When cleaning, a worker can connect one end of the water injection pipe to the first check valve 107, the other end of the water injection pipe is in the water mixed with the cleaning agent, the first piston rod 104 moves leftwards to drive the second piston rod 111 to move leftwards, the fifth spring 112 is compressed, when the first piston rod 104 moves rightwards to reset, the second piston rod 111 does not abut against the second piston rod 111, and the second piston rod 111 moves rightwards to reset under the action of the fifth spring 112, so that the water mixed with the cleaning agent can be pumped into the second charging barrel 113 through the water injection pipe when the second piston rod 111 moves leftwards again, under the action of the second check valve 114, clean water in the second charging barrel 113 can be injected into the second nozzle 116 through the second guide pipe 115 when the second piston rod 111 moves leftwards again, so that the clean water with the cleaning agent can be injected into the shell 1, and the cleaning effect on the copper balls can be further improved under the action of the cleaning agent.
