Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water spraying auxiliary ice breaking system, which is applied to the field of design and manufacture of polar ships.
Background
In recent 40 years, the coverage area and thickness of the arctic sea ice are continuously reduced, the arctic navigation and resource development are increasingly realized, and the requirements of the international ship market on professional icebreakers, various polar transport ships and engineering ships are more and more urgent due to huge economic benefits and important strategic meanings. The ice breaker is used as a ship for active ice breaking operation, moves in polar regions all the year round and may encounter ice conditions except designed ice conditions, so that researchers pay more attention to the ice breaking capacity and the movement performance of polar ships in the ice regions, meanwhile, the ship body navigation resistance is reduced, and the economy of the ship is improved. The water-spraying auxiliary ice-breaking system aims to spray water into surrounding seawater by installing a series of nozzles on the side and the bow of an ice-breaking ship to form water flow along an outer ship plate, reduce the resistance of water, ice and snow and the outer ship plate, and simultaneously wash surrounding broken ice away to widen a channel so as to achieve the effect of assisting in breaking and removing ice; at present, the domestic market lacks a side thrust device specially used under the working condition of high ice level, a tunnel type side thrust system commonly used for ship bow side thrust is not suitable for an icebreaker with a bow structure needing special reinforcement due to the fact that the tunnel type side thrust system occupies larger bow space, and meanwhile due to the existence of a tunnel, the icebreaker is easy to block ice when sailing and icebreaking are carried out under the polar environment.
As the above is combined, the water spray lubrication function and the side thrust function are combined in one system, the problems can be effectively solved, on one hand, the ice blockage phenomenon can be avoided by adopting the nozzle side thrust, and on the other hand, the occupancy rate of the bow space is greatly reduced on the basis of ensuring the side thrust function, thereby being beneficial to the design of the ship shape and the strengthening of the bow space structure; on the other hand, when the ship sails in the polar region environment, the friction resistance between the ice layer and the ship body is high, lubrication can be formed between the outer surface of the ship body and the broken ice layer after the broadside water spraying, the ice breaking resistance can be greatly reduced, the ice breaking capacity of the ship is further improved, and the economy of the ship is improved.
