Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a chassis structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a frame 10, a fuel cell engine 20, a power battery 21, a hydrogen storage device 30, and a heat dissipation assembly.
Frame 10 extends lengthwise in a first direction, and the two relatively bulky components, fuel cell engine 20 and power cell 21, are mounted to frame 10 at intervals in the first direction, since the two components, fuel cell engine 20 and power cell 21, occupy most of the space on frame 10. For this reason, the hydrogen storage member 30, which is also large in volume, is mounted on the side of the frame 10, so that the hydrogen storage member 30 does not occupy the installation space of the fuel cell engine 20.
Further, the hydrogen storage member 30 is installed on the side of the frame 10, so that the vehicle can simultaneously carry two hydrogen storage pipes, and the two hydrogen storage pipes are respectively located on two opposite sides of the frame 10 in the first direction, so that the vehicle can carry more hydrogen storage pipes, and the driving range of the vehicle can be increased.
The heat dissipation assembly is used for dissipating heat of the fuel cell engine 20, the power cell 21 and the motor for driving the vehicle to run, and in order to ensure the heat dissipation effect of the heat dissipation assembly, the heat dissipation assembly comprises a fuel cell radiator 40, a power cell radiator 41 and a motor radiator 42 which are all mounted on the frame 10, so that the fuel cell engine, the power cell 21 and the motor are separately dissipated through the fuel cell radiator 40, the power cell radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42.
Because the heat dissipation requirement of the fuel cell engine 20 is large, the fuel cell radiator 40 is installed on the side of the fuel cell engine 20 away from the power battery 21, so that natural wind generated when the vehicle normally runs can sequentially pass through the fuel cell radiator 40, the fuel cell engine 20 and the power battery 21, and the natural wind can take away heat of the fuel cell radiator 40 when passing through the fuel cell radiator 40, so as to cool the fuel cell radiator 40. And natural wind preferentially passes through the fuel cell radiator 40, so that the heat dissipation effect of the fuel cell radiator 40 can be improved, and the heat dissipation effect of the fuel cell radiator 40 on the fuel cell engine 20 can be further improved.
Further, in order to ensure the heat dissipation effect of the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42, the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42 are respectively mounted on two opposite sides of the frame 10 in the first direction. In this way, the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42 have sufficient space for heat dissipation and are not blocked by other components of the vehicle. In addition, the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42 both adopt a fan and condenser mode for heat dissipation, and the power battery 21 and the motor radiator 42 are installed on two sides of the frame 10, so that hot air blown out by the fan can be directly discharged out of the vehicle, and the heat dissipation effect of the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42 is improved.
Above-mentioned chassis structure installs great fuel cell engine 20 of volume and power battery 21 on frame 10 to install the great hydrogen storage tank of same volume on frame 10 both sides relative in the first direction, make the installation of hydrogen storage tank, fuel cell engine 20 and power battery 21 can not occupy the arrangement space of packing box, improve the space utilization of packing box, can also reduce the vehicle center simultaneously, improve the security of vehicle. Furthermore, the chassis structure adopts three sets of cooling systems to respectively meet the heat dissipation requirements of the fuel cell engine 20, the power cell 21 and the motor by arranging the fuel cell radiator 40, the power cell radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42, so that the heat dissipation effect is better.
Specifically to the embodiment of fig. 2, the first direction is a left-right direction.
In the embodiment of the invention, the frame 10 comprises two longitudinal beams 11 which extend lengthwise along a first direction, the two longitudinal beams 11 are arranged at intervals along a second direction, and the fuel cell engine 20, the power cell 21 and the fuel cell radiator 40 are respectively and fixedly connected with the two cross beams 12, so that the fuel cell engine 20, the power cell 21 and the fuel cell radiator 40 are arranged at the middle position of the frame 10, and the spaces at the two sides of the frame 10 can be used for installing the hydrogen storage part 30, the motor radiator 42 and the power cell radiator 41.
Specifically, the hydrogen storage member 30, the motor radiator 42, and the power cell radiator 41 are respectively mounted on one of the side members 11 so as to avoid interference with the fuel cell engine 20 and the power cell 21. Wherein, power battery radiator 41 and motor radiator 42 all install on the one side that deviates from another longeron 11 corresponding longeron 11 to make power battery radiator 41 and motor radiator 42 all can be towards the heat dissipation of the one side that deviates from longeron 11, in order to improve power battery radiator 41 and motor radiator 42's radiating efficiency. Further, two hydrogen storage members 30 are also mounted on the two side members 11, and each hydrogen storage member 30 is mounted on a side of the side member 11 facing away from the other side member 11 such that the two hydrogen storage members 30 are located on both sides of the vehicle frame 10.
In some embodiments, the chassis structure further includes two wheel assemblies 22, and the two wheel assemblies 22 are disposed on the frame 10 and spaced apart along the first direction. One of the wheel assemblies 22 includes two front wheels 23 disposed on opposite sides of the frame 10, the two front wheels 23 being connected by an electric drive axle mounted on the frame 10. The other wheel assembly 22 includes two rear wheels 24 disposed on opposite sides of the frame 10, the two rear wheels 24 being connected by an electric drive axle mounted to the frame 10.
In which the hydrogen storage member 30 is disposed between two wheel assemblies 22, that is, between the front and rear wheels 23 and 24, in order to enable the vehicle to mount the hydrogen storage member 30 of a larger capacity. In actual use, the front wheels 23 and the rear wheels 24 divide the lateral space of the frame 10 into three parts, namely a first part, a second part and a third part, wherein the first part is required to be used for installing the cab 100, and the rear wheels 24 are required to be close to the tail part of the vehicle to ensure the stability of the chassis structure, so that the third part has smaller space. It can be seen that, among the three portions, the space of the second portion is the largest, and for this reason, installing the hydrogen storage member 30 in the second portion, i.e., between the front wheel 23 and the rear wheel 24, enables the hydrogen storage member 30 having a large volume to be also installed on the frame 10, and directly improves the driving range of the vehicle by installing the hydrogen storage member 30 having a large volume.
Further, in order to allow the space between the front wheel 23 and the rear wheel 24 to be entirely used for mounting the hydrogen storage members 30, both the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42 are mounted on the side of one of the wheel assemblies 22 facing away from the other wheel assembly 22, that is, both the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42 are located in the first portion or the third portion, which is inconvenient for mounting the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42 due to the fact that the vehicle needs to mount a foot board or the like on the first portion during actual use. For this reason, the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42 may be installed in the third portion, so that the installation of the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42 does not occupy the installation space of the hydrogen storage member 30, and also has a good heat dissipation effect.
Further, the chassis structure still includes the all-in-one controller 31 of installing on frame 10, and all-in-one controller 31 refers to and integrates electrical equipment such as high voltage distribution box, motor controller together, because the circuit on the all-in-one controller 31 is more, therefore often need overhaul all-in-one controller 31. For this reason, the all-in-one controller 31 is installed between the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42, and since the motor radiator 42 and the power battery radiator 41 are close to the rear of the vehicle, the all-in-one controller 31 is also installed at the rear of the vehicle, so that the maintenance personnel can conveniently overhaul the all-in-one controller 31.
More closely, because motor radiator 42 and power battery radiator 41 install on two longerons 11, so alright with unifying controller 31 more and install between two longerons 11 for the installation of unifying controller 31 more does not occupy the installation space of other parts, also can make the chassis structure compacter simultaneously, and space utilization is higher.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 and 4, each of the power battery radiator 41 and the motor radiator 42 includes a radiator body 43 and a bracket assembly 44, the radiator body 43 is mounted on the frame 10 through the bracket assembly 44, and compared with the case that the radiator body 43 is directly mounted on the frame 10, the radiator body 43 is mounted through the bracket assembly 44, so that the radiator body 43 can be mounted more flexibly, and the bracket assembly 44 can also have a shock absorption effect on the radiator body 43.
Specifically, the bracket assembly 44 includes a bracket 45 and a stay 46, one end of the bracket 45 is connected to the radiator body 43, and the other end is connected to the vehicle frame 10, the weight of the radiator body 43 is borne by the bracket 45, and the radiator body 43 is suspended on one side of the vehicle frame 10, so as to improve the heat dissipation effect of the radiator body 43 by means of suspension.
Further, the one end of vaulting pole 46 links to each other with radiator body 43, and the other end links to each other with bracket 45 or frame 10, and the buffering through vaulting pole 46 can restrict radiator body 43's swing to play the absorbing effect to radiator body 43, so, vaulting pole 46 cooperation bracket 45 not only can guarantee radiator body 43's installation fastness, also can play good shock attenuation effect to radiator body 43 simultaneously.
In some embodiments, the frame 10 further includes a plurality of cross members 12 spaced apart along the first direction, and each cross member 12 is connected at both ends to two of the side members 11. Since the power battery 21 is also installed between the two longitudinal beams 11, in order to avoid interference of the cross beams 12 with the installation of the power battery 21, the power battery 21 is installed between two of the cross beams 12.
In the embodiment, the chassis structure further includes a battery 32, an air cleaner 33, and a controller, and the battery 32, the air cleaner 33, and the controller are all mounted on one of the cross beams 12.
