the inner ring and the outer ring of the eccentric wheel 3 are respectively provided with a fastening hole and an adjusting hole, and the fastening hole of the inner ring is internally connected with an adjusting nut 9 for abutting against a thrust bearing 10; the adjusting holes of the outer ring are formed by arranging a plurality of waist-shaped holes in a row circumferentially, the fastening bolts in the waist-shaped holes are loosened, then the eccentric wheel 3 is rotated to adjust the gap, and the adjusting is completed and then the adjusting is fastened.
