The second turning cover 122 is arranged at the second bag throwing opening 112, the second bag throwing opening 112 is positioned above the second bag collecting bag 212, and the second turning cover 122 is arranged perpendicular to the opening of the second bag collecting bag 212. A third turning cover 123 is arranged at the third bag throwing port 113, the third bag throwing port 113 is positioned above the second bag collecting bag 212, the third turning cover 123 is positioned above the second turning cover 122 and is perpendicular to the bag mouth of the second bag collecting bag 212, a chute plate 114 which is obliquely arranged is arranged above the second bag collecting bag 212, one end of the chute plate 114 is positioned at the third bag throwing port 113, the other end of the chute plate 114 extends to the upper side of the third bag collecting bag 213, baffle plates 115 are arranged around the chute plate 114, and the chute plate 114 and the baffle plates 115 are surrounded to form a bag throwing channel which is communicated with the third bag throwing port 113 and the third bag collecting bag 213.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 10 of the specification, three bag collecting bags 21 are provided, namely, a first bag collecting bag 211, a second bag collecting bag 212 and a third bag collecting bag 213, and the first bag collecting bag 211, the second bag collecting bag 212 and the third bag collecting bag 213 are detachably mounted on the bag collecting frame 2 in sequence along the length direction of the bag collecting frame 2. The three bag throwing openings 11 are respectively a first bag throwing opening, a second bag throwing opening and a third bag throwing opening. The first package mouth department of throwing is provided with first flip 121, and the second is thrown package mouth department and is provided with second flip 122, and the third is thrown package mouth department and is provided with third flip 123. The first flip cover 121, the second flip cover 122 and the third flip cover 123 are all perpendicular to the opening of the first bag collecting bag 211, the second bag throwing opening is communicated with the second bag collecting bag 212 through an obliquely arranged chute plate, and the third bag throwing opening is communicated with the third bag collecting bag 213 through an obliquely arranged chute plate.
In the embodiment, the bag collecting bag 21 is used for replacing a sorting basket, so that the packages directly fall into the bag collecting bag 21 after being put into the package throwing port 11, and the operation of taking the packages from the sorting basket, rechecking the packages and then loading the packages into the bag collecting bag 21 is omitted; because the height of the bag collecting bags 21 is higher and exceeds the height of the package which can be smoothly thrown by a sorter during vertical stacking, the bag collecting bags 21 are arranged along the horizontal plane, the package throwing openings 11 (or part of the bag throwing openings) are arranged along the vertical plane, each bag collecting bag 21 corresponds to one protection opening 11 one by one, the bag throwing openings 11 at the higher positions correspond to the bag collecting bags 21 at the far positions and are connected by the slideway plate 114, and the packages thrown into each bag throwing opening 11 accurately slide into the corresponding bag collecting bags 21. All the baffles 115 of the sorting rack 1, including the side plates, the cover plates, etc., except the slide plate 114, may be designed to be porous or transparent so as to facilitate the sorters and the bag collectors to observe the full bag condition, and when the bag 21 is full, the bag rack 2 where the bag 21 is located is pushed out from the sorters side (or pulled out from the bag collectors side), and the bag 21 is replaced by the bag collectors in time.
Of course, each bag collecting frame 2 may also be provided with two bag collecting bags 21, four bag collecting bags 21, or other number of bag collecting bags 21, and the arrangement manner of the bag collecting frames is similar to that of the three bag collecting bags 21, which is not described herein in detail.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 9 of the specification, the sorting rack 1 is provided in plurality, and a plurality of sorting racks 1 are arranged side by side; the bag collecting frame 2 is provided with a plurality of bags, and the bag collecting frame 2 is arranged in the bag collecting channel 13 of each sorting frame 1. One side that letter sorting frame 1 is close to throwing package mouth 11 is provided with letter sorting position 4, and letter sorting position 4 is used for the sorting person to sort the parcel. One side of the sorting frame 1, which is far away from the bag throwing port 11, is provided with a bag collecting position 5, and the bag collecting position 5 is used for a bag collecting person to take out and put in a bag collecting bag 21.
Illustratively, three parcel shelves 3 may be provided, three sorting shelves 1 may be provided, and three sorting shelves 1 may be arranged side by side. Of course, two, four or another number of the bag racks 3 may be provided.
In one embodiment, referring to the attached drawings 11 and 12 of the specification, a plurality of sorting racks 1 are provided, the sorting racks 1 are divided into three sorting rack groups, the sorting racks 1 in each sorting rack group are arranged side by side, the three sorting rack groups are arranged in a delta shape, a plurality of collecting rack 2 are provided, and a collecting rack 2 is provided in a collecting channel 13 of each sorting rack 1. One side that letter sorting frame 1 is close to throwing package mouth 11 is provided with letter sorting position 4, and letter sorting position 4 is located three group's letter sorting frame and organizes between being used for the sorting personnel to sort the parcel, take out and put into a collection package bag 21. The sorting personnel in this embodiment do the letter sorting work promptly, do the collection package work simultaneously again, can effectively reduce the cost of labor.
Referring to fig. 11 of the specification, the sorting rack 1 in this embodiment adopts a mode that the first flip cover 121 is horizontally arranged; referring to fig. 12 of the specification, the sorting rack 1 in this embodiment adopts a manner that the first turning cover 121 is vertically arranged, which can shorten the distance between the second and third packet throwing openings and the sorter, so as to facilitate the sorter to carry out the packet throwing work. Of course, the sorting racks 1 of the above two modes may be used in combination.
According to another aspect of the present invention, referring to the attached drawings 1 to 12, the present invention further provides a method for using the clamshell type seeding and sorting system, which is applied to any one of the above mentioned clamshell type seeding and sorting systems, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring package information of a package to be delivered;
opening a flip cover 12 at the corresponding package throwing port 11 according to the package information;
putting the packages to be delivered into the corresponding bag collecting bags 21 through the bag putting openings 11;
after the bag collecting bag 21 is full, pulling out the bag collecting frame 2, and taking out the bag collecting bag 21;
a new bag 21 is mounted on the bag rack 2 and the bag rack 2 is pushed to a predetermined position.
Specifically, the sorter scans codes on packages by using the code scanner, the computer system retrieves the package feeding port 11 corresponding to the destination of the packages, the driving device 14 corresponding to the package feeding port 11 is controlled to open the flip cover 12 at the package feeding port 11 to prompt the sorter to feed the packages into the package feeding port, and the flip covers 12 at other package feeding ports 11 in the area which the sorter is responsible for are all in a closed state, so that the wrong feeding of the sorter can be prevented, and the computer system can accurately record which packages are loaded in each bag collecting bag 21.
The sorters will wait to deliver the parcel and drop into corresponding album of wrapping bag 21 through throwing a packet mouth 11, and at this in-process, the sorters and the album of wrapping personnel all can wave and clap a bag pole 3, clap the collection bag 21 on this collection package frame 2, will collect the bag 21 and clap real so that collection bag 21 holds more parcels.
After the bag collecting frame 21 is full, pushing out the bag collecting frame 2 from the side of a sorter or pulling out the bag collecting frame from the side of a bag collecting person, taking out the bag collecting frame 21 by the bag collecting person, completing bag changing operation, scanning codes and destination codes on the bag collecting frame 21 by using a code scanner, transmitting the codes and the destination codes to a computer system, and pushing the bag collecting frame 2 into the bag collecting channel 13; if the indicating lamp corresponding to the bag collecting frame 2 is on, a sorter is prompted that the bag collecting bag 21 corresponding to the bag collecting frame 2 can be normally sorted; if the indicator light corresponding to the bag collecting frame 2 is not on, it indicates that the bag collecting frame 2 enters the wrong bag collecting channel 13, and needs to be pulled out again to be adjusted to the correct bag collecting channel 13.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described or recited in detail in a certain embodiment.
It should be noted that the above embodiments can be freely combined as necessary. The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and improvements should also be considered as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A flip formula seeding letter sorting system which characterized in that includes:
the sorting frame is provided with a plurality of bag throwing openings, and each bag throwing opening is provided with a turnover cover capable of being opened and closed;
the bag collecting frame is provided with a plurality of bag collecting bags, and each bag collecting bag is communicated with the corresponding bag throwing port through a bag throwing channel;
the code scanner is used for acquiring the package information of the package to be delivered;
the controller is connected with the code scanner and used for opening the turnover cover at the corresponding package throwing port according to the package information so that the packages to be delivered can be thrown into the corresponding package collecting bags through the package throwing port.
2. The clamshell type seed sorting system of claim 1,
the lower end of the sorting frame is also provided with a bag collecting channel, and a plurality of bag throwing openings are respectively arranged above the bag collecting channel;
the bag collecting frame is arranged in the bag collecting channel in an adaptive mode, the bag collecting frame can move in a reciprocating mode in the length direction of the bag collecting channel, and the bag collecting bags are arranged in the length direction of the bag collecting channel.
3. The clamshell type seed sorting system of claim 2,
the package throwing port is at least provided with a driving device, the driving device is connected with the controller, the driving device is installed on the sorting frame, the driving end of the driving device is connected with the turnover cover, and the controller controls the opening and closing of the turnover cover through the driving device.
4. The clamshell type seed sorting system of claim 3,

the bag collecting frame is provided with three bag collecting bags, namely a first bag collecting bag, a second bag collecting bag and a third bag collecting bag, wherein the first bag collecting bag, the second bag collecting bag and the third bag collecting bag are sequentially detachably mounted on the bag collecting frame, the bag throwing ports are three and respectively comprise a first bag throwing port, a second bag throwing port and a third bag throwing port, a first flip cover is arranged at the first bag throwing port, a second flip cover is arranged at the second bag throwing port, and a third flip cover is arranged at the third bag throwing port;
the first bag throwing opening is positioned above the first bag collecting bag, and the first turnover cover is arranged in parallel with the bag opening of the first bag collecting bag; the second bag throwing opening is positioned above the second bag collecting bag, and the second turnover cover is vertical to the bag opening of the second bag collecting bag; the third bag throwing port is positioned above the second bag collecting bag, the third flip cover is positioned above the second flip cover and is perpendicular to the bag opening of the second bag collecting bag, a chute plate which is obliquely arranged is arranged above the second bag collecting bag, one end of the chute plate is positioned at the third bag throwing port, the other end of the chute plate extends to the upper part of the third bag collecting bag, baffles are arranged on the periphery of the chute plate, and the chute plate and the baffles are arranged in a surrounding mode to form the bag throwing channel which is communicated with the third bag throwing port and the third bag collecting bag;
