The working principle of the fiber removing device is as follows: anaerobic digestion sludge of kitchen garbage passes through a sludge inlet from a sludge inlet pump and then enters an inner cylinder of a filtering device; the anaerobic digestion sludge entering the inner cylinder is further separated from fiber and mud water through the filter screen under the rotary screening of the inner cylinder, the filtered fiber is conveyed to the extruder from the fiber outlet, and the filtered mud water is conveyed to the storage barrel from the mud water outlet. During operation, the filter device needs to be cleaned. When the filtration is normal, the high-pressure air washing fan is normally opened for air washing, so that the consumption of tap water can be saved; after the filter screen runs for a period of time, the pollution on the filter screen is aggravated, the high-pressure air washing fan and the washing pump run simultaneously, and air washing and water washing combined washing is carried out, so that pollutants are better removed; inorganic scale is formed on the filter screen after long-term operation, and the filter screen is subjected to hydrochloric acid drug washing through a washing pump in the drug storage tank.
