本发明涉及一种舰船,特别适用于中、高速舰船的主机排气系统。该排气系统为从船首折角线开始,沿龙骨布置长度为2/3-1/2船长龙骨排气道,排气道的两侧布置有排气孔,龙骨排气道的进口端通过止回阀与主机的排气管连通。

Description

一种中、高速舰船主机红外隐身排气系统
本发明涉及舰船红外隐身防护技术,特别适用于中高速舰船的主机排气系统。
传统的大型高速舰船的主机排气红外隐身都是从烟囱中加装冷却系统以降低排气温度,大幅度减小红外辐射量以达到隐身目的,这种排气方式使得大气中暴露有大量的中红外辐射,很容易被敌方侦察并受其空对舰(船)、舰对舰(船)和陆对舰(船)的红外制导武器的攻击,因此,为设法消除这种高速舰船主机排气在大气中的红外辐射,达到红外隐身的目的,就必然要增加舰船的设备和重量,提高造价,特别是对于重量和结构尺寸受到严格限制的小型舰艇就更难采用。对小型高速舰船的红外隐身多采用主机水下排气方式,如我国的037-1舰在船舷设有两个排气口,但上述的位置会使主机产生较大的排气背压,从而使主机的功率、油耗及排气温度等指标恶化,可靠性降低。
针对现有技术的上述缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种中、高速舰船主机龙骨排气红外隐身系统。
本发明通过以下技术措施实施,从船首折角线开始,沿龙骨,布置长度为其2/3-1/2处设置水下龙骨排气道1,排气道1的两侧布置有排气孔,排气孔的数目根据设计计算确定,龙骨排气道1进口端通过止回阀2与主机4的排气管3连通。
本发明的优点:(一)是将排气道设置在船底舯部的龙骨上,处于舰船水下流场最大的负压区,这种排气系统能将主机排气全部排入船体底部水中被水流冷却卷走,从而消除排气中的99%的中红外辐射,达到红外隐身目的。(二)主机排气背压很小,甚至有较大的负压,主机可用焓降的增加,热效率增加,油耗降低,节能效果显著。(三)从船底排气有利于在船体底部形成气膜以减少船体阻力达到减阻节能目的。这种综合效果是目前国内外舰船难以达到的。(四)本发明除适用于舰船外也适用于高速旅游船,由于从船低排气,解决了在船体上层建筑布置烟囱的问题,更使游船的甲板上可利用的面积得以提高,同时消除烟囱排气对船上空气污染,消除了炭烟和氧化氮(NOx)对游客的的危害。

1.一种中、高速舰船主机红外隐身排气系统,其特征为从船首折角线开始,沿龙骨设置长度为其2/3-1/2的水下龙骨排气道(1),排气道(1)的两侧布置有排气孔,龙骨排气道(1)的进口端通过止回阀(2)与主机(4)的排气管(3)连通。
