The working principle is as follows: firstly, when the device is used, the clamping seat 4 is unfolded, a servo motor I8 in a clamping seat control assembly drives a fixed shaft 21 to rotate in the forward direction, a movable sliding ring 25 can be driven to move towards the clamping seat 4, the movable sliding ring 25 can push a spring I22 to move towards the clamping seat 4, the spring I22 can push a movable plate 20 towards the clamping seat 4, then the movable plate 20 pushes the clamping seat 4 to unfold, then the unfolded clamping seat 4 is arranged on the surface of a metal rod to be detected, meanwhile, a metal polishing layer 11 can be attached to the surface of the metal rod to be detected, at the moment, the clamping seat 4 needs to be controlled to be closed, the servo motor I8 drives the fixed shaft 21 to rotate in the reverse direction, the movable sliding ring 25 can move into an annular groove 24 along a sliding groove 23, the movable sliding ring 25 can rotate inside the annular groove 24, and thus the movable sliding ring 25 drives the movable plate 20 to move towards a connecting seat 3 through the spring I22, then the moving plate 20 drives the clamping seat 4 to close, then the sliding block 6 is driven to rotate by the servo motor II 26, the sliding block 6 can rotate along the direction of the slide way 10, then the sliding block 6 drives the fixed plate 12 and the metal polishing layer 11 to polish impurities on the surface of the metal rod to be detected, meanwhile, the surface of the metal polishing layer 11 can be polished flat, then, the pressure liquid in the liquid storage tank (not shown in the figure) can be led into the communicating cavity 502 through the conveying pump assembly 29, the piston 506 can be pushed to move when the pressure in the communicating cavity 502 and the movable cavity 503 is increased, the piston 506 can compress the spring II 505, the piston 506 pushes the clamping block 27 to move through the ejector rod 504, the clamping block 27 and the movable block 28 can be pushed to the surface of the metal rod to be detected, the whole device is fixed, and the situation that the device shakes during detection is avoided, the inspection work can be performed by the inspection machine main body 1 thereafter.
