Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical articles, in particular to a plant peptide energy hair-washing mousse and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Shampoo products are common daily chemical products in life of people, and the functional requirements on shampoo and hair washing mousse are changed from the original simple attention on the cleaning function to the care function. In recent years, due to the gradual increase of public safety awareness, people pay more and more attention to the safety performance of daily products.
Different series of products appear in the development process of the shampoo product, the main products are soap-based systems, the raw materials are obtained by chemical reaction of grease and sodium hydroxide, and the products mainly have slight toxicity, have large irritation to skin, are easy to cause various skin problems, are toxic to aquatic organisms and are easy to cause water eutrophication; the sulfate system adopts petroleum compound extract as raw material, has more types, strong foaming capability, strong dirt-removing power, easy compounding with various auxiliary agents, good compatibility and low cost, but has the problems of slight toxicity and easy causing various skin problems; the silicone-free oil system is non-toxic, tasteless and odorless, and is particularly easy to make hair soft and smooth and silky in hair washing and protecting products, but more and more hair can be deposited on the hair in the using process, so that greasiness, flattening and collapsing, alopecia, frizziness and difficult management are caused; the amino acid series is extracted from natural vegetable oil, has no toxicity, good biodegradability, high safety, mild irritation to skin, easy residue and the problems of itching and scurf after long-term use. The prior art is developed into a fifth generation product, which is a mousse system, raw materials are extracted from plants, are compounded by a modern process, nanoscale micro-foam is realized by a physical pump head and is directly smeared on hair or skin, and the hair, scalp and skin are cleaned by releasing the foam, so that the physical damage to the hair and skin caused by the traditional hair washing and rubbing is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the prior art, the invention discloses a plant peptide energy hair washing mousse, which comprises the following main components in parts by weight:
as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first composition consists of 30% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 64% of water and 6% of sodium chloride.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the second composition consists of 35% sodium cocamidopropionate, 65% water and.
A preparation process of a plant peptide energy hair washing mousse is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
step one, cleaning a stirring pot, and then disinfecting the stirring pot by using a disinfectant;
step two, adding water into a stirring pot according to a ratio, then adding oat peptide, soapberry extract, ginseng extract, cacumen biotae extract, geranium extract and EDTA disodium according to the ratio, quickly stirring to uniformly disperse and dissolve, and heating to 35-40 ℃;
step three, when the temperature requirement is met, stopping heating, adding the first composition, the second composition, C14-16 olefin sodium sulfonate, C12-18 alkyl glucoside, trehalose and glycerol according to the proportion, quickly stirring to uniformly disperse and dissolve, and waiting for cooling;
step four, when the temperature is reduced to 35 ℃, sequentially adding polyquaternium-47, hydrolyzed wheat protein, panthenol, essence, DMDM hydantoin and citric acid according to the proportion, rapidly stirring to uniformly disperse and dissolve, and continuously cooling;
step five, sampling and detecting when the temperature is reduced to 30 ℃, detecting that the pH value is 5.6-6.5, the viscosity is in a water state when the temperature is 25 ℃, and detecting to be qualified;
filtering and discharging the qualified mixture in the stirring pot to obtain a semi-finished product;
and step seven, filling and packaging the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the plant peptide hair-washing mousse provided by the invention is a fifth-generation product after long-term iteration updating, raw materials are extracted from plants, are compounded through a modern process, nanoscale micro foam is realized through a physical pump head and is directly smeared on hair or skin, the hair, scalp and skin are cleaned through the foam, physical damage to the hair and the skin caused by traditional hair-washing and rubbing is reduced, and alopecia is effectively reduced.
