the noctilucent layer is prepared from noctilucent master batches and polyethylene according to a proportion, wherein the noctilucent master batches account for 30-60% by mass, and the polyethylene accounts for 40-70% by mass;
the polyethylene layer is prepared from 67-84% by mass of polyethylene, 15-30% by mass of calcium carbonate and 1-3% by mass of color master;
the noctilucent master batch comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 42-62% of polyethylene, 0.3-1% of dispersant, 0.1-2% of antioxidant, 0.5-5% of heat stabilizer and 30-50% of noctilucent powder;
the color master batch comprises the following components: 55-65% of polyethylene, 30-40% of titanium dioxide and 3-5% of stearate.
2. A luminous sticker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the luminous layer is made of luminous master batch and polyethylene according to a ratio of 1: 1, and the mass fraction of the noctilucent master batch and the mass fraction of the polyethylene are respectively 50%.
3. A method for making a luminous sticker as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that: the manufacturing method of the luminous paste comprises the following steps;
s1, metering and feeding according to a preset component ratio to form a mixture;
s2, stirring the mixture, extruding the mixture layer by layer from an extrusion screw of a casting machine, and enabling the mixture to flow out from a die head of the casting machine through a distributor;
s3, cooling, shaping and rolling after pressing the roller;
s4, coating a layer of pressure sensitive adhesive on the bottom surface of the release paper by a coating machine, and then transferring and printing the pressure sensitive adhesive on the roll film;
and S5, winding and cutting the rolled film into required specifications.
