The spheroidal graphite cast iron jacking pipe is widely adopted due to the advantages of light weight, large pushing bearing capacity, long service life and the like; the nodular cast iron jacking pipe adopts the nodular cast iron pipe as a manufacturing body, the cement mortar is lined in the casting pipe for corrosion prevention, reinforced concrete is wrapped outside to form a casting layer, and the manufacturing is completed after polishing, coating with water paint and packaging.
The short-scale micro-jacking pipe is a jacking pipe with a nominal diameter of DN250-DN600 and an effective length of 1-2 meters or a length required by a customer. In pipe jacking construction, the short-length pipe jacking plays a guiding role in the pipe jacking construction process, so that flexible adjustment of the pipe jacking pipeline following machine head is realized. s5, performing a hydraulic test, and checking the welding reliability of the assembly part;
s6, after the assembly part hydrostatic test is qualified, welding a sleeve cage and a pushing part, and then pouring a cement layer to form a concrete pouring layer, so as to form a short-scale micro-pipe jacking blank;
s7, carrying out steam curing on the short-length micro-pipe jacking blank, and then welding a flange on the outer side of the pushing piece;
and S8, polishing and brushing water-based paint on the short-length micro-jacking pipe blank piece after the flange is installed in the step, so as to prepare the short-length micro-jacking pipe.
