; the returned verification result is used for triggering the vehicle system to determine whether to execute the deduction operation.
In one embodiment, when the computer device feeds back the verification result to the vehicle system, the vehicle system is triggered to operate according to the verification result,
specifically, the vehicle system receives a verification result sent by the computer device, analyzes the verification result, and if the verification result includes target authentication information, accesses the debit card corresponding to the debit card identifier by using the target authentication information. And the vehicle system determines the consumption amount in the target order to be deducted, and deducts money from the money deducting card according to the consumption amount to obtain a money deducting result. If the information that the debit card cannot pass the verification is analyzed, the vehicle system cannot be triggered to execute the debit operation.
In one embodiment, the deduction results are sent to the computer device by the vehicle system, so that the computer device stores the deduction results in a deduction pipeline. And the computer equipment also sends the deduction result to a merchant system where the merchant is located.
In one of the embodiments, referring to FIG. 3, the vehicle system further includes a processing module, a location information module, a user notification module, and a historical order module. The processing module is used for operating a money deduction card in the ETC vehicle-mounted unit to deduct fees according to the target order to be deducted; the position information module is used for acquiring the position information of the vehicle through the vehicle-mounted GPS, providing a query interface of the position information and assisting the processing module to complete an order query task. The historical order module is used for storing the deduction result into the historical order module, responding to the triggering operation of the user on the historical order module and inquiring the consumed historical deduction result of the user; the user notification module is used for carrying out voice broadcast on the money deduction result or displaying the money deduction result to a user through a notification interface in a vehicle system, and prompting a failure reason when the money deduction result is payment failure.
According to the vehicle management method, the order query task sent by the vehicle system deployed in the vehicle is obtained, the target vehicle identification in the order query task is further extracted, and the target order to be deducted corresponding to the target vehicle identification is screened from the order cluster; feeding back the target order to be deducted to the vehicle system, so that the fed back target order to be deducted triggers the vehicle system to generate a deduction request according to the target order to be deducted; therefore, the deduction request sent by the vehicle system can be received, the compliance verification is carried out on the deduction request, the verification result is obtained, the verification result is fed back to the vehicle system, and the fed-back verification result triggers the vehicle system to determine whether to execute the deduction operation. Because this application is after determining the target order of withholding earlier, the target order of withholding can feed back to vehicle system to trigger vehicle system and generate the request of withholding, consequently, compare in traditional communication that relies on between ETC on-board unit and the roadside unit, just can accomplish the mode of payment, this application receives the verification result of compliance verification at vehicle system after, alright carry out the operation of withholding, consequently guaranteed to carry out the flexibility of withholding to the vehicle.
In one embodiment, before acquiring an order query task sent by a vehicle system deployed in a vehicle, the order query task needs to be generated by the vehicle system, and the method comprises the following steps:
and 402, establishing communication connection between the Bluetooth communication module and the ETC vehicle-mounted unit through the vehicle system, and acquiring target vehicle information stored by the ETC vehicle-mounted unit through the Bluetooth communication module.
Wherein, vehicle system can include the on-vehicle unit of car machine APP and ETC, and wherein, car machine APP is the terminal application of a plurality of modules such as the bluetooth communication module of having integrateed, positional information module. The on-board vehicle APP is typically mounted inside the vehicle body, and the ETC on-board unit is typically mounted on the vehicle windshield. The Bluetooth communication module is packaged with a target communication protocol associated with an interface of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit, so that the vehicle system can acquire the target vehicle information stored by the ETC vehicle-mounted unit through the target communication protocol in the Bluetooth communication module.
In one embodiment, after the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is installed, the encapsulation of the target communication protocol needs to be completed, so that the communication connection between the Bluetooth communication module and the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is established.
Step 404, obtaining, by the vehicle system, vehicle position information based on the position information module.
The vehicle position information is the actual position of the user when the user consumes the vehicle system, namely the actual position of the vehicle.
Specifically, the vehicle system may simultaneously acquire the vehicle position information and the target vehicle information stored by the ETC on-board unit at a preset sampling frequency. For example, the vehicle position information and the target vehicle information are collected every 5 seconds, and if only one of the vehicle position information and the target vehicle information is acquired, it indicates that the order inquiry task is not generated.
And 406, generating an order query task according to the target vehicle information and the vehicle position information through the vehicle system, and sending the order query task to the ETC payment system through the data communication module.
Specifically, when the vehicle system acquires the vehicle position information and the target vehicle information at the same time, it indicates that the user may generate consumption at the merchant, and therefore the vehicle system generates an order query task according to the target vehicle information and the vehicle position information. And the vehicle system sends the order query task to the computer equipment through the data communication module, namely to the ETC payment system. The order inquiry task is used for triggering the ETC payment system to determine whether the user consumes or not and the target to-be-deducted order if the user consumes.
In the embodiment, the acquisition of the vehicle position information and the target vehicle information is realized through a plurality of modules in the vehicle system, so that whether the user generates consumption in a merchant or not can be determined according to the vehicle position information and the target vehicle information, an order query task is accurately generated,
in one embodiment, extracting the target vehicle identification in the order query task comprises: analyzing the order query task to obtain target vehicle information and an ETC identifier corresponding to the target vehicle information; determining a target ETC vehicle-mounted unit to which the target vehicle information belongs according to the ETC identification; and determining a key associated with the target ETC vehicle-mounted unit, and decrypting the target vehicle information through the key to obtain the target vehicle identification.
Since the ETC on-board unit is equipped with a debit card for deducting money and stores important contents such as user information and vehicle information, the target vehicle information read by the vehicle system is generally encrypted information. Therefore, the target vehicle information in the order inquiry task needs to be decrypted.
Specifically, when the computer device obtains an order query task sent by the vehicle system, the order query task is analyzed to obtain target vehicle information and an ETC identifier corresponding to the target vehicle information. Wherein the ETC identification is an identification of a target ETC on-board unit that stores target vehicle information. And the computer equipment determines an ETC issuer key system corresponding to the ETC vehicle-mounted unit, acquires a key associated with the target ETC vehicle-mounted unit from the ETC issuer key system, and decrypts the target vehicle information through the key to obtain the target vehicle identification. The target vehicle identifier is an identifier recognizable by the computer system, such as a recognizable license plate number.
In this embodiment, only after the key associated with the target ETC vehicle-mounted unit is acquired, the target vehicle information can be decrypted by the key to obtain the target vehicle identifier, so that the information security of the user information and the vehicle information stored in the ETC vehicle-mounted unit can be ensured.
In one embodiment, the step of screening a target order to be deducted from at least one candidate order to be deducted according to the vehicle position information in the order query task and the deduction position information in the candidate order to be deducted comprises the following steps: determining the difference between the current deduction position information and the vehicle position information in the current candidate deduction order for each candidate deduction order in the plurality of candidate deduction orders; and if the difference between the current money deduction position information and the vehicle position information is smaller than or equal to a preset difference threshold value, taking the current candidate order to be deducted as the target order to be deducted of the vehicle system.
Specifically, the computer device determines the difference between the deduction location information and the vehicle location information in each candidate to-be-deducted order, that is, the difference between the actual location of the merchant and the actual location of the user at the time of consumption. The preset difference threshold value can be an area range with a certain radius at the area position of the merchant, and when the difference is smaller than or equal to the preset difference threshold value, the fact that the actual position of the user is located in the area range during consumption is indicated, the candidate order to be deducted at the moment can be used as the target order to be deducted, which is needed to be paid by the user through the vehicle system.
In one embodiment, when the deduction position information in the candidate to-be-deducted-money order is the same as the vehicle position information, the candidate to-be-deducted-money order at the moment is regarded as the payable target to-be-deducted-money order.
In the embodiment, the vehicle driven by the user is ensured to be consumed in the area range of the merchant by determining the difference between the deduction position information and the vehicle position information, so that the wrong inquiry of the target order to be deducted is avoided.
In one embodiment, the deduction request comprises a deduction card identification and unit information of an ETC on-board unit in the vehicle system; the unit information comprises first use time of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and second use time of a money deduction card corresponding to the money deduction card identification; and performing compliance verification on the deduction request to obtain a verification result, wherein the verification result comprises the following steps: determining an initial state of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit; when the initial state is the activated state, judging whether the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is in the available state or not according to the first use time and the preset first effective time; judging whether the debit card is in a usable state or not according to the second using time and the preset second effective time; when the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the money deduction card are both in a usable state, carrying out blacklist verification on the unit information and the money deduction card identification to obtain a blacklist verification result; and when the blacklist verification result is that the deduction card passes the verification, carrying out deduction card verification on the deduction card to obtain a deduction card verification result, and taking the deduction card verification result as a verification result of the deduction request.
After the user installs the ETC vehicle-mounted unit on a vehicle windshield, the initial state of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is a state to be activated generally, the ETC vehicle-mounted unit needs to be registered and activated at the moment, and only the activated ETC vehicle-mounted unit can respond to the deduction operation of a vehicle system.
When the preset first effective time is more than ten years, the ETC vehicle-mounted unit needs to be registered and activated again, and the ETC vehicle-mounted unit cannot be used any more; similarly, the preset second valid time is a preset available time after the debit card leaves the factory. The first use time is the actual use time of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit after the ETC vehicle-mounted unit leaves a factory, and is used for two years for example; similarly, the second use time is the actual use time of the debit card after the debit card leaves the factory.
Specifically, when the initial state of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is determined to be the activated state, the computer equipment determines whether the first use time is less than or equal to a preset first effective time, and if yes, the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is determined to be in the usable state. For example, an effective time of less than ten years for two years of use is determined. And when the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is in an activated state, the computer equipment determines whether the second service time is less than or equal to a preset second effective time, and if so, determines that the debit card is in an available state.
Further, when the ETC vehicle-mounted unit and the deduction card are both in an available state, the computer device respectively conducts blacklist verification on the deduction card identification and unit information of the ETC vehicle-mounted unit to obtain blacklist verification results corresponding to the deduction card identification and the unit information respectively. And when the blacklist verification results respectively corresponding to the deduction card identification and the unit information are both verified, the computer equipment determines an ETC issuer key system corresponding to the ETC vehicle-mounted unit, and carries out deduction card verification on the deduction card based on the ETC issuer key system to obtain a deduction card verification result. And when the deduction card verification result is that the deduction card passes the verification, the computer equipment acquires target authentication information of the deduction card identification from the ETC issuer key system, and takes the deduction card verification result carrying the target authentication information as the verification result of the deduction request.
In one embodiment, the computer device determines the remaining amount in the debit card and the amount to be deducted in the target amount to be deducted, and if the remaining amount is less than the amount to be deducted, the debit card is considered to be in an unavailable state.
In this embodiment, when the first usage time of the on-board unit of the ETC and the second usage time of the debit card are determined, it indicates that the unit information and the debit card identification can be subjected to blacklist verification when both the on-board unit of the ETC and the debit card are available, and the debit card is verified by the blacklist verification result when the verification passes, so as to obtain the target authentication information.
In one embodiment, the unit information further includes an ETC identification; and carrying out blacklist verification on the unit information and the deduction card identification to obtain a blacklist verification result, wherein the blacklist verification result comprises the following steps: determining the current receiving time for receiving the deduction request, and acquiring a first blacklist data table and a second blacklist data table according to the current receiving time; inquiring whether the ETC identification is listed in a first blacklist data table or not and inquiring whether the deduction card identification is listed in a second blacklist data table or not; when the first blacklist data table does not include the ETC identification and the second blacklist data table does not include the deduction card identification, obtaining a blacklist verification result representing that the blacklist verification passes; and when the first blacklist data table comprises the ETC identification or the second blacklist data table comprises the deduction card identification, obtaining a blacklist verification result representing that the blacklist verification fails.
The current receiving time is the time when the computer equipment receives the deduction request in real time, namely the time corresponding to the national time service center standard time in real time. The first blacklist data table is an ETC vehicle-mounted unit listed in a blacklist and comprises a full data table and an incremental data table, the full data table can indicate all data in a whole preset period, and the incremental data table can indicate data which changes in real time at a certain moment in the period or a certain moment after the period; the second blacklist data table is a deduction card listed in a blacklist, and similarly, the second blacklist data table comprises a full data table and an incremental data table. The first blacklist data table and the second blacklist data table are typically stored in an ETC issuer blacklist system.
Specifically, the computer device obtains the first blacklist data table and the second blacklist data table according to the current receiving time of the deduction request, for example, if the current receiving time is 1 month, 2 days and 10 am, and the preset period of the total data table is one day, therefore, the total data table in the first blacklist data table includes all blacklist users nationwide within 1 month and 1 day, and the incremental data table in the first blacklist data table includes blacklist users increasing nationwide in real time from 1 month, 2 days and 0 pm to 10 am. The computer equipment inquires the ETC identification from the first blacklist data table and inquires the deduction card identification from the second blacklist data table respectively, and if the ETC identification is not inquired in the first blacklist data table and the deduction card identification is not inquired in the second blacklist data table, a blacklist verification result is obtained and is passed through verification; otherwise, the obtained blacklist verification result is that the verification is not passed.
In this embodiment, because the first blacklist data table and the second blacklist data table are both the comprehensive incremental data table on the basis of the full data table, dynamic acquisition of the blacklist data table is realized, the situation of error verification caused by updating of the blacklist is avoided, and the blacklist verification can be performed on the unit information and the debit card identifier in a targeted manner, so that the accuracy of the blacklist verification is improved.
