Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pasture production equipment, and particularly relates to an online maintenance device for a guide rail chain of a spiral tower.
Background
At present, the high-quality feed in China has the problems of high cost, high dependence on foreign germplasm, land resource limitation on production and the like, so that the development of high-quality animal husbandry is hindered. Particularly, the problems of shortage of land resources, less suitable pasture planting areas, limitation of climate factors and the like exist in partial areas, so that huge gaps exist in high-quality feed stably provided all year round. Is one of the main challenges of developing high-quality animal husbandry with stable production all the year around in China.
Water culture pasture is used as a special cultivation mode for pasture cultivation, and the earliest use record can be traced to 1800 years. At the time, it was mainly used by european farm farmers to produce fresh germinating pasture from seeds and as feed for farm animals (cows being the main) in winter to maintain winter production activities (milk production) and to increase winter production. In recent years, in countries such as the middle east, africa and asia, the production of fresh feed cannot be sufficiently supplied to the needs of animal husbandry, especially to the supply of high-quality feed, due to the influence of population growth pressure, feed supply pressure and land resource pressure.
By hydroponics we can produce pasture grasses including maize, barley, oats, sorghum, rye, alfalfa and triticale. In conclusion, the water culture pasture can maintain a production mode of continuous production all the year around, high-quality fresh pasture production and high land resource utilization efficiency. The feed can support regional animal farms to complete self-sufficiency of partial high-quality feeds, and has higher practical significance and economic value. At present, the water planting forage grass needs to be firstly cleaned and disinfected and then germinate and grow seedlings, so the existing manual operation mode has low working efficiency and large labor intensity, and can not meet the requirement of large-scale production.
Through retrieval, chinese patent CN202110644632.1 discloses a plant hydroponics production system, which can be used for producing pasture grasses on a larger scale, and the main core of the plant hydroponics production system is a transportation component of a seedling tray or a planting tray, so chinese patent CN202210388823.0 discloses a seedling tray conveying system of a spiral tower, and belongs to the field of hydroponics devices. It comprises a track formed as a multi-layer helical structure tower defining a path; the trolley driving assembly comprises a chain guide rail, a chain and a chain driving mechanism; the chain guide rail is arranged on the inner side of the track and is consistent with the extending direction of the track; the chain is arranged in the chain guide rail; the chain driving mechanism is used for controlling the movement of the chain; the trolley is arranged on the track and comprises a connecting plate and a supporting plate; one side of the connecting plate is detachably connected with the chain, and the other side of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the supporting plate.
However, during use, it has been found that in order to reduce the frictional resistance between the chain and the guide rail, a small amount of lubricating grease is generally applied to the chain periodically; meanwhile, the chain can be adhered with dust and the like in the operation process, and oil sludge (mixture of the dust and the grease) on the chain needs to be cleaned regularly, so that the chain can operate smoothly. The method commonly used at present is to stop the machine and then manually wipe the chain of the important section to keep the chain clean. On one hand, the working efficiency is lower; on the other hand, the height of the spiral tower body is about 7m, certain potential safety hazards exist in manual wiping, and dead angles of some chains cannot be wiped.
