Claims (10)

1. An after-sale method for controlling an air conditioner through voice is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a voice service instruction, and starting a voice connection module in the air conditioner;
and controlling the voice connection module to be connected with the platform equipment of the target after-sale object based on the target after-sale object in the voice service instruction, and pushing an after-sale reservation result to a user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the activating the voice connection module in the air conditioner, the method further comprises:
if the user is determined not to log in the operation client, sending a login prompt voice;
otherwise, determining whether the user inputs an address at the operation client.
3. The voice-controlled air conditioner after-sale method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the determining whether the user inputs an address at the operation client comprises:
if the address input by the user at the operation client is determined and the address is confirmed by the user in a voice mode, entering an after-sale reservation flow, and otherwise, sending an address confirmation reminding voice;
and if the address input by the user at the operation client is determined, sending an address input reminding voice.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the voice connection module to connect with the platform device of the target after-market object based on the target after-market object in the voice service instruction to push the after-market reservation result to the user comprises:
sending target after-sale object type inquiry voice to the user, and receiving feedback information of the user;
and if the feedback information is determined to be correct, entering an after-sale service reservation flow, otherwise, sending the target after-sale object type inquiry voice again.
5. The voice-controlled air conditioner after-sale method according to claim 4, wherein the entering of the after-sale service reservation process comprises:
sending an after-sale reservation time inquiry voice to the user, and receiving the feedback time of the user;
if the feedback time is determined to be instant time and the instant time is within a preset time range, feeding back after-sale reservation success information to the user;
if the feedback time is determined to be the reserved time and the current time plus the reserved time is within the preset time range, feeding back after-sale reservation success information to the user;
otherwise, if the instant time or the current time plus the reserved time is not within the preset time range, sending a time reselection prompting voice to the user.
6. The voice-controlled air conditioner after-sale method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein after receiving the voice service instruction, the method further comprises:
if the current time is determined to be in the preset optimal after-sale time period, sending a reserved after-sale service reminding voice to the user based on the preset playing frequency and the preset playing time range;
the preset optimal after-market time period is april or october of the year.
7. An after-sales system of a voice-controlled air conditioner, comprising:
the starting module is used for receiving the voice service instruction and starting the voice connection module in the air conditioner;
and the processing module is used for controlling the voice connection module to be connected with the platform equipment of the target after-sale object based on the target after-sale object in the voice service instruction, and pushing an after-sale reservation result to a user.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the voice-controlled air conditioner after-market method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the program.
9. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the voice-controlled air conditioner after-market method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the voice-controlled air conditioner after-market method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
