In the process of matching clinical trials and new drug efficacy evaluation, the pharmacy department often needs to grind granular drugs into powder. the rotating shaft of the grinding piece is coaxial with the rotating shaft of the sleeve, and the central line of the sleeve is perpendicular to the central line of the rotating rod.

The grinding driving part comprises a first gear coaxial with the rotating rod and a third gear meshed with the first gear, and a rotating shaft of the third gear is coaxial with an output shaft of the first motor.
The grinding driving part also comprises a fourth gear with a rotating shaft coaxial with an output shaft of the first motor and a second gear which is coaxial with the rotating shaft of the grinding cylinder and meshed with the fourth gear, so that the grinding part rotates back and forth and the grinding cylinder rotates to share one motor, the operation is smooth, and the energy consumption is saved.
The invention is characterized in that the mechanism cylinder comprises a cylinder body and two axis rods, wherein the axes of the two axis rods are arranged at two ends of the cylinder body in a collinear way;
the rotating rod penetrates through the axle center rod along the central line direction of the axle center rod.
The grinding device is characterized in that a material port is formed in the middle of the wall of the grinding cylinder, and a cylinder plug matched with the material port is arranged at the material port; the particle medicine grinder for pharmacy also comprises a discharging unit matched with the material opening.
The discharging unit comprises a scraping part and a discharging driving part, wherein two ends of the scraping part are respectively rotatably sleeved on the two shaft core rods, the middle product of the scraping part is matched with the inner wall of the grinding cylinder, and the discharging driving part controls the scraping part to rotate along the central line of the shaft core rods.
The special characteristics of the invention are that the inner cavity of the grinding cylinder is ellipsoidal, the scraping part comprises an arc-shaped plate matched with the inner wall of the grinding cylinder and two rotating sleeves correspondingly arranged at two ends of the arc-shaped plate, and the rotating sleeves penetrate through the wall of the grinding cylinder;
the discharging driving part comprises a rotating shaft and one of the fifth gears which are coaxial with the rotating shaft of the rotating sleeve, and a seventh gear meshed with the fifth gear, the rotating shaft of the seventh gear is coaxial with the output shaft of the second motor, during discharging, when the material port faces to the right below, the cylinder plug is opened, the second motor is started, the seventh gear rotates along with the rotating shaft to drive the fifth gear to rotate, the rotating sleeve can be realized to drive the arc plate to scrape the inner wall of the grinding cylinder, the material slides downwards to the material port and is output, and when passing through the grinding disc, the first spring retracts so that the arc plate can pass through.
The grinding device is characterized in that the material port corresponds to the action position of the grinding disc, namely the action position of the grinding disc is positioned at the bottommost part of the grinding cylinder in a grinding state, materials are accumulated at the bottom of the grinding cylinder, the grinding efficiency can be improved by grinding at the bottom, and the material port is positioned at the bottommost part of the grinding cylinder in a discharging state, so that the discharging efficiency is improved.
The discharging driving part is characterized by further comprising a sixth gear, a rack, a single tooth, a third sliding rod and a second spring, wherein the sixth gear is coaxially provided with a rotating shaft and the rotating shaft of one of the axial center rods, the rack is in sliding fit with the base, one end of the rack is meshed with the sixth gear, the single tooth is arranged at the other end of the rack, the third sliding rod is arranged between the rack and the end part corresponding to the single tooth, the second spring is sleeved on the third sliding rod, the rack is matched with the seventh gear, and in a grinding state, the distance between the single tooth and the end part tooth corresponding to the rack is equal to the distance between two adjacent teeth on the rack.
When the seventh gear rotates to a position right above the grinding position, the pressure of the grinding disc on the inner wall of the grinding cylinder is reduced, so that the arc-shaped plate can pass through the grinding cylinder conveniently and completely, the grinding disc is prevented from blocking the material port simultaneously, smooth discharging is ensured, at the moment, the rack slides to the limit position, when the seventh gear rotates, the single tooth moves back and forth under the action of the third sliding rod and the second spring, so that the grinding disc is kept at the position right above the grinding position when the seventh gear continuously rotates, at the moment, the rotating sleeve drives the arc-shaped plate to continuously rotate under the driving of the fifth gear, scraping the materials on the inner wall of the grinding disc to slide to a material port for discharging; and after the discharging is finished, the second motor rotates reversely, the seventh gear is meshed with the rack again and drives the rack to rotate reversely, and the second motor is turned off when the grinding disc rotates to the position corresponding to the bottommost part of the wall of the grinding cylinder.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the medicine is gathered at the bottom of the inner wall of the grinding cylinder, the grinding piece rotates back and forth to grind the medicine, and meanwhile, the grinding cylinder rotates to turn the medicine in the grinding cylinder, so that efficient grinding is realized; the grinding disc is smooth in operation and convenient to operate and control, and when the grinding disc rotates back and forth, the grinding disc vibrates under the action of the first spring, so that the grinding efficiency is improved; the invention has the advantages of high grinding efficiency, high discharging efficiency, no residue, long service life and suitability for wide popularization and application.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the embodiment of the present invention provides a grinder for granular drugs in pharmacy, which includes a base 1, a grinding cylinder 2 rotatably connected to the base 1, and a grinding unit 3, wherein the grinding unit 3 includes a grinding member 31 disposed in the grinding cylinder 2 and acting on the bottom of the inner wall of the grinding cylinder 2, and a grinding driving module controlling the grinding member 31 to rotate back and forth and simultaneously controlling the grinding cylinder 2 to rotate.

The grinding driving module comprises a mechanism cylinder 35 which is arranged in the grinding cylinder 2 and provided with a cavity in the middle, a mechanism is protected from being polluted, the service life of the device is prolonged, a rotating rod 38 which penetrates through one side wall of the mechanism cylinder 35 and is in rotating fit with the mechanism cylinder 35, a sleeve 32 which penetrates through the other side wall of the mechanism cylinder 35 and is in rotating fit with the mechanism cylinder 35, a turntable 37 which is positioned in the cavity of the mechanism cylinder 35 and is coaxially fixed with the rotating rod 38, a swinging part 36 which is eccentrically arranged on the turntable 37 and is in sliding fit with the turntable 37 at one end part, a U-shaped part 34 which is fixedly connected with the sleeve 32 at the two ends of the opening end and is in sliding fit with the swinging part 36 at the closed end part, and a grinding driving part 39 which controls the rotating rod 38 to rotate;
the rotating shaft of the grinding part 31 is coaxial with the rotating shaft of the sleeve 32, and the central line of the sleeve 32 is perpendicular to the central line of the rotating rod 38.
When the grinding driving part 39 drives the rotating rod 38 to rotate, the rotating disc 37 rotates therewith, the swing part 36 eccentrically rotates along with the rotating disc 37, the U-shaped part 34 is driven to swing back and forth, the sleeve 32 is driven to rotate back and forth, namely, the grinding part 31 rotates back and forth, the operation is smooth, and the operation is convenient.
The invention is also characterized in that the swing part 36 comprises a second sliding rod 362 with one end penetrating through two sides of the rotary disc 37 and sliding fit with the rotary disc 37, when the swing part 36 eccentrically rotates along with the rotary disc 37, the second sliding rod 362 slides back and forth along the direction parallel to the central line of the rotary bar 38 to realize adaptive adjustment, and a sliding sleeve 361 arranged at the other end of the second sliding rod 362, the central line of the sliding sleeve 361 is vertical to the central line of the second sliding rod 362, and the central line of the second sliding rod 362 is parallel to the central line of the rotary bar 38;
the U-shaped member 34 includes two connecting plates 342 parallel to each other, a first sliding rod 341 disposed between the corresponding ends of the two connecting plates 342 and engaged with the sliding sleeve 361, and two connecting rings 343 disposed opposite to each other at the other ends of the two connecting plates 342; the connecting ring 343 is coaxially fixed with the sleeve 32, the center line of the first sliding rod 341 is parallel to the center line of the sleeve 32, when the rotating disc 37 rotates, the sliding sleeve 361 slides back and forth along the first sliding rod 341, and the first sliding rod 341 swings back and forth, so that the connecting ring 343 drives the sleeve 32 to rotate back and forth.
The present invention is further characterized in that the grinding member 31 comprises a sleeve rod 312 with one end passing through the sleeve 32, and a grinding disc 311 arranged at the other end of the sleeve rod 312; the grinding driving part also comprises a first spring 33 which is arranged in the sleeve 32 and is arranged between the corresponding end part of the loop bar 312 and the sleeve 32, the loop bar 312 is in sliding fit with the sleeve 32 along the central line direction of the sleeve 32, and when the grinding disc 311 rotates back and forth, the grinding disc vibrates simultaneously under the action of the first spring 33, so that the grinding efficiency is improved.
The grinding driving part 39 comprises a first gear 391 coaxial with the rotating rod 38 and a third gear 393 engaged with the first gear 391, wherein the rotating shaft of the third gear 393 is coaxial with the output shaft of the first motor 30, and the grinding driving part has a simple structure and is convenient to operate.
The invention is characterized in that the axis of the grinding cylinder 2 is collinear with the axis of the rotating rod 38, the grinding driving part 39 also comprises a fourth gear 394 the rotating shaft of which is coaxial with the output shaft of the first motor 30, and a second gear 392 which is coaxial with the rotating shaft of the grinding cylinder 2 and is meshed with the fourth gear 394, so that the grinding part 31 rotates back and forth and the grinding cylinder 2 rotates by using one motor, the operation is smooth, and the energy consumption is saved.
The present invention is also specifically characterized in that the mechanism cylinder 35 includes a cylinder body 351, and two axis rods 352 having axes arranged at both ends of the cylinder body 351 in a collinear manner;
the rotary rod 38 penetrates the shaft center rod 352 in the direction of the center line of the shaft center rod 352.
The invention is characterized in that the middle part of the wall of the grinding cylinder 2 is provided with a material port, and a cylinder plug 21 matched with the material port is arranged at the material port; the particle medicine grinder for pharmacy department also comprises a discharging unit 4 matched with the material opening.
The discharging unit 4 is further characterized in that the two ends of the discharging unit are respectively rotatably sleeved on the two axis rods 352, the middle product of the discharging unit 41 is matched with the inner wall of the grinding cylinder 2, and the discharging driving part 42 is used for controlling the discharging part 41 to rotate along the central line of the axis rods 352.

the discharging driving part 42 comprises a fifth gear 421 with a rotating shaft coaxial with the rotating shaft of one of the rotating sleeves 412 and a seventh gear 423 meshed with the fifth gear 421, the rotating shaft of the seventh gear 423 is coaxial with the output shaft of the second motor 40, during discharging, when the material opening faces to the right lower side, the cylinder plug 21 is opened, the second motor 40 is started, the seventh gear 423 rotates along with the rotating shaft to drive the fifth gear 421 to rotate, that is, the rotating sleeve 412 can drive the arc-shaped plate 411 to scrape the inner wall of the grinding cylinder 2, the material slides downwards to the material opening and is output, when passing through the grinding disc 311, the first spring 33 retracts so that the arc-shaped plate 411 can pass through.
The invention is characterized in that the material port corresponds to the action position of the grinding disc 311, namely, in a grinding state, the action position of the grinding disc 311 is positioned at the bottommost part of the grinding cylinder 2, and the material is accumulated at the bottom part of the grinding cylinder 2, so that the grinding efficiency can be improved by grinding, and in a discharging state, the material port is positioned at the bottommost part of the grinding cylinder 2, so that the discharging efficiency is improved.
The discharging driving part 42 is further characterized by further comprising a sixth gear 426, a rack 424, a single tooth 425, a third sliding rod 426 and a second spring 427, wherein the rotating shaft of the sixth gear 426 is coaxial with the rotating shaft of one of the spindle rods 352, the rack 424 is in sliding fit with the base 1, one end of the rack is meshed with the sixth gear 426, the single tooth 425 is arranged at the other end of the rack 424, the third sliding rod 426 is arranged between the rack 424 and the corresponding end of the single tooth 425, the second spring 427 is sleeved on the third sliding rod 426, the rack 424 is matched with the seventh gear 423, and in a grinding state, the distance between the single tooth 425 and the corresponding end tooth of the rack 424 is equal to the distance between two adjacent teeth on the rack 424.
In a grinding state, the seventh gear 423 is engaged with the rack 424, when discharging, when the grinding cylinder 2 rotates to a position where the material opening faces to the lower side, the cylinder plug 21 is opened, the second motor 40 is started, when the seventh gear 423 is driven to rotate by the second motor 40, the rack 424 is firstly driven to slide, the sixth gear 422 rotates along with the rack, the movable spindle rod 352 is driven to rotate, when the seventh gear 423 is matched with the single tooth 425, the grinding disc 311 rotates to the position right above the grinding position, the pressure of the grinding disc 311 on the inner wall of the grinding cylinder 2 is reduced, the arc-shaped plate 411 can conveniently pass through, thorough discharging is facilitated, the material opening is prevented from being blocked by the grinding disc 311, smooth discharging is ensured, at the moment, the rack 424 slides to the limit position, when the seventh gear 423 rotates, the single tooth 425 moves back and forth under the action of the third slide rod 426 and the second spring 427, so that the grinding disc 311 is kept at the position right above the grinding position when the seventh gear 423 continuously rotates, at this time, under the driving of the fifth gear 421, the rotating sleeve 412 drives the arc plate 411 to rotate continuously, and the material on the inner wall of the scraping grinding disc 311 slides to the material port to be discharged; after the discharging is finished, the second motor 40 rotates reversely, the seventh gear 423 is meshed with the rack 424 again, and drives the rack 424 to rotate reversely, and the second motor 40 is turned off when the grinding disc 311 rotates to the position corresponding to the bottommost part of the cylinder wall of the grinding cylinder 2.
