Abstract
The invention relates to a production process of a novel calcium hydroxide blender, which is prepared according to the following steps: (1) crushing the stones in a crusher to obtain smaller stone fragments; (2) placing the stone fragments into a lime rotary kiln for calcining to obtain quick lime, wherein the calcining temperature is kept above 1100 ℃, and the burning duration is four hours; (3) putting quicklime into a hydration reactor for full reaction to obtain calcium hydroxide; (4) putting the calcium hydroxide into a 20-mesh vibrating screen for vibration filtration to remove impurities in the calcium hydroxide; (5) drying the calcium hydroxide with impurities removed in a dryer; (6) and (3) putting the dried calcium hydroxide into a grinder to grind. The invention has the advantages that: the calcium hydroxide has good quality and high production efficiency.
