As an alternative solution of the present application, other water-soluble organic solvents may be added to the pigment ink, for example, glycerin, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-glycerin, 1, 2-propanediol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, 2, 3-butanediol, 1, 4-butanediol, and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, and the above solvents may be added to the pigment ink to improve the dispersion stability of the pigment in the ink, and it is understood that the above solvents may be used singly or in combination of two or more.
Preferably, glycerin is added to the pigment ink in a mass ratio of 5% to 15% in the pigment ink, specifically 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, 12% and 15%, but the present application is not limited to the recited values, and other non-recited values in the range are equally applicable. 3. The pigment ink according to claim 2, wherein the water-soluble organic solvent comprises glycerin, and the mass ratio of the glycerin in the pigment ink is 5% -15%.
4. The aqueous pigment ink of claim 1, wherein the pigment comprises a black organic pigment.
5. The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 1, further comprising a surfactant, wherein the mass ratio of the surfactant in the pigment ink is 0.1% -0.5%.
6. The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 5, wherein the surfactant comprises at least one of a polysiloxane-based compound including an organic modified polysiloxane-based surfactant and a polyether modified siloxane-based surfactant and a surfactant containing an acetylene glycol group.
7. The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 1, further comprising a resin, wherein the mass ratio of the resin in the pigment ink is 1% -10%.
8. The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 7, wherein the resin comprises at least one of polyurethane-based resin, acrylic resin, styrene-acrylic resin, and polyester-based resin.
9. The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 1, further comprising a preservative, wherein the preservative accounts for 0.1% -1% of the pigment ink by mass.
10. The aqueous pigment ink according to claim 1, wherein the pigment ink has a surface tension of 25mN/m to 40mN/m.
