Claims (10)

1. Mixing equipment for producing vitamin C tablets is characterized by comprising a storage mechanism (1), a weighing mechanism (2) arranged at the lower end of the storage mechanism (1), and a stirring assembly (3) arranged at the lower end of the weighing mechanism (2);
the stirring assembly (3) comprises a collecting hopper (301), wherein a motor mounting frame (302) and a stirring box are arranged at the bottom of the collecting hopper (301), a distributing cone (303) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the motor mounting frame (302), a rotating motor (304) is arranged at the lower end of the motor mounting frame (302), a rotating rod (305) is fixed on an output shaft of the rotating motor (304), a fixed disk (306) is sleeved on the rotating rod (305), through grooves (307) are symmetrically formed in the fixed disk (306) in the front and back direction, a connecting rod (308) is arranged in each through groove (307), support lugs are arranged at two ends of each connecting rod (308), a pin shaft is connected in each support lug in a rotating manner and driven by a driving motor, the side wall of each pin shaft is connected with a stirring rod (309), clamping rings (310) are arranged on the front side and the back side of each stirring rod (309), each clamping ring (310) is connected with a first electric telescopic rod (311) through a hinge resetting part (313), and one end, far away from each clamping ring (310), of each first electric telescopic rod (311), is connected with the fixed disk (306); electromagnets (312) are arranged at two ends of the clamping ring (310).

The mixing device for producing vitamin C tablets, according to claim 1, wherein the storage mechanism (1) comprises a plurality of raw material tanks (101) which are linearly distributed, an antioxidant storage tank (102) is arranged on one side of each raw material tank (101), an ethanol storage tank (103) is arranged on one side of each antioxidant storage tank (102), discharge ports (104) are fixedly arranged at the lower ends of the raw material tanks (101) and the antioxidant storage tanks (102), and butterfly valves (105) are fixedly arranged at the lower ends of the discharge ports (104).

The mixing device for producing the vitamin C tablets, according to claim 2, wherein the weighing mechanism (2) comprises a rotating shaft (201) rotatably connected with a collecting hopper (301), the rotating shaft (201) is fixedly connected with a raw material weighing component (202) and an antioxidant weighing component (203), a driven bevel gear is arranged in the middle of the rotating shaft (201), an overturning support plate (204) is arranged on the inner wall of the collecting hopper (301), an overturning motor (205) is arranged on the overturning support plate (204), and a driving bevel gear meshed with the driven bevel gear is fixed on an output shaft of the overturning motor (205).

The mixing device for producing the vitamin C tablets as claimed in claim 3, wherein the raw material weighing assembly (202) comprises a weighing tank I (2021), an upper port of the weighing tank I (2021) is located right below a lower port of the butterfly valve (105), a weighing sensor I (2022) is fixedly arranged at a lower end of the weighing tank I (2021), a weighing tank support plate I (2023) is fixedly connected to a bottom of the weighing sensor I (2022), a rotating base I (2024) is fixedly arranged at a lower end of the weighing tank support plate I (2023), and the rotating base I (2024) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (201).

The mixing device for producing the vitamin C tablets, according to claim 3, wherein the antioxidant weighing component (203) comprises a weighing groove II (2031), the upper end port of the weighing groove II (2031) is located at the position right below the lower end port of the butterfly valve (105), a weighing sensor II (2032) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the weighing groove II (2031), a weighing groove supporting plate II (2033) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the weighing sensor II (2032), a rotating seat II (2034) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the weighing groove supporting plate II (2033), and the rotating seat II (2034) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (201).

step two, mixing for the first time, controlling the first electric telescopic rod (311) to contract, then controlling the rotating motor (304) to rotate and the stepping motor (316) to rotate, wherein the rotating motor (304) rotates and drives the rotating rod (305) to rotate, the rotating rod (305) rotates and drives the fixed disc (306) to rotate, the fixed disc (306) rotates and drives the connecting rod (308) to rotate, the connecting rod (308) rotates and drives the stirring rod (309) to rotate in the horizontal direction, and meanwhile, controlling the driving motor to repeatedly rotate in the positive and negative directions, and driving the driving motor to rotate and drive the stirring rod (309) to rotate in the vertical direction for stirring, so that the device can stir at multiple angles;
and step three, mixing for the second time, after primary stirring, adding tartaric acid into a stirring component according to the mass ratio of the tartaric acid to the vitamin C of 1.
