An energy-saving poultry scalding machine comprises a supporting base (1), a scalding box (2) and a control console (3), wherein the top of the supporting base (1) is connected with the scalding box (2) used for containing hot water through bolts, the upper side of the front part of the supporting base (1) is connected with the control console (3) through bolts, the energy-saving poultry scalding machine is characterized by further comprising a lifting scalding mechanism (4) and a heat preservation mechanism (5), the lifting scalding mechanism (4) used for lifting poultry is arranged between the left side and the right side of the scalding box (2) and capable of sealing the scalding box (2), the lifting scalding mechanism (4) drives the poultry to descend when descending, the upper part of the scalding box (2) can be shielded, the heat is prevented from being dissipated too fast, the heat preservation mechanism (5) used for preserving the heat of the hot water in the scalding box (2) is installed on the outer wall of the scalding box (2) in a surrounding mode, the steam that the hot water in the boiling hot washing case (2) produced enters into heat preservation mechanism (5), forms the one deck heat preservation at boiling hot washing case (2) outer wall, prevents to scald the heat dissipation in the washing case (2) too fast.

The energy-saving poultry scalding machine according to claim 1, wherein the lifting scalding mechanism (4) comprises a rodless cylinder (41), a sealing cover plate (42), a sliding sleeve bracket (43), a sliding frame (44), a hook (45), a driving assembly (46) and a rotating assembly (47), the rodless cylinder (41) is connected to the left and right sides of the scalding box (2) through bolts, the sealing cover plate (42) is connected between the rodless cylinder (41) in a sliding manner, the sliding sleeve bracket (43) is connected to the left and right sides of the bottom of the sealing cover plate (42) through bolts, the sliding frame (44) is connected between the sliding sleeve brackets (43) in a sliding manner, the driving assembly (46) capable of automatically driving the sliding frame (44) to lift is arranged between the sliding sleeve bracket (43) and the sliding frame (44), and the driving assembly (46) can drive the sliding frame (44) to move up and down, thereby make the poultry that hangs on couple (45) reciprocate in the hot water, rotating assembly (47) that can drive the poultry automatically and rotate have three groups, rotating assembly (47) set up respectively on left sliding sleeve support (43), between sliding sleeve support (43) and sliding sleeve support (43) on right side, rotating assembly (47) bottom all is connected with couple (45), couple (45) are used for fixed poultry, carriage (44) reciprocate and drive couple (45) through rotating assembly (47) and rotate, couple (45) drive the poultry and rotate.

An energy-saving poultry scalding machine according to claim 3, wherein each set of rotating assembly (47) comprises a screw rod (471) and a screw sleeve (472), the screw sleeves (472) are connected to the left portion of the left sliding sleeve support (43), the space between the sliding sleeve supports (43) and the right portion of the right sliding sleeve support (43), the screw rod (471) is connected to the screw sleeve (472) in a threaded manner, the screw rod (471) is rotatably connected to the sliding frame (44), the bottom of the screw rod (471) is connected to the hook (45), the sliding frame (44) moves up and down to drive the screw rod (471) to move up and down, and the screw rod (471) and the hook (45) are rotated through the cooperation between the screw sleeve (472) and the screw rod (471), so that the poultry rotate.
