In a further aspect of this embodiment, the surface of the display panel holder 300 is partially recessed to form a mounting groove 310, and the lamp housing 200 is disposed in the mounting groove 310.
Preferably, the surface of the lamp housing 200 facing the operation panel 100 is located at a region other than the light-transmitting protrusion 210, and is flush with a region of the surface of the display panel supporter 300 located outside the mounting groove 310.
In the above-mentioned solution, the upper surface of the display panel holder 300 is partially recessed to form the mounting groove 310, which is advantageous for positioning when the lamp housing 200 is mounted. After the lamp shade 200 is installed on the display panel support 300, the surface of the lamp shade 200 and the display panel support 300 are flush, when the operation panel 100 is further installed, the lamp shade 200 and the display panel support 300 support the operation panel 100 together, and the phenomenon that the middle area of the operation panel 100 is partially suspended to cause the structure of the display device to be unstable or the suspended part below the operation panel 100 is easily damaged by external force is avoided.
Further, one side of the mounting groove 310 is opened, and the lamp housing 200 is inserted into/drawn out of the mounting groove 310 through the opening. Since the lamp cover 200 is installed on the display panel supporter 300 in a drawing manner, the display panel supporter 300 cannot have a protrusion on the surface thereof, and the light blocking rib 110 can be only fixedly installed on the operation panel 100.
Preferably, the operation panel 100 is integrally formed with the light blocking rib 110. The subsequent manufacturing process of fixing the light blocking rib 110 on the operation panel 100 is omitted, and meanwhile, the position of the light blocking rib 110 on the operation panel 100 is more accurate, so that the processing difficulty of the operation panel 100 is reduced, and the manufacturing process is reduced.
In this embodiment, the height of the light blocking rib 110 is the same as the thickness of the portion of the lamp cover 200 between the two light-transmitting protrusions 210, as shown in fig. 6, when the light blocking rib 110 is inserted into the isolation hole 220, it is flush with the surface of the lamp cover 200 facing away from the operation panel 100. Thus, the lamp cover 200 is attached to the display panel bracket 300, and the light blocking rib 110 abuts against the display panel bracket 300.
In the present embodiment, the specific assembly structure of the lamp housing 200 and the display panel holder 300 is as follows.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the open both sides of the mounting groove 310 are provided with insertion grooves 311 extending along the insertion/extraction direction of the lamp housing 200, the lamp housing 200 is provided with insertion parts 230, and the insertion parts 230 are inserted into the insertion grooves 311 to realize the connection between the lamp housing 200 and the display panel bracket 300.
The left and right side surfaces of the mounting groove 310 are provided with insertion grooves 311, and the lower sides of the insertion grooves 311 are flush with the bottom surface of the mounting groove 310. The left side and the right side of the lamp cover 200 are respectively provided with the inserting parts 230, and the thickness of the inserting parts 230 is smaller than that of the middle area of the lamp cover 200. The insertion part 230 is inserted into the insertion groove 311, and is held and limited by the upper and lower side surfaces of the insertion groove 311, and the lamp housing 200 cannot be removed from the upper side of the mounting groove 310, thereby being fixed to the display panel bracket 300. No additional fixing is required between the lamp housing 200 and the display panel holder 300, and when the display lamp in the lamp slot 301 is out of order, the lamp housing 200 is easily removed from the display panel holder 300, so that the display lamp in the lamp slot 301 can be replaced.
The display device of the present embodiment is a display device using a key touch, and a plurality of keys 303 are further disposed on the display panel holder 300. The operation panel 100 is provided with a plurality of key holes 102 corresponding to the keys 303 one by one, and the keys 303 are installed in the key holes 102 in a matching manner, and are flush with the upper surface of the operation panel 100 or slightly higher than the upper surface of the operation panel 100.
The display device of the embodiment further includes a potting box 400 disposed below the display panel bracket 300, and the display panel bracket 300 is installed in the potting box 400 and is fixedly connected to the potting box 400. The display panel support 300 is provided with a control circuit board, display lamps in the lamp grooves 301, and keys 303 on the display panel support 300 are all connected with the control circuit board, and the control circuit board is also connected with a power supply line and/or a signal transmission line. When the display panel bracket 300 is installed in the potting box 400, the control circuit board is located inside the potting box 400, and sealant is injected into the potting box 400 for sealing, so that particularly when the display device is used for washing equipment such as a washing machine and a dishwasher, the damage of an internal circuit caused by water seepage of the potting box 400 can be prevented.
In the display device of the embodiment, the light blocking ribs 110 are disposed between the operation panel 100 and the display panel holder 300, and the light blocking ribs 110 block the light emitted from each light trough 301 in the range of the corresponding display area 103, so as to prevent crosstalk interference from occurring in the display device, which causes the adjacent display areas 103 to be illuminated. The through hole 101 for light transmission on the operation panel 100 is filled by the arrangement of the lamp cover 200, so that the disk film can be smoothly adhered to the upper surface of the operation panel 100 without collapsing. The lamp cover 200 is installed on the display panel bracket 300 in a drawing mode, so that the installation and disassembly operations are simple, the display device is convenient to maintain, and especially, the lamp cover 200 is taken down to replace the display lamp when the display lamp fails.
Example two
The embodiment provides a washing machine, which comprises the display device in the first embodiment.
Specifically, a connecting groove for mounting a display device is formed in a box body of the washing machine, and the display device is fixedly connected with the connecting groove. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the glue filling box 400 is fixed to the connection groove by clamping, screwing, or gluing. The power supply line and the signal transmission line extend out from the potting box 400, wherein the power supply line is connected with the power line of the washing machine, and the signal transmission line is connected with the control system of the washing machine.
The washing machine of the embodiment comprises the display device with the light blocking structure, and crosstalk interference of different display areas can be avoided in the display process. In the working process of the washing machine, even if the distance between the user and the washing machine is long, the illuminated display area can be accurately identified, and the user can accurately know the working state of the washing machine.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A display device comprises a display panel bracket and an operation panel, and is characterized in that the display panel bracket is provided with a plurality of lamp slots, and each lamp slot is internally provided with a display lamp which can be independently lightened; the operation panel is arranged on the display panel bracket and is provided with a plurality of display areas corresponding to the lamp grooves;
the display device further includes a light blocking structure disposed between the operation panel and the display panel support, the light blocking structure being located between adjacent display regions.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein the light blocking structure is a light blocking rib formed to extend from a surface of the operation panel toward the panel holder, an extending end of the light blocking rib abutting against the panel holder between the adjacent lamp wells;
or the light blocking structure is a light blocking rib formed by extending from the surface of the display panel support to the operation panel, and the extending end of the light blocking rib is abutted to the operation panel between the adjacent display areas.

The display device according to claim 2, wherein each display region of the operation panel is provided with a through hole, and the display device further comprises a lamp shade mounted on the display panel support; the lampshade is provided with light-transmitting bulges which are arranged corresponding to the plurality of display areas, and the light-transmitting bulges are arranged in the through holes in a matching manner; the lamp shade is provided with an isolation hole, and the light blocking rib penetrates through the isolation hole;
preferably, the surface of the light-transmitting protrusion is flush with the surface of the operation panel.
4. The display device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lamp housing has an extension length and a width, the light-transmissive protrusions are arranged in at least two rows along the length of the lamp housing and in at least two columns along the width of the lamp housing;
the isolation holes comprise first isolation holes arranged between two adjacent columns of light-transmitting protrusions and second isolation holes arranged between two adjacent rows of light-transmitting protrusions; the first isolation hole is not communicated with the second isolation hole;
the light blocking ribs comprise first light blocking ribs penetrating through the first isolation holes and second light blocking ribs penetrating through the second isolation holes.
5. The display device according to claim 4, wherein the first isolation holes between two adjacent columns of the light-transmitting protrusions are communicated with each other, and the end of the second isolation hole is spaced from the adjacent first isolation hole;
or the second isolation holes between two adjacent rows of light-transmitting bulges are communicated with each other, and the end part of the first isolation hole is arranged at intervals with the adjacent second isolation hole.
6. The display device according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the lamp cover is attached to a surface of the display panel holder opposite to the display panel holder;
preferably, the light-transmitting protrusions and the lamp slots are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
7. The display device according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein a surface of the display panel holder is partially recessed to form a mounting groove in which the lamp cover is disposed;
preferably, the surface of the lamp shade facing the operation panel is located at a region outside the light-transmitting protrusion, and is flush with a region of the surface of the display panel bracket located outside the mounting groove.
8. The display device according to claim 7, wherein one side of the mounting groove is open, and the lamp cover is inserted/drawn into/out of the mounting groove through the opening; the light blocking rib is fixedly arranged on the operation panel;
preferably, the operation panel is integrally formed with the light blocking rib.
9. The display device according to claim 8, wherein the open both sides of the mounting groove have insertion grooves extending in a lamp cover insertion/extraction direction, and the lamp cover has insertion portions inserted in the insertion grooves.
10. A washing machine characterized by comprising the display device of any one of claims 1-9.
