Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating recurrent oral ulcer.
Background
Recurrent oral ulcer (Recurrent oral ulceration, ROU) is a clinical common oral mucosa disease with unknown etiology, has self-limiting, periodic and recurrent pathogenesis and is related to abnormal immune function, is influenced by multiple factors such as heredity, diet, emotion, infection, endocrine and the like, can not be radically cured at present, and can improve symptoms to a certain extent, but an ideal treatment means is not yet available.
Aiming at oral mucosa symptoms, modern clinic uses anti-inflammatory preparations such as chlorhexidine, povidone iodine and the like to rinse, and analgesic preparations such as ulcer patches, iodized glycerol, lidocaine gel and the like to carry out symptomatic treatment by local external application, but the effect is poor, and serious patients need to use glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants in a whole body, so that the oral mucosa symptoms have more adverse reactions of medicines and are easy to relapse after stopping the medicines. The traditional Chinese medicine has the effects of dialectical treatment, decoction or patent medicine for oral administration, tin powder, watermelon frost, external ulcer powder and the like. The external medicine can not solve the essential problem of yin-yang imbalance and deficiency-excess inclusion of patients with recurrent oral ulcer, and has poor curative effect on severe recurrent oral ulcer. At present, the oral administration patent medicine for treating the dental ulcer is mainly used for clearing heat and removing toxicity, but clinical practice observation shows that the constitution of a patient with recurrent dental ulcer is mainly used for treating yang deficiency, and the treatment principle of clearing heat and removing toxicity is not consistent with the constitution of the patient with recurrent dental ulcer, and the curative effect is poor.
