背景技术
干粉灭火剂是由灭火基料和适量润滑剂、少量防潮剂混合后共同研磨制成的极易流动的细小颗粒。干粉灭火剂灌装于各种类型的手提式和固定式干粉灭火装置内,用高压二氧化碳或氮气做粉体抛射动力。
干粉灭火剂主要有两种:第一种是以碳酸氢钠为基料,亦称BC类干粉灭火剂;第二种是以磷酸铵盐为基料,亦称ABC类干粉灭火剂。也有以氯化钠、氯化钡、碳酸钠等为基料的干粉,用于扑灭特殊场合的火焰,如金属火焰等。
干粉灭火剂主要用于扑救各种非水溶性和水溶性可燃、易燃液体的火灾,以及天然气和液化石油气等可燃气体的火灾或一般带电设备的火灾。磷酸盐干粉灭火剂还可以扑灭固体火灾。磷酸盐干粉与氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂或水基泡沫灭火剂联用可有效扑灭非水溶性液体初起火灾,能快速控制火焰发展,起到迅速灭火的作用。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种高效干粉灭火剂及其制备方法,该方法是由原料:磷酸二氢铵、硫酸铵、滑石粉、氧化钙、气相白炭黑、甲基硅油、固体有机酸和含卤添加剂制成,本发明中有机酸分子的小极性部分与大极性部分促进了基料磷酸二氢铵与含卤添加剂在介观层面的均匀结合,改善了基料磷酸二氢铵颗粒表面包覆层的结构,提高了颗粒分散性的同时,大幅增强了灭火效果。干粉灭火剂的斥水性小于0.1%,灭A类火的效能为70-120g/m3,灭B类火的效能为70-110g/m3。
本发明所述的一种干粉高效灭火剂,该灭火剂是由原料按质量百分比为:磷酸二氢铵75-84%、硫酸铵10-13%、滑石粉1-2%、氧化钙1-2%、气相白炭黑1-2%、甲基硅油1-2%、固体有机酸1-2%、含卤添加剂1-2%制成,其中甲基硅油为甲基乙氧基硅油、甲基三氟丙基硅油、甲基乙烯基硅油或甲基羟基硅油;固体有机酸为柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸、丁二酸、己二酸、癸二酸、十四碳二元酸、硬脂酸或没食子酸;含卤添加剂为氟化钠、全氟丁基磺酸钠、全氟辛酸钠、氯化钠、氯化铵、氯化石蜡70、溴化钾、三溴苯酚、2,6-二溴苯醚、十溴苯醚、十溴二苯乙烷、碘化钾或碘乙酸钠,具体操作按下列步骤进行:
a、将磷酸二氢铵75-84%、硫酸铵10-13%、固体有机酸1-2%和甲基硅油1-2%的一半混合均匀,进行粉碎,粉体颗粒粒径达到45-80微米,得到第一次粉料,备用;
b、将滑石粉1-3%、氧化钙1-2%、气相白炭黑1-2%、含卤添加剂1-3%及甲基硅油1-2%的另一半加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到15-50微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂。
一种干粉高效灭火剂的制备方法,按下列步骤进行:
a、按质量百分比,将基料磷酸二氢铵75-84%、硫酸铵10-13%、固体有机酸1-2%和甲基硅油1-2%的一半混合均匀,进行粉碎,粉体颗粒粒径达到45-80微米,得到第一次粉料,备用,其中甲基硅油为甲基乙氧基硅油、甲基三氟丙基硅油、甲基乙烯基硅油或甲基羟基硅油;固体有机酸为柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸、丁二酸、己二酸、癸二酸、十四碳二元酸、硬脂酸或没食子酸;
b、将滑石粉1-3%、氧化钙1-2%、气相白炭黑1-2%、含卤添加剂1-3%及甲基硅油1-2%的另一半加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到15-50微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂,其中含卤添加剂为氟化钠、全氟丁基磺酸钠、全氟辛酸钠、氯化钠、氯化铵、氯化石蜡70、溴化钾、三溴苯酚、2,6-二溴苯醚、十溴苯醚、十溴二苯乙烷、碘化钾或碘乙酸钠。
本发明所述的一种干粉高效灭火剂及其制备方法,所得到的干粉灭火剂,干粉中粒径小于15微米的颗粒占5-10%。

b、将滑石粉1%、氧化钙1%、气相白炭黑1%、含卤添加剂三溴苯酚1%及甲基乙氧基硅油1%剩下的另一半0.5%加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到15微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂。
该干粉灭火剂的斥水性小于0.1%,灭A类火的效能为100g/m3,灭B类火的效能为90g/m3。
实施例2
a、按质量百分比,将基料磷酸二氢铵75%、硫酸铵13%、固体有机酸十四碳二元酸2%和甲基乙烯基硅油2%的一半1%混合均匀,进行粉碎,粉体颗粒粒径达到50微米,得到第一次粉料,备用;
b、将滑石粉3%、氧化钙2%、气相白炭黑2%、含卤添加剂2,6-二溴苯醚3%及甲基乙烯基硅油2%的另一半1%加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到25微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂。
该干粉灭火剂的斥水性小于0.1%,灭A类火的效能为100g/m3,灭B类火的效能为90g/m3。
实施例3
a、按质量百分比,将基料磷酸二氢铵78%、硫酸铵11%、固体有机酸没食子酸1%和甲基三氟丙基硅油2%的一半1%混合均匀,进行粉碎,粉体颗粒粒径达到60微米,得到第一次粉料,备用;
b、将滑石粉3%、氧化钙2%、气相白炭黑1%、含卤添加剂碘乙酸钠2%和甲基三氟丙基硅油2%的另一半1%加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到30微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂。
该干粉灭火剂的斥水性小于0.1%,灭A类火的效能为100g/m3,灭B类火的效能为90g/m3。
实施例4
a、按质量百分比,将基料磷酸二氢铵76%、硫酸铵13%、固体有机酸酒石酸1.3%和甲基羟基硅油2%的一半1%混合均匀,进行粉碎,粉体颗粒粒径达到65微米,得到第一次粉料,备用;
b、将滑石粉1.5%、氧化钙1.2%、气相白炭黑2%、含卤添加剂全氟丁基磺酸钠3%和甲基羟基硅油1%的另一半1%加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到35微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂。
该干粉灭火剂的斥水性小于0.1%,灭A类火的效能为100g/m3,灭B类火的效能为90g/m3。
实施例5
a、按质量百分比,将基料磷酸二氢铵79%、硫酸铵11%、固体有机酸柠檬酸1.3%和甲基羟基硅油1%的一半0.5%混合均匀,进行粉碎,粉体颗粒粒径达到70微米,得到第一次粉料,备用;
b、将滑石粉2.2%、氧化钙1.5%、气相白炭黑1.2%、含卤添加剂氯化石蜡702.8%和甲基羟基硅油1%的另一半0.5%加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到40微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂。
该干粉灭火剂的斥水性小于0.1%,灭A类火的效能为100g/m3,灭B类火的效能为90g/m3。
实施例6
a、按质量百分比,将基料磷酸二氢铵75.5%、硫酸铵12.5%、固体有机酸己二酸2%和甲基乙氧基硅油2%的一半1%混合均匀,进行粉碎,粉体颗粒粒径达到70微米,得到第一次粉料,备用;
b、将滑石粉2.5%、氧化钙1.5%、气相白炭黑1.5%、含卤添加剂氟化钠2.5%和甲基乙氧基硅油2%的另一半1%加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到45微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂。
该干粉灭火剂的斥水性小于0.1%,灭A类火的效能为100g/m3,灭B类火的效能为90g/m3。
实施例7
a、按质量百分比,将基料磷酸二氢铵80%、硫酸铵11%、固体有机酸癸二酸1.5%和甲基乙烯硅油1%的一半0.5%混合均匀,进行粉碎,粉体颗粒粒径达到75微米,得到第一次粉料,备用;
b、将滑石粉2.3%、氧化钙1.2%、气相白炭黑1.5%、含卤添加剂十溴苯醚1.5%和甲基乙烯硅油1%的另一半0.5%加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到50微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂。
该干粉灭火剂的斥水性小于0.1%,灭A类火的效能为100g/m3,灭B类火的效能为90g/m3。
实施例8
a、按质量百分比,将基料磷酸二氢铵82%、硫酸铵10%、固体有机酸草酸1%和甲基三氟丙基硅油1%的一半0.5%混合均匀,进行粉碎,粉体颗粒粒径达到80微米,得到第一次粉料,备用;
b、将滑石粉1.8%、氧化钙1%、气相白炭黑2%、含卤添加剂十溴二苯乙烷1.2%及甲基三氟丙基硅油1%的另一半0.5%加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到50微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂。
该干粉灭火剂的斥水性小于0.1%,灭A类火的效能为100g/m3,灭B类火的效能为90g/m3。
实施例9
a、按质量百分比,将基料磷酸二氢铵78%、硫酸铵13%、固体有机酸丁二酸1.1%和甲基羟基硅油2%的一半1%混合均匀,进行粉碎,粉体颗粒粒径达到80微米,得到第一次粉料,备用;
b、将滑石粉2.4%、氧化钙1.3%、气相白炭黑1.2%、含卤添加剂碘化钾1%及甲基硅油2%的另一半1%加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到15-50微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂。
该干粉灭火剂的斥水性小于0.1%,灭A类火的效能为100g/m3,灭B类火的效能为90g/m3。
Claims (1)
1.一种干粉高效灭火剂的制备方法,其特征在于按下列步骤进行:
a、按质量百分比,将基料磷酸二氢铵75-84%、硫酸铵10-13%、固体有机酸1-2%和甲基硅油1-2%的一半混合均匀,进行粉碎,粉体颗粒粒径达到45-80微米,得到第一次粉料,备用,其中甲基硅油为甲基乙氧基硅油、甲基三氟丙基硅油、甲基乙烯基硅油或甲基羟基硅油;固体有机酸为柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸、丁二酸、己二酸、癸二酸、十四碳二元酸、硬脂酸或没食子酸;
b、将滑石粉1-3%、氧化钙1-2%、气相白炭黑1-2%、含卤添加剂1-3%及甲基硅油1-2%的另一半加入到步骤a得到的第一次粉料中,混合均匀,继续进行粉碎,粉体粒径达到15-50微米后,得到二次粉料,直接罐装即为干粉高效灭火剂,其中含卤添加剂为氟化钠、全氟丁基磺酸钠、全氟辛酸钠、氯化钠、氯化铵、氯化石蜡70、溴化钾、三溴苯酚、2,6-二溴苯醚、十溴苯醚、十溴二苯乙烷、碘化钾或碘乙酸钠。
