(1) firstly, cutting and bonding the length of a pipe body according to the requirement, and then bonding a socket and a socket in sequence;
(2) uniformly brushing refractory paint on the exterior of the bonded casting, and sending the casting into a drying chamber for drying;
(3) bonding the dried lost foam and a pouring channel well and placing the bonded lost foam and the pouring channel in a negative pressure sand box; the negative pressure sand box is provided with a vacuumizing tube, and a control valve is adjusted when the vacuum pump works to control the negative pressure;
(4) filling dry sand, compacting, laminating and vacuumizing; the process of filling dry sand is that the sand is filled and the sand box is compacted, after the sand box is filled, the upper surface is covered with a plastic film for sealing, and the molding sand is compacted by vacuumizing;
(5) injecting the prepared molten iron into a model under negative pressure; pouring under the pressure of-0.5 bar, so that the ductile iron structure is more compact and more environment-friendly;
(6) closing the negative pressure 10 minutes after pouring, naturally cooling for 2 hours, and taking out the casting from the sand box;
(7) and performing shot blasting and sand cleaning on the casting, grinding burrs, and detecting that the appearance and the size are qualified.
