Abstract

本发明公开了一种由3D打印板及轻质龙骨组成的模块化快速拼装系统,包括主框架,所述主框架上拼装有多个3D打印板,其特征是,每个3D打印板的顶端具有凸部,底端具有凹槽部,相邻的所述凸部与所述凹槽部可适配衔接;每个3D打印板的侧端具有向内的槽孔;还包括龙骨,所述龙骨的第一端可插入至槽孔内部,所述龙骨的第二端与所述主框架适配衔接。本发明的拼装系统通过贯穿3D打印板的龙骨将3D打印板拼装于主框架上,具有可快速拆装的优点。

Description

一种由3D打印板及轻质龙骨组成的模块化快速拼装系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种由3D打印板及轻质龙骨组成的模块化快速拼装系统,属于拆装式活动用房的组合搭建技术领域。
背景技术
活动用房通常以快速搭建为目的、同时具备可供活动用的良好环境,因此在当今生活中具有广泛的应用场景。其具有较好的舒适性和实用性,并满足如住用、办公、娱乐等特定活动行为的需求。拆装式的活动用房应在不同应用场景或临时情况中,适应环境条件快速完成拆装。因此,构造体系和搭建方法成为活动用房系统中的关键因素。
市面上的活动用房可大致分为两类:1、应急条件下或艰苦地区中,应对基本住用需求并配备必要生活设施的活动用房;此类活动用房简易实用、造价低廉,并具备如防水、抗风等应对环境因素的功能,外观内饰一致简约朴素、无装饰性;2、城市环境中的独立办公或娱乐舱体;此类活动用房满足特定活动功能,外观符合美学、内部软硬件配备齐全、注重舒适度,但通常体型较大、不便于运输、快速拆卸与拼装。
此外,传统技法制作的结构墙板功能单一、缺乏定制型,并且受结构上的限制无法简化拆装顺序,其框架体系较重并缺乏灵活性。
为解决上述问题,一种由3D打印板及轻质龙骨组成的模块化快速拼装系统很有必要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种由3D打印板及轻质龙骨组成的模块化快速拼装系统,采用3D打印模块化集成墙板和轻质骨架实现了快速运输、拆卸和拼装。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种由3D打印板及轻质龙骨组成的模块化快速拼装系统,包括主框架,所述主框架上可拼装多个3D打印板,其特征是,
每个3D打印板的顶端具有凸部,底端具有凹槽部,相邻的所述凸部与所述凹槽部可适配衔接;
每个3D打印板的侧端具有向内的槽孔;
还包括龙骨,所述龙骨的第一端可插入至槽孔内部,所述龙骨的第二端与所述主框架适配衔接;
所述槽孔沿所述3D打印板的宽度方向贯穿所述3D打印板,所述龙骨的第一端可穿过所述槽孔与所述主框架适配衔接。
所述龙骨的第一端和第二端的端部均具有凸起的滑扣,所述主框架上设置有槽口,所述槽口与所述滑扣相互适配衔接
所述槽孔的内壁与所述龙骨的表面之间设置有塑胶软垫。
所述3D打印板的内部填充有保温和/或隔音材料。
所述槽孔有两条,且沿所述3D打印板高度方向间隔分布。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明的拼装系统中相邻3D打印板之间可以通过相邻的凹凸结构实现适配衔接,龙骨插入3D打印板上设置的槽孔内以完成龙骨与3D打印板的拼接,另外,通过龙骨的端部与主框架的适配衔接,这样便实现了3D打印板、龙骨和主框架的整体拼接,上述各部件之间的拼装是通过相互适配的结构完成衔接,无需使用螺钉等紧固件进行固定连接,因而通过上述结构可以实现快速的拆装。
此外,3D打印版作为内外的可视面,可客制化定制,可以适应丰富的应用场景。同时,本发明采用轻型的模块化组件体系,其大幅提高了搭建流程的工作效率,满足活动需求的同时有效节省了储存、运输的时间和人力成本的消耗。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图所示,本发明的一种由3D打印板及轻质龙骨组成的模块化快速拼装系统,包括主框架1,3D打印板2和龙骨3,其中,主框架1为一框架形结构,该框架形结构的具体形状可以根据实际使用需求进行变换,该主框架1主要起到支撑作用;
3D打印板2可拼装在主框架1上,具体的,
在3D打印板2顶端具有凸部21,该凸部21沿3D打印板2的宽度方向延伸至3D打印板2的两个侧端;
在3D打印板2的底端具有凹槽部22,该凹槽部22沿3D打印板2的宽度方向延伸至3D打印板2的两个侧端;
上述凸部21与凹槽部22相互适配,即凸部21可卡插于凹槽部22内,从而能够实现相邻两个3D打印板2之间的拼接;
进一步的,在3D打印板2上设置有槽孔23,该槽孔23由3D打印板2的一个侧端向另一个侧端贯穿设置,即槽孔23在3D打印板2的宽度方向上贯穿设置,当3D打印板2大致为矩形结构时,凸部21、凹槽部22及槽孔23大致平行;
龙骨3,优选龙骨3为轻质龙骨,龙骨3可穿过槽孔23,使龙骨3的第一端和第二端位于槽孔23的外部;
为实现龙骨3与主框架1的衔接,龙骨3的第一端和第二端的端部均具有凸起的滑扣31,主框架1上设置有槽口11,该槽口11与滑扣31相互适配衔接。具体的,滑扣31仅可从槽口11的起始端滑入槽口11以完成滑扣31与槽口11的衔接配合,滑扣31滑入槽口11内后便不能够从垂直于槽口11的方向拔出滑扣31,同理滑扣31也不能够从垂直于槽口11的方向插入滑扣31;
基于上述结构设计,主框架1、3D打印板和龙骨3之间的拼装可按如下步骤完成,首先:使龙骨3贯穿3D打印板2,然后将龙骨3的两端滑入主框架1的槽口11中,这样便快速、轻松的完成了主框架1、3D打印板和龙骨3之间的拼装,此过程无需螺钉等紧固件,因此具有操作简便、快捷的优点。
为使龙骨3插入槽孔23内更加稳定,在槽孔23的内壁与龙骨3的表面之间设置有塑胶软垫(未图示),该塑胶软垫可以很好的起到防滑作用,优选塑胶软垫可以嵌入包裹的方式附着在龙骨3的表面,另外,在槽孔23的内壁与塑胶软垫之间可以进一步的注入玻璃胶以完成进一步固定。
为进一步提升拼装系统的强度,同时为了3D打印板2更加稳定,避免翻转情况的发生,槽孔23有两条,且沿所述3D打印板高度方向间隔分布,也就是说,每个3D打印板2由两根贯穿槽孔23的龙骨3进行支撑并实现与主框架1的拼装。
为使拼装系统形成的空间具有保温和/或隔音的特性,在3D打印板2的内部填充有保温和/或隔音材料。且在端口处采用硅胶软垫进行封堵,这样可以避免3D打印板2与主框架1直接碰撞所导致的缝隙等问题。
应用案例:
图4显示的案例为可以移动的轻质单人隔音舱,该隔音舱主要利用本发明的拼装系统拼装而成,具体的按图4a-图4e所示的拼装步骤拼装而成。由图4a和图4b可见,主框架1主要由底框、竖边框、顶框组成,由图4c可见,在预先将龙骨3插入3D打印板2后,然后将龙骨3的两端滑入主框架1的槽口11中,这样能够完成围边(墙面)的拼装,形成以主框架1和多个3D打印板2围成的可以移动的轻质单人隔音舱雏形,接下来由图4d可见,可以由其它配件依靠主框架1上的槽口11继续完成围边,例如:玻璃围边, 还有填充物的填充安装。图4e则是门窗和围边完成后的成功展示。上述过程中均只需在连接处依靠凹凸结构便可实现连接完成拼装,因此,可以实现快速的拆装。
本发明中D打印板2可以根据实际应用需求,预制成如图5所示的形状,具体可见图5a-图5b,实际使用中3D打印板2具有成形迅速,减少人力物力的资源消耗等特点。具体的3D打印板2的外表面具有很高的可变性,可以保证在不影响内部结构设计的同时灵活改变可视面的外观,甚至增加相应的功能。本发明的拼装系统中每一块3d打印板2都可以独立替换进而满足不同的功能,且之前的板材仍可以重复利用,减少了人工的消耗和不必要的浪费时间,具有广阔的市场前景,也践行了可持续理念。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种由3D打印板及轻质龙骨组成的模块化快速拼装系统,包括主框架,所述主框架上可拼装多个3D打印板,其特征是,
每个3D打印板的顶端具有凸部,底端具有凹槽部,相邻的所述凸部与所述凹槽部可适配衔接;
每个3D打印板的侧端具有向内的槽孔;
还包括龙骨,所述龙骨的第一端可插入至槽孔内部,所述龙骨的第二端与所述主框架适配衔接。

所述槽孔沿所述3D打印板的宽度方向贯穿所述3D打印板,所述龙骨的第一端可穿过所述槽孔与所述主框架适配衔接。

所述龙骨的第一端和第二端的端部均具有凸起的滑扣,所述主框架上设置有槽口,所述槽口与所述滑扣相互适配衔接。
