A flowchart of a task guidance method provided in an embodiment of the present specification is introduced below with reference to fig. 1, where the method may be applied to a terminal device, and the method includes:
step 110, in response to a trigger instruction generated after a target task in a target application launched in a target channel is triggered, acquiring a channel identifier of the target channel;
step 120, matching a task initial page and task guidance corresponding to the channel identification according to the channel identification;
step 130, a target task including the task initial page and a task guide is shown.
In this specification, the terminal device may refer to a hardware device used by a user, such as a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, a handheld computer, a personal digital assistant ("PDA"), or any other wired or wireless processor-driven device.
In this specification, in order to enable the terminal device to install and use the APP, a related Operating System (abbreviated as OS, which may also be referred to as a computer management control program) needs to be installed on the terminal device.
The operating system may be a computer program for managing and controlling hardware and software resources of the terminal, and is the most basic system software directly running on the terminal device, and any other software and application programs must be supported by the operating system to be allowed. Typical operating systems are for example: android systems (Android), IOS systems, Windows Phone systems, hong meng systems, etc.
In this specification, the target application may be any type of application. For example, a medical application, a social application, a payment application, a video application, an audio application, an instant service application, an instant messaging application, a live application, an e-commerce application, a life application, a navigation application, and the like.
The corresponding target tasks may also differ for different applications. For example, for medical applications, the target tasks may include appointment registration, appointment vaccination, appointment physical examination, and the like; for payment application, the target task can comprise real-name authentication, bank card binding, mobile phone number binding and the like; for live applications, the target tasks may include a main focus task, a gift giving task, and so on.
In this specification, the target channel may be any type of channel for delivering an application promotion. For example, the target channel may include at least one of a push-down-line, an on-line third party channel, and private domain traffic.
The private domain traffic may refer to a non-public communication mode between users, such as data traffic with privacy properties, such as sending short messages, friend messages of instant messaging, private messages on a social platform, and the like.
The target tasks can be acquired by more potential users through the popularization mode of various channels, so that the user coverage rate of the target application is improved.
In this specification, the triggering manner of the target task in the target channel may be determined according to the delivery manner of the target task. The following examples illustrate several different delivery and triggering modes.
As shown in fig. 2, for example, when the delivery mode of the target task in the target channel is an image containing a graphic code, the triggering mode may be that the terminal device scans the image of the graphic code to generate a triggering instruction for the target task.
As shown in fig. 3, when the delivery mode of the target task is the text information 41 containing the URL, the triggering mode may be that the user clicks the URL content 42 in the text information 41 displayed on the terminal device to generate a triggering instruction for the target task.
As an example of the promoted advertisement shown in fig. 4, when the target task is placed in the promoted advertisement 51, the triggering manner may be that the user clicks the advertisement 51 displayed on the terminal device to generate a triggering instruction for the target task.
In addition, when the delivery mode of the target task in the target channel is password information, the trigger mode may be to copy the password information as a whole to generate a trigger instruction for the target task.
Different channel pushing schemes can be met through different releasing modes, for example, when the user pushes the mobile phone offline, a task guide is released by a releasing mode of printing an image containing a graphic code.
In this specification, different task guides for guiding completion of the target task may be set for different channels, that is, accurate task guides are provided for the target channels and users, so as to help the users to complete the target task quickly. Specifically, differentiated task guidance can be configured for each channel; the differentiation can be set according to the characteristics of task guidance requirements of user groups in different channels, and the task system aiming at different channels is established by customizing special task guidance for different channels.
It should be noted that, for the same target task, although different channel identifications correspond to different task guides, these different task guides can be used for guiding the same target task.
When the method is realized, a user triggers a target task in a target application launched in a target channel so as to generate a trigger instruction; and after the terminal equipment acquires the trigger instruction, the channel identification of the target channel is acquired in response to the trigger instruction.
In this specification, unique channel identifiers may be allocated to different channels in advance, so that a channel to which a target task triggered by a user is put can be uniquely determined through the channel identifiers. The channel identifier of the target channel may be obtained by obtaining a channel identifier carried by the trigger instruction.
The terminal device further can match task guidance for guiding the completion of the target task and a task initial page where the target task is located, which corresponds to the channel identifier, from the task system established for different channels according to the channel identifier. The task initial page can be an initial page of a target task; when the target task is a series of tasks, the initial page may refer to a task page corresponding to a first task in the target task, and accordingly, when the first task is completed to perform a next task, the initial page may also jump to a task page corresponding to a second task. Generally, the same target task can correspond to the same task initial page in different channels, and guidance service is provided for the user based on different task guidance. In some embodiments, the same target task may correspond to different task initial pages in different channels, so as to adapt to different requirements of users in different channels. And will not be described in detail herein.
Finally, the terminal equipment can display a target task comprising the task initial page and the task guide; the user may complete the target task through task guidance.
By applying the embodiment, the special task guidance can be customized for different channels according to the characteristics of the task guidance requirements of the user group under different channels, so that a task system for different channels is established. Therefore, after the trigger instruction initiated by aiming at different channels is received, the task guide and the task initial page suitable for the channels are matched based on the channel identification, so that users in different channels can quickly become familiar with application use through personalized task guide, and the triggered target task is completed based on the task guide. Thus, not only can the completion rate of the target task be improved, but also the personalized experience can increase the satisfaction degree of the user so as to improve the conversion rate of the user.
In an exemplary embodiment, after the step 110, the method may further include:
acquiring a user state associated with a user account logged in the target application; wherein the user state is used for representing the familiarity degree of the user with the target application;
the step 120 may include:
and matching a task initial page and task guidance corresponding to the channel identifier and the user state according to the channel identifier and the user state.
In this specification, the higher the familiarity of the user with the target application, the shorter the guidance flow of the corresponding task guidance (for example, the less the guidance content); conversely, the lower the familiarity of the user with the target application, the longer the guidance flow of the corresponding task guidance (for example, the more guidance content), so that the user can know more task information of the target task (such as the content, the operation mode, the operation flow, and the like of the target task) through the longer guidance flow.
In this specification, the user status may be obtained by weighted calculation according to the age of the user associated with the user account and/or the duration of cumulative use of the target application.
Generally, users of different user ages have different handedness for the terminal device and the software application, and therefore have different familiarity with the target application. For example, the elderly are generally unfamiliar with the operation of terminal equipment and software applications, and are difficult to complete target tasks under the condition of no guidance or less guidance; the young people, being familiar with the operation of terminal devices and software applications, can accomplish the target tasks with little or no guidance.
In addition, the familiarity with the target application may also be affected by differences in the length of time that the target application is used cumulatively. Generally, the longer a user uses an application, the higher the user's familiarity with the application and thus the target task can be accomplished without or with less guidance; conversely, the shorter a user uses an application, the less familiar it is to the application, and thus the target task may not be accomplished without or with less guidance.
Based on the user state, the target application can obtain a user state in advance through weighting calculation according to the user age associated with the user account and/or the time length for accumulatively using the target application, and the user state is associated with the user account. In this way, after responding to a trigger instruction generated after a target task in a target application launched in a target channel is triggered, the terminal device can acquire a user state in addition to a channel identifier; and then, matching corresponding task guidance according to the channel identification and the user state.
It should be noted that, because the dimension of adding the user status on the basis of the channel identification, the task system described in the foregoing embodiment needs to be improved. Specifically, different task guides for guiding completion of the target task need to be set for users in different channels and different user states in different channels, that is, precise task guides for the target channels and the user states and provided to the users are provided, so that the users are helped to complete the target task quickly.
During implementation, task guidance aiming at channel dimensionality needs to be configured according to the characteristics of task guidance requirements of user groups under different channels, and then task guidance aiming at user states is further configured according to different user states under each channel; by customizing the special task guidance for different channels and different user states, a multi-level task system from the channels to the user states is established.
By applying the embodiment, different requirements of users in different channels and different user states on task guidance are met by establishing a multi-level task system from the channel to the user state. The user is helped to become quickly familiar with application usage by providing personalized task guidance, thereby completing the triggered target task based on the task guidance. Further improving the completion rate of the target task, increasing the satisfaction degree of the user and improving the conversion rate of the user.
In an embodiment, the step 130 may further include:
and acquiring the crowd portrait of the target channel from the server side of the target application according to the channel identification, and generating a target task matched with the crowd portrait based on the crowd portrait.
In this example, the server may generate people figures for people in different channels in advance, and the people figures are used for distinguishing and classifying people in different channels; the crowd portrayal can generally be determined in the form of attribute tags. Further, the server may match a target task corresponding to the crowd imagery for the channel based on the crowd imagery.
For example, the server may collect user crowd information in a certain channel, and may depict crowd portraits of user crowds in a certain channel through various attribute tags by analyzing and calculating various attributes of the channel crowd, such as age, occupation, interest, and the like.
By applying the embodiment, not only personalized task guidance is provided for the user based on the target channel, but also the personalized target task can be displayed for the user based on the target channel, so that different task requirements of the user in different channels are met.
In the related art, when a user triggers a target task in a target application targeted to a target channel, the target application is automatically started, and related information (such as a channel identifier and the triggered target task) is transmitted to the started target application based on a trigger instruction, so that the target application jumps pages based on the related information.
However, in practical applications, there may be a case that a target application is not installed on a terminal device used by a user, and when the target application is not installed, since the target application that is not started receives related information transmitted by a trigger instruction, these critical related information (hereinafter referred to as critical information) may be discarded this time; thus, even if the user downloads and installs the target application according to the prompt, the newly installed target application cannot acquire the key information, and thus cannot perform task guidance. The user can only search the page of the target task by himself or click the promotion information of the target task in the target channel again.
The following description is given by way of example with reference to the conventional task guidance diagram shown in fig. 5.
Suppose the channel pushes a task to the user for the "reserved vaccine" goal in the "XX medical" application. When the user triggers the target task, the 'XX medical' application installed on the terminal equipment is generally automatically started. Assuming that the terminal device does not have the "XX medical" application installed, the terminal device may then present an "application download page" shown in fig. 5 for the user to click download.
In the "application download page", introduction information related to the "XX medical" application, such as the function of the application, the number of users, user comments, application scores, and the like, may be presented. If the user chooses to download the "XX medical" application, the "XX medical" application may be downloaded and installed by triggering a download option, such as clicking on the "download immediately" button shown in FIG. 5.
After the "XX medical" application is successfully installed, when a user starts the "XX medical" application for the first time, the "XX medical" application stays on the "home page" because the newly installed application cannot receive the key information and cannot execute the task guidance; the user needs to find the entrance of the target task by himself.
However, the general application "home page" has a large amount of page contents, such as a search box at the top, a navigation bar at the bottom, shortcut entries 1, 2 and 3 for various common functions, a menu bar containing various functions, an advertisement bar for scrolling and playing an advertisement, and the like, in the "home page" shown in fig. 5. Clearly, in such a complex interface it is difficult for a user to quickly and accurately find the entry to the target task.
The user needs to try and error repeatedly to find the needed entrance, but the trial and error process seriously reduces the acceptance of the application by the user and even leads the user to abandon the application directly.
Assuming that the user finds the correct entry, the entry of the top page is often a large-function entry, and the user is required to find the next entry according to the target task. For example, in the "reservation service page" shown in fig. 5, there are entries for different next-level reservation services such as "reservation registration", "reservation vaccine", "reservation medical examination", and "reservation production examination".
At this time, the user is required to make a selection, and the user needs to correctly select the entrance of the reserved vaccine to enter the task page (the "task page" shown in fig. 5) where the target task which is originally desired to be opened is located.
According to the process, the problem that the task guidance cannot be executed when the application task is not installed can be easily found.
In order to solve the above problem, before the step 120 shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present specification may further include:
determining whether the target application is installed in the terminal equipment;
when the target application is determined to be installed on the terminal equipment, starting the target application;
when the target application is determined not to be installed on the terminal equipment, displaying a downloading option aiming at the target application; and after the downloading option is triggered, generating a downloading instruction for the target application.
In this example, if the terminal device has installed the target application locally, there is no problem that it is difficult for the user to accurately open the task page when the target task cannot be triggered to execute task guidance due to the fact that the application is not installed; the terminal device can start the target application normally and perform the following step 120.
If the target application corresponding to the target task is not installed locally on the terminal equipment, a downloading option for the target application can be triggered and displayed; if the user triggers the download option, a download instruction for the target application may be generated.
In this specification, when a download instruction for a target application is received, the channel identifier, a target task, and device information for positioning the terminal device may be sent to a server of the target application;
and when a first starting instruction aiming at the installed target application is received, sending the equipment information to the server so as to obtain channel information and a target task related to the equipment information from the server.
In this example, the terminal device may download the target application upon receiving a download instruction for the target application, for example, from a third party application marketplace or an official website of the target application. Different from the related art, the present specification may send the device information for positioning the terminal device, the obtained channel identifier, and the obtained target task to a server of the target application.
The purpose of this is that, because the terminal device has not installed the target application at this time, the key information of the channel identifier and the target task will be discarded; for this purpose, the device information is used as a unique identifier to associate the channel identifier and the target task, so that the event of the target task triggered by the current user can be recorded.
The device information may include a product serial number of the terminal device, a SIM number on the terminal device, account information (e.g., a user account of an associated third-party application), and the like.
After the terminal device downloads and installs the target application, the user can trigger the target application to generate a first starting instruction for the installed target application. Different from the related art, when starting the target application, the present specification needs to send the device information to the server of the target application. Here, the device information is sent to the server to obtain the channel identifier and the target task associated with the device information uploaded before.
This is equivalent to indirectly transferring the key information of the user when the target task is initially triggered to the target application, so that the execution condition of task guidance is met. The problem that key information triggered in advance cannot be transmitted to target application installed later in the related technology is solved.
After acquiring the task information corresponding to the device information from the server, the terminal device meets the execution condition of task guidance, and further may execute the foregoing step 120 based on the channel identifier, so as to match the task guidance for guiding to complete the target task corresponding to the channel identifier.
Corresponding to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, after the above embodiment is applied, a triggering channel is used to push a message for the "reserved vaccine" target task in the "XX medicine" application to the user as an example. When the user triggers the message of the target task, since the terminal device does not install the "XX medical" application, the terminal device may display an "application download page" shown in fig. 6 for the user to click to download.
After successful installation of the "XX medicine" application, when the user first launches the "XX medicine" application, the difference from the aforementioned fig. 1 is that: since the task information of the target task of the 'reserved vaccine' triggered by the user and the device information of the terminal device used by the user are uploaded to the server in advance, at this time, the key information uploaded before can be downloaded from the server through the device information of the terminal device (namely, the channel identifier and the target task acquired when the user initially triggers the target task are indirectly transmitted to the 'XX medical' application so as to meet the execution condition of task guidance), so that the corresponding task guidance can be matched based on the channel identifier downloaded from the server, the task page guided by the task is directly jumped from the initial page of the started 'XX medical' application, and the task page where the 'reserved vaccine' target task is located is further jumped after the task guidance is completed, so that the user can complete the target task of the reserved vaccine.
By applying the embodiment, the channel identifier, the target task and the equipment information of the target task triggered by the user are uploaded to the server in advance, and when the newly installed target application is started for the first time by the terminal equipment, the channel identifier and the target task uploaded before are downloaded from the server through the equipment information, so that the task guide corresponding to the channel identifier and used for guiding the completion of the target task is matched. Therefore, the problem that task guidance cannot be executed after a user triggers the target task due to the fact that the target application is not installed on the terminal device can be solved.
A flowchart of a task guidance method provided by an embodiment of the present specification is described below with reference to fig. 7, where the method may be applied to a server of a target application, and the method includes:
step 710, receiving a task guidance request initiated by a terminal device for a target task launched in a target application of a target channel; wherein the task guidance request comprises a channel identification of the target channel;
step 720, responding to the task guide request, matching a task initial page and task guide corresponding to the channel identifier according to the channel identifier;
step 730, sending the generated target task including the task initial page and the task guide to the terminal device, so that the terminal device displays the target task including the task initial page and the task guide.
This embodiment corresponds to the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, in which the terminal device is used as the execution subject, and the service end is used as the execution subject. For the same contents, please refer to the foregoing embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
In an embodiment, before the step 720, the method may further include:
acquiring a user state associated with a user account logged in the target application; wherein the user state is used for representing the familiarity degree of the user with the target application;
accordingly, the 720, further may include:
