Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种电池单体、电池、用电装置、电池单体的制造方法及系统。电池单体包括壳体、电路组件和端盖组件。壳体具有开口。电极组件设于壳体内。电极组件包括主体部和极耳。极耳从主体部的端部朝开口延伸。电极组件包括第一极片、第二极片和隔膜。第一极片和第二极片均具有涂覆区和未涂覆区。电极组件上与第一极片和第二极片的涂覆区对应的部分为主体部。第一极片或第二极片的未涂覆区形成极耳。隔膜用于隔离第一极片和第二极片。端盖组件用于封闭开口。端盖组件包括端盖和第一绝缘件。端盖覆盖开口并连接于壳体。第一绝缘件设于端盖靠近壳体内部的一侧。第一绝缘件具有凹部。极耳容纳于凹部内。凹部的至少部分内壁环绕极耳外周设置。
