Description

Water-based dye ink and application thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to ink, in particular to water-based dye ink and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of printing.
Background
Inkjet printing has the characteristics of being easy to miniaturize, accelerate and colorize, and also has the characteristics of being silent and quiet, and the like, and is rapidly developed in recent years, and the application field is continuously expanded, and the application of the inkjet printing technology is expanded from the simple printing field to the advanced fields of electronic manufacturing, life science and the like. As inkjet printing is more widely used, more users with different demands are added to the inkjet user group, and thus, higher demands are made on inks to which the inkjet printing apparatus is adapted.
The inkjet ink suitable for inkjet printing can be divided into dye ink and pigment ink, wherein the colorant of the dye ink is a dye dissolved in water or an organic solvent, and dye molecules are completely dissolved in the solution, so that a wide color gamut can be maintained, and rich and bright colors and excellent and superior image quality can be realized; the pigment ink is an aggregate of molecules, and the colorant of the pigment ink is a water-insoluble pigment suspended in water by a dispersant, and can provide vivid and bright colors, clear and sharp black, and excellent durability. For the general users, the use cost of pigment ink is high, and they prefer to use dye ink which is economical. In the prior art, most of original ink in an original ink box for ink-jet printing is pigment ink, and after the original pigment ink in a newly purchased printer is used up, economic and practical dye ink is continuously filled in the ink box, so that a lot of use cost can be saved, but because the compatibility of the dye ink and the pigment ink in the original ink box is poor, the phenomenon of nozzle blockage easily occurs after long-time standby; or after the dye ink and the pigment ink in the original ink box are mixed for use, the incompatible situations such as white and black lack of printing, fuzzy handwriting and the like are easy to occur in the printing process. Therefore, it is highly desirable to provide a dye ink that can improve compatibility with the original pigment ink.

In some embodiments of the present application, there is provided a method of preparing an aqueous dye ink, comprising: uniformly mixing the dye, the dispersion stabilizer, the surfactant, the solvent, the functional assistant and water according to the weight percentage to obtain the water-based dye ink.
The preparation method of the water-based dye ink is characterized by uniformly mixing the components with proper content, simple process, easy operation and suitability for industrial mass production.
In some embodiments of the present application, there is also provided a use of an aqueous dye ink in ink jet printing. Particularly, when the aqueous dye ink is applied, the aqueous dye ink can be mixed with original ink-jet pigment ink for use.
When the water-based dye ink is used for ink-jet printing, the pigment in the pigment ink can be dispersed and stabilized, and the pigment of the pigment ink is prevented from being coagulated and layered; therefore, the dye ink and the pigment ink have excellent compatibility, and when the two inks are mixed and print and do not block the nozzle or the printer is in a standby state for a long time, the ink in the nozzle is kept not to block the nozzle; meanwhile, the ink is good in fluency, and the service life of the printing nozzle can be further prolonged compared with other inks.
