Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fabrics, in particular to a high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The shirts worn by people are mostly made of pure cotton woven fabrics, and the pure cotton fabrics have the advantages of comfortable hand feeling, air permeability, moisture absorption and wearing comfort, and are popular with people.
However, pure cotton fabrics are prone to wrinkling during wearing and washing, and need to be frequently ironed, which causes inconvenience in wearing.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-15% of bamboo charcoal fiber, 30-40% of cotton-like polyester staple fiber yarn, 8-15% of bamboo charcoal cotton and the balance of Lycra fiber, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the bamboo charcoal fiber, the cotton-like polyester staple fiber yarn, the bamboo charcoal cotton and the Lycra fiber is 100%.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric, which is used for preparing the high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric and specifically comprises the following steps:
adding the raw materials into a dye vat with water, adding an additive for mixing reaction, and discharging liquid in the dye vat after mixing;
injecting liquid into a dye vat, adding a dye and an anti-ultraviolet auxiliary agent, heating to 65-100 ℃, standing for 15-30 min, and discharging the liquid;

The invention provides a high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10-15% of bamboo charcoal fiber, 30-40% of cotton-like polyester staple fiber yarn, 8-15% of bamboo charcoal cotton and the balance of Lycra fiber, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the bamboo charcoal fiber, the cotton-like polyester staple fiber yarn, the bamboo charcoal cotton and the Lycra fiber is 100%.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric and a preparation method thereof according to the present invention. The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric, which is used for preparing the high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric as defined in claim 1, and specifically comprises the following steps:
s1: pretreating the raw materials;

in the embodiment, the liquid is added into the dye vat, the pH value in the dye vat is adjusted to be about 5.5, the temperature of the dye vat is increased to 65-100 ℃, the dye and the ultraviolet-resistant auxiliary agent are added, and the mixture is kept still for 15-30 min to discharge the liquid.
S4: adding the antibacterial auxiliary agent into a dye vat for padding for 15-25 min to obtain a fabric blank;

adding 12% of bamboo charcoal fiber, 35% of cotton-like polyester staple fiber yarn, 15% of bamboo charcoal cotton and the balance of Lycra fiber into an aqueous solution with a detergent and a soda solution, heating to 80 ℃, and performing hot water washing to remove impurities such as oil stains on the raw materials and eliminate stress of the raw materials so as to relax and shrink the raw materials; heating the raw materials into a dye vat with water, and adding the refining agent, the sodium hydroxide and the hydrogen peroxide in a molar percentage of 4: 4.4: 11, heating the additive to about 110 ℃, reacting for about 30min, and discharging the liquid in the dye vat; adding liquid into the dye vat, adjusting the pH value in the dye vat to be about 5.5, heating the dye vat to 75 ℃, adding the dye and the ultraviolet-resistant auxiliary agent, standing for 22min, and discharging the liquid; adding an antibacterial auxiliary agent into the dye vat after the liquid is drained, and padding for 15-25 min to obtain a fabric blank; and heating the fabric blank to 180 ℃ for presetting, wherein the presetting time is 30min to ensure stable shape during dyeing, and after the presetting is finished, reducing the temperature to 170 ℃ for final setting to remove wrinkles and keep the fabric surface flat so as to finish the fabric to obtain the high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric.
Example 2:
adding 13% of bamboo charcoal fiber, 38% of cotton-like polyester staple fiber yarn, 13% of bamboo charcoal cotton and the balance of Lycra fiber into an aqueous solution with a detergent and a soda solution, heating to 82 ℃, and performing hot water washing to remove impurities such as oil stains on the raw materials and eliminate the stress of the raw materials, so that the raw materials are relaxed and shrunk; heating the raw materials into a dye vat with water, and adding the refining agent, the sodium hydroxide and the hydrogen peroxide in a molar percentage of 4.5: 3.7: 11, heating the additive to about 110 ℃, reacting for about 30min, and discharging the liquid in the dye vat; adding liquid into the dye vat, adjusting the pH value in the dye vat to be about 5.5, heating the dye vat to 90 ℃, adding the dye and the anti-ultraviolet auxiliary agent, standing for 19min, and discharging the liquid; adding an antibacterial auxiliary agent into the dye vat after the liquid is drained, and padding for 19min to obtain a fabric blank; and heating the fabric blank to 185 ℃ for presetting, wherein the presetting time is 26min to ensure stable shape during dyeing, and after the presetting is finished, reducing the temperature to 165 ℃ for final setting to remove wrinkles and keep the fabric surface flat so as to finish the fabric to obtain the high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric.
Example 3:
adding 13% of bamboo charcoal fiber, 35% of cotton-like polyester staple fiber yarn, 9% of bamboo charcoal cotton and the balance of Lycra fiber into an aqueous solution with a detergent and a soda solution, heating to 84 ℃, and performing hot water washing to remove impurities such as oil stains on the raw materials and eliminate stress of the raw materials so as to relax and shrink the raw materials; heating the raw materials into a dye vat with water, and adding the refining agent, the sodium hydroxide and the hydrogen peroxide in a molar percentage of 4.5: 4.2: 9, heating the additive to about 110 ℃, reacting for about 30min, and discharging the liquid in the dye vat; adding liquid into the dye vat, adjusting the pH value in the dye vat to be about 5.5, heating the dye vat to 70 ℃, adding the dye and the ultraviolet-resistant auxiliary agent, standing for 18min, and discharging the liquid; adding an antibacterial auxiliary agent into the dye vat after the liquid is drained, and padding for 15-25 min to obtain a fabric blank; heating the fabric blank to 190 ℃ for presetting, wherein the presetting time is 20min to ensure stable shape during dyeing, reducing the temperature to 160 ℃ for final setting after the presetting is finished, removing wrinkles, keeping the fabric surface flat, and finishing the fabric to obtain the high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric.
Example 4:
adding 12% of bamboo charcoal fiber, 33% of cotton-like polyester staple fiber yarn, 11% of bamboo charcoal cotton and the balance of Lycra fiber into an aqueous solution containing a detergent and a soda solution, heating to 86 ℃, and performing hot water washing to remove impurities such as oil stains on the raw materials and eliminate stress of the raw materials, so that the raw materials are relaxed and shrunk; heating the raw materials into a dye vat with water, and adding the refining agent, the sodium hydroxide and the hydrogen peroxide in a molar percentage of 5: 4.5: 12, heating the additive to about 110 ℃, reacting for about 30min, and discharging the liquid in the dye vat; adding liquid into the dye vat, adjusting the pH value in the dye vat to be about 5.5, heating the dye vat to 65 ℃, adding the dye and the anti-ultraviolet auxiliary agent, standing for 30min, and discharging the liquid; adding an antibacterial auxiliary agent into the dye vat after the liquid is drained, and padding for 25min to obtain a fabric blank; heating the fabric blank to 180 ℃ for presetting, wherein the presetting time is 30min to ensure stable shape during dyeing, reducing the temperature to 160 ℃ for final setting after the presetting is finished, removing wrinkles, keeping the fabric surface flat, and finishing the fabric to obtain the high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric.
Example 5:
adding 15% of bamboo charcoal fiber, 30% of cotton-like polyester staple fiber yarn, 10% of bamboo charcoal cotton and the balance of Lycra fiber into an aqueous solution with a detergent and a soda solution, heating to 88 ℃, and performing hot water washing to remove impurities such as oil stains on the raw materials and eliminate stress of the raw materials so as to relax and shrink the raw materials; heating the raw materials into a dye vat with water, and adding the refining agent, the sodium hydroxide and the hydrogen peroxide in a molar percentage of 5: 4: 12, heating the additive to about 110 ℃, reacting for about 30min, and discharging the liquid in the dye vat; adding liquid into the dye vat, adjusting the pH value in the dye vat to be about 5.5, heating the dye vat to 75 ℃, adding the dye and the anti-ultraviolet auxiliary agent, standing for 25min, and discharging the liquid; adding an antibacterial auxiliary agent into the dye vat after the liquid is drained, and padding for 22min to obtain a fabric blank; heating the fabric blank to 185 ℃ for presetting, wherein the presetting time is 25min to ensure stable shape during dyeing, reducing the temperature to 160-165 ℃ for final setting after the presetting is finished, removing wrinkles, keeping the fabric surface flat, and finishing the fabric to obtain the high-density cotton-like polyester knitted shirt fabric.
