As shown in fig. 6, the wire ring of the outgoing wire rod 34 is in an opening shape, the outgoing wire clamping mechanism 4 comprises a wire clamping fixing plate 41 fixed at one end of the mounting plate 31, a wire clamping connecting rod 42 is fixed at one end of the wire clamping fixing plate 41, a wire clamping rubber block 43 is fixedly arranged at the top of the wire clamping connecting rod 42, and the wire clamping rubber block 43 and the wire ring of the outgoing wire rod 34 are matched mechanisms;
when the textile wire between the wire collecting end and the wire releasing end is broken, the wire outlet wire rod 34 rotates anticlockwise, so that the wire clamping rubber block 43 is matched with an opening-shaped wire ring arranged on the wire outlet wire rod 34, thereby clamping the textile wire, the textile wire from the wire releasing end to the wire releasing end can still maintain a certain tension, the situation that the textile wire falls off from a part of intermediate mechanisms to be wound or knotted due to sudden loss of traction is avoided, and the difficulty of maintenance and production of operators is reduced.
To sum up:
s1: the device is fixedly arranged between a paying-off end and a winding end of a textile wire, the textile wire penetrates through and winds the outer walls of a plurality of sliding roller assemblies 2 from one end of a disc to form an annular route and then penetrates out, the textile wire is pulled under the traction of a winding mechanism, the textile wire pulls the plurality of sliding roller assemblies 2 to gather centripetally, an annular elastic sheet 8 is compressed, and the annular elastic sheet 8 supports the plurality of sliding roller assemblies 2 to keep the textile wire in a tight state in the traction process, so that the textile wire is prevented from loosening;
s2: after the yarn breakage occurs, the sliding roller assembly 2 at the spinning yarn access point generates larger acceleration under the action of the reset tension spring 92, so that displacement difference of the sliding roller assembly 2 adjacent to the sliding roller assembly is generated, the limiting block 62 is caused to be separated from the triggering rod 63, the triggering rod 63 swings downwards under the action of gravity to be contacted with the contact switch 7 to trigger, the contact switch 7 stops the winding mechanism, and when the sliding roller assembly 2 moves to the initial position, the triggering rod 63 rotates gradually to be restored to the closed state;
s3: when the textile wires penetrate into the wire rings at the top ends of the wire inlet wire guide rods 33 from the wire guide rings 51 and the textile wires between the wire releasing end and the wire winding device are broken, the wire inlet wire guide rods 33 rotate clockwise to drive the extrusion cams 58 to rotate, the sliding roller assemblies 2 of the access points trigger the winding mechanism to stop, in the process, the extrusion cams 58 extrude the extrusion plates 57, the second rotary support rods 56 push the rotary seats 55 to rotate clockwise, so that the rubber surfaces arranged on the wire stopping wheels 53 and the wire stopping plates 52 clamp the textile wires, the textile wires from the device to the wire winding end can still maintain a certain tension between the start of stopping and the complete standstill, and the situation that the textile wires fall off from part of intermediate mechanisms to be wound or knotted due to the sudden loss of the tension is avoided;
s4: when the textile wires from the winding end to the unwinding end are broken, the outgoing wire rod 34 rotates anticlockwise, so that the wire clamping rubber block 43 is matched with an opening-shaped wire ring arranged on the outgoing wire rod 34, thereby clamping the textile wires, keeping a certain tension on the textile wires from the unwinding end to the unwinding end, and avoiding the situation that the textile wires fall off from part of the intermediate mechanism to be wound or knotted due to sudden loss of traction.
