when the control module detects an abnormal condition, generating an alarm instruction, wherein the alarm instruction comprises alarm information, and the alarm information is warning information of the abnormal condition;
and the alarm component alarms and prompts the alarm information according to the alarm instruction.
Specifically, as an optional implementation manner, the abnormal condition includes at least one of the following:
the number of consumables stored in the channel is lower than the preset number;
the control module detects that the consumable stored in the channel is close to the validity period within one month;
the door 105 is forced open.
In one embodiment of the invention, the alarm component comprises any one or a combination of a buzzer, a loudspeaker, a lamp and a display screen.
Based on the foregoing, it can be understood that the intelligent consumable material storage management cabinet according to the embodiment of the present invention further has a data statistics function, and specifically includes:
(1) the storage and use conditions of all or some consumables in a certain time period, a whole hospital or each department can be automatically counted;
(2) material consumption checking, cost accounting and scientific research teaching are carried out, and the current use of data is realized;
(3) and the printer is connected with the connecting terminal to print the related data information.
In summary, according to the intelligent consumable material storage management cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of channels are arranged for storing consumable materials, so that a large amount of consumable materials are stored; by arranging the touch module 102 and the control module, on one hand, the touch module 102 reminds a user to enter information of consumables to be stored when the consumables are stored, and the control module transports the consumables to be stored to the first channel according to the first consumable information, on the other hand, the touch module reminds the user to enter information of the consumables to be taken out when the consumables are taken out, and the control module takes the consumables to be taken out from the second channel according to the second consumable information, so that the automatic, intelligent and real-time storage and management of the consumables are realized; the consumables in the channel are sequenced according to the target sequence, so that the consumable validity period close to the channel port 101 is close to, the consumable which is closest to the validity period can be taken out for use when the consumables are taken out from the channel port 101, fine management and efficient utilization of the consumables are realized, and the resource waste of the consumables is reduced.
Secondly, referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent consumable storage management method, which is applied to an intelligent consumable storage management cabinet, where the intelligent consumable storage management cabinet includes a plurality of channels, a touch module and a control module, one end of each channel is provided with a channel port, and the method includes:
s101, responding to a storage instruction, and reminding a user to enter first consumable information through the touch module;
the first consumable information is information of consumables to be stored, and the first consumable information comprises the specifications of the consumables to be stored, the quantity of the consumables to be stored and the validity period of the consumables to be stored.
Specifically, the touch module is a touch screen, and displays a first picture in an idle state, where the first picture is a user identity authentication picture. Responding to the passing of user identity authentication, switching the touch module from the first picture to a second picture, wherein the second picture is provided with a storage control and a taking-out control; and when the storage control receives a first operation, generating the storage instruction, wherein the first operation comprises at least one operation which is executed on the storage control by a user and can generate the storage instruction.
Optionally, the user authentication method in the embodiment of the present invention includes password authentication, fingerprint identification, face identification, and wechat code scanning, and after the user inputs authentication information in the first screen through the authentication method, the touch module sends the authentication information to the control module for user authentication, and after the user authentication passes, the touch module is controlled to switch to the second screen.
The embodiment of the invention does not limit the display style of the storage control, optionally, the storage control is a button, and the storage control can generate a storage instruction after receiving a first operation (such as clicking operation on the storage control); or the storage control and the taking-out control are sliders, and the storage control can generate a storage instruction after receiving a first operation (such as moving or dragging the storage control).
In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent consumable material storage management cabinet further comprises a communication module, the intelligent consumable material storage management cabinet is connected and interacted with a terminal (such as a mobile phone, a computer and the like) through the communication module, and a display picture and a control of a touch module are displayed on the terminal, so that the touch module is operated on the terminal, the intelligent consumable material storage management cabinet is remotely controlled, and the consumable material is remotely stored and managed.
S102, responding to the acquired first consumable information, and sending the first consumable information to the control module through the touch module;
s103, transporting the consumables to be stored to a first channel through the control module according to the first consumable information;
the first channel is used for storing consumables with consumable specifications to be stored.
S104, sequencing the consumables in the first channel according to a target sequence through the control module according to the expiration date of the consumables to be stored;
wherein the target sequence is the consumables which are closer to the passage opening of the first passage, and the validity period is more close.
S105, responding to the fetching instruction, and reminding a user to enter second consumable information through the touch module;
the second consumable information is information of consumables to be taken out, and the second consumable information comprises the specifications of the consumables to be taken out and the quantity of the consumables to be taken out.
According to the step S101, the second screen is provided with a storage control and a take-out control.
Specifically, when the fetch control receives a second operation, the fetch instruction is generated, where the second operation includes at least one operation that can be executed by the user on the fetch control and that can generate the fetch instruction.
The embodiment of the invention does not limit the display style of the taking-out control, optionally, the taking-out control is a button, and the taking-out control can generate a taking-out instruction after receiving a second operation (such as clicking operation on the taking-out control); or the fetching control is a slider, and the fetching control can generate the fetching instruction after receiving the second operation (such as the operation of moving or dragging the fetching control).
S106, responding to the second consumable information, and sending the second consumable information to the control module through the touch module;
and S107, taking out the consumable to be taken out from the second channel through the control module according to the second consumable information.
The second channel is used for storing the consumable materials belonging to the specification of the consumable materials to be taken out.
In the embodiment of the invention, a disinfection device is arranged in the cabinet body of the intelligent consumable storage management cabinet, and a disinfection control is also arranged on the second picture;
when the disinfection control receives a third operation, generating a disinfection instruction, wherein the third operation comprises at least one operation which can generate the disinfection instruction and is executed by a user on the disinfection control;
and the control module controls the disinfection device to disinfect the consumables stored in the channel and the inside of the cabinet body according to the disinfection instruction.
The descriptions of the disinfection control and the third operation related to the embodiment of the present invention are the same as the descriptions of the storage control and the first operation (step S101), and the taking-out control and the second operation (step S105), and are not repeated here.
In an embodiment of the invention, the intelligent consumable storage management cabinet further comprises an alarm component;
when the control module detects an abnormal condition, generating an alarm instruction, wherein the alarm instruction comprises alarm information, and the alarm information is warning information of the abnormal condition;
and the alarm component alarms and prompts the alarm information according to the alarm instruction.
Specifically, as an optional implementation manner, the abnormal condition includes at least one of the following:
the number of consumables stored in the channel is lower than the preset number;
the control module detects that the consumable stored in the channel is close to the valid period within one month;
the door is forced open.
The contents in the above method embodiments are all applicable to the present system embodiment, the functions specifically implemented by the present system embodiment are the same as those in the above method embodiment, and the beneficial effects achieved by the present system embodiment are also the same as those achieved by the above method embodiment.

the control module is used for transporting the consumables to be stored to a first channel according to the first consumable information, and the first channel is used for storing the consumables which belong to the specifications of the consumables to be stored; the consumable sorting system is used for sorting the consumables in the first channel according to a target sequence according to the validity period of the consumables to be stored, wherein the target sequence is the consumables which are closer to the channel opening of the first channel, and the validity period is more close; and the second channel is used for storing the consumable items belonging to the specification of the consumable items to be taken out.
2. The cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the touch module is a touch screen, and displays a first screen in an idle state, wherein the first screen is a user authentication screen;
responding to the passing of user identity authentication, switching the touch module from the first picture to a second picture, wherein the second picture is provided with a storage control and a taking-out control;
when the storage control receives a first operation, generating the storage instruction, wherein the first operation comprises at least one operation which is executed on the storage control by a user and can generate the storage instruction;
and when the taking-out control receives a second operation, generating the taking-out instruction, wherein the second operation comprises at least one operation which is executed on the taking-out control by a user and can generate the taking-out instruction.

The intelligent consumable storage and management cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a display component and an adjusting component are arranged at the front end of the channel port, the display component is used for displaying information corresponding to consumables stored in the channel, and the adjusting component is used for adjusting the size of the channel port.

The intelligent consumable storage management cabinet according to claim 2, further comprising a cabinet body, a cabinet door, a shelf, a support, a storage opening and a take-out opening, wherein the channel is arranged on the shelf, the shelf is arranged in the cabinet body, the cabinet door is arranged on the surface of the cabinet body facing the channel opening, a sealing strip is arranged between the cabinet body and the cabinet door, the cabinet door is a transparent cabinet door, the support is arranged on the bottom surface of the cabinet body, the distance between the bottom surface of the cabinet body and the plane where one end of the bottom surface of the cabinet body is located is greater than or equal to 20cm, the storage opening, the take-out opening and the touch module are arranged on the cabinet door, the storage opening is used for placing the consumable to be stored, and the take-out opening is used for taking out the consumable to be taken out.

and the control module controls the disinfection device to disinfect the consumables stored in the channel and the inside of the cabinet body according to the disinfection instruction.
6. The cabinet according to claim 4, wherein a temperature and humidity control module is arranged in the cabinet body and used for detecting the temperature and humidity in the cabinet body in real time and controlling the temperature and humidity in the cabinet body within a preset range.
7. The cabinet according to claim 2, wherein the touch module is further configured to display a third screen, and the third screen is used to remind a user to input the use information of the consumable to be taken out.

when the control module detects an abnormal condition, generating an alarm instruction, wherein the alarm instruction comprises alarm information, and the alarm information is warning information of the abnormal condition;

the number of consumables stored in the channel is lower than the preset number;
the control module detects that the consumable stored in the channel is close to the valid period within one month;
the door is forced open.

The intelligent consumable storage management method is applied to an intelligent consumable storage management cabinet, the intelligent consumable storage management cabinet comprises a plurality of channels, a touch module and a control module, a channel port is formed in one end of each channel, and the method comprises the following steps:
responding to a storage instruction, reminding a user to enter first consumable information through the touch module, wherein the first consumable information is information of consumables to be stored, and the first consumable information comprises the specifications of the consumables to be stored, the number of the consumables to be stored and the validity period of the consumables to be stored;
responding to the acquired first consumable information, and sending the first consumable information to the control module through the touch module;
according to the first consumable material information, the consumable materials to be stored are transported to a first channel through the control module, and the first channel is used for storing the consumable materials belonging to the specification of the consumable materials to be stored;
sequencing the consumables in the first channel according to a target sequence by the control module according to the validity period of the consumables to be stored, wherein the target sequence is the consumables which are closer to the channel opening of the first channel, and the validity period is closer;
responding to a taking instruction, reminding a user to enter second consumable information through the touch module, wherein the second consumable information is information of consumables to be taken out, and the second consumable information comprises the specifications of the consumables to be taken out and the number of the consumables to be taken out;
responding to the acquired second consumable information, and sending the second consumable information to the control module through the touch module;
and taking out the consumables to be taken out from a second channel through the control module according to the second consumable information, wherein the second channel is used for storing the channel for storing the consumables to be taken out according to the consumable specification.
