The spinning self-adjusting yarn winding device according to claim 6, characterized in that an oil storage tank (6) is arranged at the rear side of the upper end of at least one group of the frames (1), a mounting box (64) is arranged on one side of the oil storage tank (6) of the frame (1), and an air bag (65) is arranged in the mounting box (64); one end of the air bag (65) is communicated with the oil storage tank (6) through a first oil pipe (61), and the end part of the air bag (65) is communicated with a second oil pipe (62) extending to the upper end of the second pulley (51); a pressing plate (46) which is positioned right above the air bag (65) and can press the air bag (65) along with the downward movement of the second sliding block (43) is arranged on one side of the second sliding block (43); and the first oil pipe (61) and the second oil pipe (62) are respectively provided with a one-way valve with back pressure.
