Abstract

本发明公开了一种同时显示白红绿的背光源结构,包括安装在显示屏上端的导光板,所述导光板上端开设有四个通槽,所述通槽靠近导光板两端的槽口处分别安装有白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯,所述白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯之间安装有柔性电路板。本发明白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯的排布方式改变为垂直排布,同时导光板和柔性电路板配套的组装方式做出调整,使白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯水平位置保持在同一位置,这样白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯发光之后整体效果左右差异就可消除,且垂直方向无差异。

技术领域
本发明涉及背光源技术领域,尤其涉及一种同时显示白红绿的背光源结构。
背景技术
背光源是位于液晶显示器背后的一种光源,它的发光效果将直接影响到液晶显示模块视觉效果,液晶显示器本身并不发光,它显示图形或是它对光线调制的结果。
目前的背光源要是同时拥有白色、红色、绿色的显示效果的话,常规的导光板灯槽的设计方式会导致背光出现明显的左右颜色偏差,无法满足发光一致的要求,且目前的市场上无同时能发出白色、红色、绿色的侧面发光的LED灯,只能通过单粒的白色LED灯、红绿双色LED灯来组合发光满足颜色要求,并且组合后的LED灯成一字型排列后就会导致发光时出现左右效果差异。
基于此,本发明提出一种同时显示白红绿的背光源结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种同时显示白红绿的背光源结构。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种同时显示白红绿的背光源结构,包括安装在显示屏上端的导光板,所述导光板上端开设有四个通槽,所述通槽靠近导光板两端的槽口处分别安装有白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯,所述白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯之间安装有柔性电路板。
优选地,所述导光板的厚度大于等于白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯的厚度之和。
优选地,所述白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯位置处于垂直方向。
优选地,所述柔性电路板以对折的方式装配到导光板上并形成半包状态。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯的排布方式改变为垂直排布,同时导光板和柔性电路板配套的组装方式做出调整,使白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯水平位置保持在同一位置,这样白色LED灯和红绿双色LED灯发光之后整体效果左右差异就可消除,且垂直方向无差异。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
参照图1-2,一种同时显示白红绿的背光源结构,包括安装在显示屏1上端的导光板2,导光板2上端开设有四个通槽3,通槽3靠近导光板2两端的槽口处分别安装有白色LED灯4和红绿双色LED灯5,白色LED灯4和红绿双色LED灯5之间安装有柔性电路板6。
导光板2的厚度大于等于白色LED灯4和红绿双色LED灯5的厚度之和,确保白色LED灯4和红绿双色LED灯5能够完全装配进去。
白色LED灯4和红绿双色LED灯5位置处于垂直方向。
柔性电路板6以对折的方式装配到导光板2上并形成半包状态,此时白色LED灯4和红绿双色LED灯5正好处于垂直对齐状态,这样当背光组装完毕之后点亮时发光就不会存在左右效果差异。
本发明中,在通槽3中分别放置白色LED灯4和红绿双色LED灯5,并且白色LED灯4和红绿双色LED灯5位置处于垂直方向,在柔性电路板6以对折的方式装配到导光板2上并形成半包状态后,此时白色LED灯4和红绿双色LED灯5正好处于垂直对齐状态,这样当背光组装完毕之后点亮时发光就不会存在左右效果差异。

1.一种同时显示白红绿的背光源结构,包括安装在显示屏(1)上端的导光板(2),其特征在于,所述导光板(2)上端开设有四个通槽(3),所述通槽(3)靠近导光板(2)两端的槽口处分别安装有白色LED灯(4)和红绿双色LED灯(5),所述白色LED灯(4)和红绿双色LED灯(5)之间安装有柔性电路板(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种同时显示白红绿的背光源结构,其特征在于,所述导光板(2)的厚度大于等于白色LED灯(4)和红绿双色LED灯(5)的厚度之和。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种同时显示白红绿的背光源结构,其特征在于,所述白色LED灯(4)和红绿双色LED灯(5)位置处于垂直方向。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种同时显示白红绿的背光源结构,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板(6)以对折的方式装配到导光板(2)上并形成半包状态。
