In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, by providing the first driving component 3 as the first motor 31 and the first rotating shaft 32, the first motor 31 is connected with the sound box body 2, and is connected with the second rotating shaft 42 of the second driving component 4 by using the first rotating shaft 32, so that the sound box body 2 is mounted on the second driving component 4 through the first driving component 3.
It should be understood that, in order to realize that the first motor 31 drives the sound box body 2 to swing relative to the mounting base 1 and the second driving component 4, the first rotating shaft 32 and the second rotating shaft 42 of the second driving component 4 are movably connected, for example, rotatably connected in a hole shaft manner, or rotatably connected through a hinge or a bearing, etc., and is not limited herein. Of course, in order to ensure that the first motor 31 drives the sound box body 2 to swing relative to the mounting base 1 and the second driving assembly 4, the first rotating shaft 32 and the second rotating shaft 42 may be fixedly connected, and the first motor 31 and the first rotating shaft 32 are connected in a rotating manner, which is not limited herein.
Alternatively, the first motor 31 is a rotating motor, the first motor 31 drives the sound box body 2 to rotate around the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 32, and the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 32 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the second rotating shaft 42.
Alternatively, the extending direction of the first rotating shaft 32 and the extending direction of the second rotating shaft 42 are arranged at an angle. The axial direction of the first rotating shaft 32 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the movable hole 212. In the present embodiment, when the axial direction of the second rotating shaft 42, the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 32, and the extending direction of the movable hole 212 are perpendicular to each other, that is, when the axial direction of the second rotating shaft 42 is the Z axis, the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 32 and the extending direction of the movable hole 212 are the X axis and the Y axis, respectively.
In the present embodiment, the second motor 41 of the second driving assembly 4 is fixedly installed in the installation cavity 11 of the installation base 1 to provide a rotational driving force for the second rotating shaft 42. One end of the second rotating shaft 42 is connected to an output end of the second motor 41, and the other end of the second rotating shaft 42 sequentially passes through the rotating hole 12 and the movable hole 212, extends into the cavity 211, and is connected to the first rotating shaft 32.
In one embodiment, one end of the second rotating shaft 42 away from the second motor 41 is provided with a connecting hole 421 and a fastening hole 422 communicating with the connecting hole 421, and the first rotating shaft 32 is inserted into the connecting hole 421; the second driving assembly 4 includes a fixing member 43, and the fixing member 43 passes through the fastening hole 422 and abuts against the first rotation shaft 32 for limiting.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the fixing member 43 is used to fixedly connect the first rotating shaft 32 and the second rotating shaft 42 by passing the fixing member 43 through the fastening hole 422 and abutting and limiting the first rotating shaft 32.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the outer wall of the first rotating shaft 32 is provided with a protrusion 321, and the protrusion 321 abuts against and limits the outer wall of the second rotating shaft 42. It can be understood that, with such an arrangement, the protrusion 321 can be used to achieve a limited installation of the first rotating shaft 32, so as to prevent the first rotating shaft 32 from being separated from or passing through the connecting hole 421 too much.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a fixing surface 322 is provided at a side of the first rotating shaft 32 facing the fastening hole 422. It will be appreciated that, with this arrangement, the contact area of the fixing member 43 with the first rotating shaft 32 can be increased, thereby improving the fixing effect of the fixing member 43.
In an embodiment, the sound box body 2 includes a casing 21, a mounting bracket 22 and a speaker, wherein the casing 21 is provided with a cavity 211, a movable hole 212 and a sound outlet hole 213, which are communicated with the cavity 211, the sound outlet hole 213 is spaced from the movable hole 212, the mounting bracket 22 is disposed in the cavity 211 and connected to an inner wall of the casing 21, the first driving component 3 is connected to the mounting bracket 22, the speaker is disposed in the cavity 211 and directly opposite to the sound outlet hole 213, and the speaker is spaced from the mounting bracket 22 and the first driving component 3.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, by providing the mounting bracket 22 in the receiving cavity 211 of the housing 21, the mounting bracket 22 is conveniently connected to the first motor 31 of the first driving assembly 3, so as to improve the mounting stability. It will be appreciated that the mounting bracket 22 is hollow, or the mounting bracket 22 is provided with an avoidance space having a uniform extending direction of the movable hole 212, so as to facilitate the avoidance space to avoid the second rotating shaft 42 of the second driving assembly 4.
It will be appreciated that the mounting bracket 22 is formed with a through hole, and one end of the first rotating shaft 32 movably passes through the through hole of the fixing hole and is connected to the second rotating shaft 42. As shown in fig. 2, the first motor 31 is further provided with a fixing lug 311, the fixing lug 311 is provided with a through hole, and a fastening member passes through the through hole to be connected with the mounting frame 22.
In the present embodiment, the speaker is disposed in the cavity 211 to protect the speaker by the housing 21. The housing 21 further has a sound outlet hole 213 communicating with the accommodating cavity 211, so that the speaker is disposed opposite to the sound outlet hole 213, and the sound emitted by the speaker can be transmitted to the outside through the sound outlet hole 213. Optionally, the sound outlet holes 213 include a plurality of sound outlet holes 213 arranged in a radial shape.
In one embodiment, a rotating groove 13 is further formed in one side of the mounting base 1 facing the sound box body 2, and the rotating hole 12 is formed in the bottom wall of the rotating groove 13; the shell 21 is arranged in a spherical shape, part of the shell 21 is movably accommodated in the rotating groove 13 and is spaced from the groove wall of the rotating groove 13, and the inner wall of the rotating groove 13 is matched with the outer wall of the shell 21.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, by providing the housing 21 of the cabinet body 2 with a spherical structure and providing the rotation groove 13 with a spherical surface on the mounting base 1, part of the housing 21 is accommodated by the rotation groove 13 to hide or cover the rotation hole 12 and the second rotation shaft 42 of the second driving unit 4 by the rotation groove 13.
It can be understood that the rotation hole 12 is opened at the bottom wall of the rotation groove 13, and part of the housing 21 is movably accommodated in the rotation groove 13 and spaced from the groove wall of the rotation groove 13, and the inner wall of the rotation groove 13 is matched with the outer wall of the housing 21, so that when the second driving component 4 drives the sound box body 2 to rotate, the sound box body 2 can rotate in the rotation groove 13 relative to the groove wall, and interference is avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the movable hole 212 is an arc-shaped hole, and an included angle formed by two ends of the movable hole 212 and a connecting line of the connecting portion of the first driving assembly 3 and the second driving assembly 4 ranges from 5 ° to 60 °.
In the present embodiment, the movable hole 212 extends along the spherical surface of the housing 21 to form an arc-shaped hole or a bar-shaped hole. The range of an included angle formed by connecting the two ends of the movable hole 212 with the connecting line of the connecting part of the first driving assembly 3 and the second driving assembly 4 is controlled within the range of 5-60 degrees, so that the swing angle of the sound box body 2 is ensured.
According to the position of the user, the vehicle-mounted sound box 100 of the present invention can control the second motor 41 of the second driving component 4 to drive the second rotating shaft 42 to drive the sound box body 2 to rotate around the axial direction of the second rotating shaft 42, and then control the first motor 31 of the first driving component 3 to drive the sound box body 2 to rotate around the first rotating shaft 32, so as to implement swinging, thereby adjusting the position of the sound outlet 213 facing the user, and implementing active listening optimization.
It can be understood that the rotation angle and the swing angle of the sound box body 2 can be adjusted according to the position of a user, and are specifically adjusted according to practical application scenes. In this embodiment, the car-mounted sound box 100 further includes a control structure such as a controller or a control circuit, and the control structure is electrically connected to the second motor 41 of the second driving assembly 4 and the first motor 31 of the first driving assembly 3. Of course, the control structure may be disposed on the vehicle body to which the car-mounted sound box 100 is applied, and the control structure is capable of operating the second motor 41 of the second driving assembly 4 and the first motor 31 of the first driving assembly 3 of the car-mounted sound box 100.
The invention further provides a vehicle body which comprises a vehicle main body, the vehicle-mounted sound box 100 and a controller, wherein the mounting base body 1 of the vehicle-mounted sound box 100 is connected with the vehicle main body, and the controller is electrically connected with the first driving component 3 and the second driving component 4 of the vehicle-mounted sound box 100. The specific structure of the vehicle-mounted sound box 100 refers to the foregoing embodiments, and since the vehicle body adopts all technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments, at least all beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
It is understood that the vehicle body may be an automobile, a new energy vehicle, etc., and is not limited herein. The vehicle body is provided with a space for a user to take and a center console convenient for the user to operate, the controller is arranged in the console, and the mounting base body 1 of the vehicle-mounted sound box 100 is connected with the center console.

Claims (10)
1. The vehicle-mounted sound box is characterized by comprising:
the mounting base body is provided with a mounting cavity and a rotating hole communicated with the mounting cavity;
the loudspeaker box comprises a loudspeaker box body, wherein the loudspeaker box body is provided with a containing cavity, and one side of the loudspeaker box body facing the mounting base body is provided with a movable hole communicated with the containing cavity;
the first driving component is arranged in the cavity and connected with the sound box body; and
the second driving assembly is arranged in the mounting cavity, and part of the second driving assembly sequentially penetrates through the rotating hole and the movable hole to extend into the accommodating cavity and is connected with the first driving assembly;
the second driving assembly drives the first driving assembly to drive the sound box body to rotate, the first driving assembly drives the sound box body to swing, so that the second driving assembly moves relative to the movable hole and along the extending direction of the movable hole, and the second driving assembly drives the rotation direction of the sound box body to be different from the swinging direction of the sound box body driven by the first driving assembly.
2. The vehicular sound box according to claim 1, wherein the second driving assembly drives the sound box body to rotate around the axial direction of the rotation hole by an angle θ 1;
wherein theta 1 is more than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees; or theta 1 is more than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 150 degrees; or theta 1 is more than or equal to 20 degrees and less than or equal to 120 degrees; or theta 1 is more than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 120 degrees; or theta 1 is more than or equal to 60 degrees and less than or equal to 120 degrees; or theta 1 is more than or equal to 60 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees.
3. The vehicular audio amplifier according to claim 1, wherein the first driving member drives the audio amplifier body to rotate around a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the rotation hole by an angle θ 2;
wherein theta 2 is more than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees; or theta 2 is more than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 150 degrees; or theta 2 is more than or equal to 20 degrees and less than or equal to 120 degrees; or theta 2 is more than or equal to 30 degrees and less than or equal to 120 degrees; or theta 1 is more than or equal to 60 degrees and less than or equal to 120 degrees; or theta 1 is more than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 60 degrees, or theta 1 is more than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 30 degrees.
4. The vehicular sound box according to claim 1, wherein the first driving assembly comprises a first motor and a first rotating shaft connected to the first motor, the first motor is disposed in the cavity and connected to the sound box body;
the second drive assembly comprises a second motor and a second rotating shaft connected to the output end of the second motor, the second motor is arranged in the installation cavity, the second rotating shaft is far away from one end of the second motor and sequentially and movably penetrates through the rotating hole and the moving hole to stretch into the containing cavity, and is connected with the first rotating shaft.

The vehicle-mounted sound box according to claim 4, wherein a connecting hole and a fastening hole communicated with the connecting hole are formed in one end, far away from the second motor, of the second rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft is arranged in the connecting hole in a penetrating mode;
the second driving assembly comprises a fixing piece, and the fixing piece penetrates through the fastening hole and is abutted and limited with the first rotating shaft.
6. The vehicle-mounted sound box according to claim 5, wherein a protrusion is arranged on an outer wall of the first rotating shaft, and the protrusion abuts against and limits the outer wall of the second rotating shaft;
and/or a fixing surface is arranged on one side, facing the fastening hole, of the first rotating shaft;
and/or the extending direction of the first rotating shaft and the extending direction of the second rotating shaft form an included angle.
7. The vehicular audio amplifier of claim 1, wherein the audio amplifier body comprises:
the shell is provided with the containing cavity, the movable hole and the sound outlet hole which are communicated with the containing cavity, and the sound outlet hole is spaced from the movable hole;
the mounting frame is arranged in the accommodating cavity and connected with the inner wall of the shell, and the first driving assembly is connected to the mounting frame; and
the loudspeaker is arranged in the cavity and is opposite to the sound outlet hole, and the loudspeaker is arranged at an interval with the mounting frame and the first driving assembly.
8. The vehicular sound box according to claim 7, wherein a rotary groove is further formed in a side of the mounting base facing the sound box body, and the rotary hole is formed in a bottom wall of the rotary groove;
the shell is arranged in a spherical shape, part of the shell is movably accommodated in the rotating groove and is spaced from the groove wall of the rotating groove, and the inner wall of the rotating groove is matched with the outer wall of the shell.

The vehicle-mounted sound box according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the movable hole is provided in an arc-shaped hole, and an included angle formed by two ends of the movable hole and a connecting line of a joint of the first driving assembly and the second driving assembly ranges from 5 ° to 60 °.
10. A vehicle body, characterized in that the vehicle body comprises:
a vehicle main body;
the vehicle sound box according to any one of claims 1 to 9, a mounting base of the vehicle sound box being connected to the vehicle body; and
and the controller is electrically connected with the first driving component and the second driving component of the vehicle-mounted sound box.
