Detailed Description
The following description is given by way of example only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, wherein the terms "a" or "an" or "at least one" used herein should not be construed as limiting the number, which can be "a plurality" or "the" number "as desired, and variations thereof are within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Referring to FIGS. 1-7, an embodiment of the present invention is shown, a rear derailleur of the present invention includes: a base member 1, a link assembly 2, a movable member 3, a chain guide 4, a biasing element 6, a resistance mechanism 7, and a cap screwing unit 8.
The base member 1 is adapted to be mounted to a bicycle, the linkage assembly 2 is disposed on the base member 1, and the movable member 3 is pivotally connected to the linkage assembly 2 such that a rider can adjust a position of the bicycle relative to the base member 1 as desired. The chain guide 4 is pivoted to the movable member 3 via a rotation shaft set 5, and the chain guide 4 and the rotation shaft set 5 are in the same rotation relationship.
The deviation element 6 is disposed between the movable member 3 and the chain guide 4, one end of the deviation element 6 is positioned on the movable member 3, and the other end is positioned on the chain guide 4, so as to provide pre-pressing elastic force to the chain guide 4 for stabilizing the chain guide 4, so that the chain guide 4 cannot rotate arbitrarily. The resistance mechanism 7 is disposed on the movable member 3 to selectively provide additional resistance to the rotating shaft set 5, and further to select the resistance value of the chain guide 4 against rotation, in this embodiment, the resistance mechanism 7 is sleeved on the rotating shaft set 5.
The cover-rotating unit 8 covers the resistance mechanism 7 and acts on the resistance mechanism 7, the cover-rotating unit 8 can rotate relative to the movable member 3, in other words, the cover-rotating unit 8 and the resistance mechanism 7 are linked, a rider can drive the resistance mechanism 7 to move by rotating the cover-rotating unit 8, the operation is quite convenient and intuitive, and the whole mechanism has the advantages of reducing components and simplifying the structure. In addition, in case of collision, two objects colliding with each other mostly move linearly, and the capping unit 8 needs to rotate to be activated, so that the capping unit 8 is less likely to move easily in case of unexpected collision, and has better stability and reliability.
In detail, the cap screwing unit 8 is rotatably positioned at a first position and a second position, the resistance mechanism 7 has a first resistance when the cap screwing unit 8 is rotatably positioned at the first position, the resistance mechanism 7 has a second resistance when the cap screwing unit 8 is rotatably positioned at the second position, and the second resistance is different from the first resistance, so that a user can select different resistances according to a demand condition to change the rotation resistance of the chain guide 4.
In this embodiment, the cap screwing unit 8 can be operated from the outside and is covered with the resistance mechanism 7, and the first resistance is greater than the second resistance, that is, when the cap screwing unit 8 is operated at the first position, compared with the case where the cap screwing unit 8 is located at the second position, the chain guide 4 is not easy to rotate, and is suitable for riding on a bumpy road surface, and the occurrence of a chain throwing situation can be effectively suppressed. Conversely, when the cap screwing unit 8 is operated at the second position, the chain guide 4 is easier to rotate than when the cap screwing unit 8 is at the first position, and is suitable for users to assemble and calibrate the rear wheel, wear the chain, adjust the speed change and the like.
In this embodiment, the resistance mechanism 7 includes a ratchet wheel 71 and a positioning pawl 72, the ratchet wheel 71 and the rotating shaft set 5 rotate in the same direction, the positioning pawl 72 is movably disposed on the movable member 3, when the cover rotating unit 8 moves from the second position to the first position, the cover rotating unit 8 drives the positioning pawl 72 to engage with the ratchet wheel 71, so that the resistance mechanism 7 has the first resistance, and the occurrence of chain swinging caused by the chain guide 4 rotating reversely due to road surface bumping can be sufficiently suppressed. When the cap screwing unit 8 moves from the first position to the second position, i.e. when the cap screwing unit 8 is at the second position, the cap screwing unit 8 releases the positioning pawl 72, the positioning pawl 72 can be disengaged from the ratchet wheel 71 without being engaged with each other, and at this time, the chain guide 4 and the resistance mechanism 7 are in linkage relation.
It should be noted that the rear derailleur further includes a linkage mechanism 9, and the cover rotating unit 8 is linked with the resistance mechanism 7 through the linkage mechanism 9. More specifically, the linkage mechanism 9 includes a pushing member 91 and an elastic member 92, the elastic member 92 is abutted between the cap screwing unit 8 and the pushing member 91, so that the cap screwing unit 8 and the pushing member 91 are in linkage; when the capping unit 8 moves from the second position to the first position, the capping unit 8 pushes the elastic member 92 to drive the pushing member 91 to push the positioning pawl 72 to engage with the ratchet 71, otherwise, when the capping unit 8 moves from the first position to the second position, the elastic member 92 is not squeezed and stretched, and at this time, the pushing member 91 can release the ratchet 71 by gravity, or the ratchet 71 rotates to reversely push the positioning pawl 72 to drive the pushing member 91 to move reversely.
In the present embodiment, the pushing element 91 is in a sleeve shape, and one end of the elastic element 92 is inserted into the pushing element 91, and the other end is inserted into a concave hole 81 of the cap screwing unit 8, so that the elastic element 92 can be effectively limited to avoid falling off.
The cap screwing unit 8 comprises a base 83 and a cap screwing body 84, the base 83 is detachably assembled on the movable component 3, the base 83 comprises an actuating space 831, the resistance mechanism 7 is accommodated in the actuating space 831 to block foreign objects (such as dust, small broken stone and muddy water … …), so as to ensure smooth and unimpeded action of the resistance mechanism 7, the cap screwing body 84 can be relatively rotatably covered on the base 83 and cover the actuating space 831 to block the foreign objects in all directions, and the cap screwing body 84 can be rotatably positioned at a first position and a second position; wherein, the elastic member 92 is elastically abutted between the cap body 84 and the pushing member 91.
Preferably, one of the base 83 and the cap body 84 is provided with a first positioning unit 82, the other one is provided with a second positioning unit 34 and a third positioning unit 35, when the cap unit 8 is located at the first position, the first positioning unit 82 and the second positioning unit 34 are engaged with each other, so that the cap unit 8 is kept located at the first position. Similarly, when the cap screwing unit 8 is located at the second position, the first positioning unit 82 and the third positioning unit 35 are engaged with each other, so that the cap screwing unit 8 is kept located at the second position.
In the present embodiment, the cover screwing unit 8 is provided with the first positioning unit 82, the base 83 is provided with the second positioning unit 34 and the third positioning unit 35, wherein the first positioning unit 82 is an elastic member, and the second positioning unit 34 and the third positioning unit 35 are grooves.
