于是，有鉴于此，针对现有的结构及缺失予以研究改良，提供一种新型丝瓜瓤鞋垫及制作方法，以期达到更具有更加实用价值性的目的。

为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种新型丝瓜瓤鞋垫及制作方法，具体由以下具体技术手段所达成：

S4、将步骤S3得到的剩余部分，依次送入压平机进行压平作业，得到丝瓜瓤垫片胚体；
S5、将得到的丝瓜瓤垫片胚体置入压力机下，并在丝瓜瓤垫片胚体上放入切割模具，进行切割，得到所需丝瓜瓤垫片；
S6、根据设计需求，选择一定数量的丝瓜瓤垫片进行对齐码放，并将其放置在PU片上，对齐后使用缝纫机进行缝合；
S7、使用包边机对缝合后的垫体进行缝边，制得所需丝瓜瓤鞋垫。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型丝瓜瓤鞋垫，包括多组丝瓜瓤垫片（1）和PU片（2），其特征在于：多组所述丝瓜瓤垫片（1）依次层叠码放在PU片（2）的顶部，且多组所述丝瓜瓤垫片（1）与PU片（2）通过缝线连接，多组所述丝瓜瓤垫片（1）与PU片（2）的连接侧面包裹有包边（4）。
2.如权利要求1所述新型丝瓜瓤鞋垫，其特征在于：所述PU片（2）顶部设置有均匀分布有多组连接竖条（201），多组所述连接竖条（201）的顶端均穿入丝瓜瓤垫片（1）的内部。
3.如权利要求1所述新型丝瓜瓤鞋垫，其特征在于：多组所述连接竖条（201）顶端均呈外凸式弧面结构，且多组所述连接竖条（201）的竖向长度不大于多组所述丝瓜瓤垫片（1）层叠后的厚度。
4.如权利要求1所述新型丝瓜瓤鞋垫，其特征在于：所述PU片（2）的内部设置有放置空腔，且放置空腔的内部设有竹炭颗粒层（3）。
5.如权利要求4所述新型丝瓜瓤鞋垫，其特征在于：所述PU片（2）的顶面设置有若干微孔（202），且若干所述微孔（202）均与放置空腔相互连通。
6.如权利要求1-5任意一项所述新型丝瓜瓤鞋垫，其特征在于：该新型丝瓜瓤鞋垫应用于各种类型的鞋体中。
7.一种新型丝瓜瓤鞋垫的制作方法，其特征在于：包括如下步骤：
S1、准备成熟晒干的丝瓜，并挑选出长度不小于20cm，宽度不小于8cm的优质丝瓜；
S2、通过敲打或挤压对选取出的优质丝瓜进行表壳破碎，之后取出表面碎壳，得到丝瓜瓤；
S3、将步骤S2得到的丝瓜瓤进行剖开，切掉丝瓜瓤芯，并去除剩余部分的上残留的种子及其他杂物；
S4、将步骤S3得到的剩余部分，依次送入压平机进行压平作业，得到丝瓜瓤垫片胚体；
S5、将得到的丝瓜瓤垫片胚体置入压力机下，并在丝瓜瓤垫片胚体上放入切割模具，进行切割，得到所需丝瓜瓤垫片（1）；
S6、根据设计需求，选择一定数量的丝瓜瓤垫片（1）进行对齐码放，并将其放置在PU片（2）上，对齐后使用缝纫机进行缝合；
S7、使用包边机对缝合后的垫体进行缝边，制得所需丝瓜瓤鞋垫。
