the acceptance confirmation submodule is connected with the task acceptance submodule and is used for respectively sending the business acceptance orders of all outsourcing personnel to the management system and the project establishment management module of the human resource supplier corresponding to all outsourcing personnel, determining the supplier acceptance results and the project demand party acceptance results of all outsourcing personnel, and determining the acceptance confirmation results of all outsourcing personnel based on the supplier acceptance results and the project demand party acceptance results;
and the settlement confirming submodule is connected with the acceptance confirming submodule and is used for generating the expense settlement information of each outsourcing person based on the acceptance confirming result and the expense budget information of each outsourcing person.
Specifically, the acceptance settlement module comprises a task acceptance submodule, an acceptance confirmation submodule and a settlement confirmation submodule.
And the task acceptance sub-module is mainly used for verifying the presence state, attendance information and task execution results of each outsourcing person and generating a service acceptance order of each outsourcing person.

The acceptance confirmation submodule is mainly used for sending the business acceptance orders of all outsourcing personnel to the management system and the project establishment management module of the human resource supplier corresponding to all outsourcing personnel respectively, determining the supplier acceptance results and the project demander acceptance results of all outsourcing personnel, and determining the acceptance confirmation results of all outsourcing personnel based on the supplier acceptance results and the project demander acceptance results. That is, business acceptance orders for outsourcer personnel require double confirmation by the human resources provider and the project demander.
When the acceptance confirming submodule determines the acceptance time, the acceptance confirming submodule can automatically initiate a confirmation request according to the date set by the current project and push the confirmation request to a management system and an item setting management module of a human resource provider. If any party can not confirm, the return logic of the acceptance check sub-module is automatic step-by-step return, and data is automatically obtained again after the return once, so that the difference caused by data update is avoided, and the human errors are avoided.
And the settlement confirmation submodule is mainly used for generating the expense settlement information of each outsourcing person according to the acceptance confirmation result and the expense budget information of each outsourcing person. Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device may include: a Processor (Processor)510, a communication Interface (Communications Interface)520, a Memory (Memory)530, and a communication Bus (Communications Bus)540, wherein the Processor 510, the communication Interface 520, and the Memory 530 communicate with each other via the communication Bus 540. 1. An outsourcing personnel management system, comprising:
the project development management module is used for determining the project requirement information and the cost budget information of the current project;
the personnel management module is connected with the project establishment management module and used for matching the personnel demand information of the current project with the personnel allocation information of each supplier and determining a plurality of outsourcing personnel meeting the requirements of the current project;
the task management module is connected with the personnel management module and used for distributing tasks to be executed for each outsourced personnel based on the project development information and recording the presence state, attendance information and task execution results of each outsourced personnel;
and the acceptance and settlement module is connected with the task management module and is used for generating the expense settlement information of each outsourcing person based on the presence state, the attendance information and the task execution result of each outsourcing person and the expense budget information.
2. The outsourcing personnel management system of claim 1, further comprising:
the supplier management module is connected with the management systems of a plurality of human resource suppliers and used for acquiring the personnel allocation information of each supplier;
the staffing information includes a service area, a service price, and a number of service staffs.
3. Outsourcing personnel management system according to claim 2, wherein the system further comprises:
and the database module is connected with the project management module, the personnel management module, the task management module, the acceptance settlement module and the supplier management module and is used for storing personnel demand information, cost budget information, personnel allocation information, and attendance information, task execution results and cost settlement information of all outsourcing personnel.

the information matching submodule is connected with the resume acquisition submodule and is used for matching the personnel demand information of the current project with the resume of candidate personnel in the personnel allocation information of each supplier and determining the matching result of each candidate personnel;
and the personnel screening submodule is connected with the information matching submodule and used for determining a plurality of outsourcing personnel meeting the requirements of the current project based on the matching result of each candidate personnel.
5. Outsourcing personnel management system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the task management module comprises:
the state determining submodule is used for handling the entering and exiting for each outsourcing person and recording the presence state of each outsourcing person;
the attendance recording sub-module is used for recording the attendance information of each outsourcing person;
the task distribution submodule is used for analyzing the project development information of the current project and determining the tasks to be executed of all outsourcing personnel;
and the result determining submodule is connected with the task distribution submodule and is used for determining the task execution result of each outsourcing personnel based on the execution condition of the task to be executed of each outsourcing personnel.
6. The outsourcing personnel management system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the acceptance settlement module includes:
the task acceptance sub-module is used for verifying the presence state, attendance information and task execution results of each outsourcing person and generating a service acceptance order of each outsourcing person;
the acceptance confirmation submodule is connected with the task acceptance submodule and is used for respectively sending the business acceptance orders of all outsourcing personnel to the management system and the project establishment management module of the human resource supplier corresponding to all outsourcing personnel, determining the supplier acceptance result and the project demander acceptance result of all outsourcing personnel, and determining the acceptance confirmation result of all outsourcing personnel based on the supplier acceptance result and the project demander acceptance result;
and the settlement confirming submodule is connected with the acceptance confirming submodule and is used for generating the expense settlement information of each outsourcing person based on the acceptance confirming result of each outsourcing person and the expense budget information.
7. Outsourcing personnel management system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the standing management module is further configured to:
determining the staff requirement information of the current project based on the project development information of a plurality of historical projects, the outsourcing staff number and the outsourcing staff skill type of each historical project and the project development information of the current project.
8. An outsourcing personnel management method applied to the outsourcing personnel management system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
receiving project development information of a current project sent by a client and staffing information of a plurality of suppliers;
inputting the project development information and the personnel allocation information of the plurality of suppliers into the outsourcing personnel management system, and determining a plurality of outsourcing personnel meeting the current project requirement and cost settlement information of each outsourcing personnel;
and returning the plurality of outsourcing personnel and the expense settlement information of each outsourcing personnel to the client.
9. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implementing the outsourcing personnel management method according to claim 8.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the outsourcer personnel management method of claim 8 when executing the program.
