the first connecting piece 21 is driven by the second driving piece 20 to rotate towards the workpiece 6 to be welded, so that the first pressing piece 22 is driven by the first connecting piece 21 to synchronously rotate, and the first mounting part 60 of the workpiece to be welded is pressed and fixed by the first pressing piece 22; meanwhile, the third driving part 23 drives the first pressing part 22 to rotate towards the workpiece 6 to be welded, and further the third driving part 23 drives the first pressing part 22 to move towards the workpiece 6 to be welded, and the second pressing part 24 is used for pressing and fixing the second mounting part 61 of the workpiece to be welded;
the fourth driving part 30 drives the second connecting part 31 to rotate towards the workpiece 6 to be welded, and then the second connecting part 31 drives the pressing part to synchronously rotate, and the pressing part is used for pressing the fastening part 62 of the workpiece to be welded;
the welding robot 1 drives the welding part 11 to move along the welding working track set by an operator, and then drives the welding head 12 to synchronously move through the welding part 11, and simultaneously drives the welding part 11 to move along the welding telescopic track set by the operator through the first driving part 10, and drives the welding head 12 to synchronously move through the welding frame, so that the workpiece 6 to be welded is welded through the welding head 12.
By adopting the technical scheme, the first pressing piece 22 and the second pressing piece 24 are utilized to automatically press and fix the side end of the workpiece 6 to be welded, and meanwhile, the pressing piece is utilized to automatically press and fix the middle part of the workpiece 6 to be welded, so that the workpiece is prevented from shaking during welding to cause welding spot deviation, namely wrong welding is prevented; the positions and the heights of the first pressing piece 22, the second pressing piece 24 and the pressing pieces are arranged according to the outline of the workpiece 6 to be welded, and the workpiece 6 to be welded can be pressed and fixed in multiple directions through automatic setting, so that the indentation depth of a welding spot can be ensured to meet the standard; through the matching of the welding robot 1 and the welding part 11, the welding position of the welding spot can be accurately found for welding, and the problems of wrong welding spot beating, excessive welding spot beating and incapability of controlling the welding depth are prevented; through the arrangement, the welding efficiency can be improved.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the weldment 11 includes a first mounting base 110, a slide rail 111, and a second mounting base 112;
the first mounting seat 110 is mounted on the welding robot operating end 13, the slide rail 111 is mounted on the first mounting seat 110, and the first driving member 10 is mounted on the first mounting seat 110;
one end of the second mounting base 112 is provided with a sliding block 113, the second mounting base 112 is slidably connected with the sliding rail 111 through the sliding block 113, and the other end of the second mounting base 112 is fixedly connected with the welding head 12 to be welded.
By adopting the technical scheme, the arrangement of the slide rail 111 can improve the stability of the telescopic movement of the welding head 12 and reduce the deviation generated by the movement of the welding head 12.

Referring to fig. 1-2, fig. 14 shows that the second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that:
in this embodiment, the first mounting seat 110 of the welding part 11 is provided with a guide hole 114, the slide rail 111 of the welding rack is replaced with a guide rod 115, and the welding part 11 further includes a buffer 116;
as shown in fig. 14, the first mounting seat 110 is fixedly connected to the operation end 13 of the welding robot and the first driving member 10; the guide rod 115 penetrates through the guide hole 114, one end of the guide rod 115 is fixedly connected with the second mounting seat 112, and the other end of the guide rod 115 is fixedly connected with the buffer 116; one end of the second mounting base 112 is fixedly connected to the guide rod 115 and the first driving member output end 100, respectively, and the other end of the second mounting base 112 is fixedly connected to the welding head 12 to be welded.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the second mounting base 112 is driven to move by the first driving part 10, the guide rod 115 and the welding head 12 to be welded are driven to move synchronously by the second mounting base 112, and then the guide rod 115 moves along the guide hole 114 of the first mounting base 110, so that the stability of the telescopic movement of the welding head 12 can be further improved, and the offset generated by the movement of the welding head 12 can be reduced.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 6 to fig. 13, the third embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that:
the first connecting piece 21 and the second connecting piece 31 have the same structure, and both comprise a first fixed seat 270, a first connecting rod 271, a second connecting rod 272 and a third connecting rod 273;
referring to fig. 8-9 and fig. 12-13, one end of the first link 271 is rotatably connected to the first fixing seat 270, and the other end of the first link 271 is rotatably connected to the second driving member output 200 or the fourth driving member output 300; one end of the second link 272 is rotatably connected to the first fixing seat 270, and the other end of the second link 272 is rotatably connected to the first pressing member 22 or the pressing member; one end of the third link 273 is rotatably connected to the second link 272, and the other end of the third link 273 is rotatably connected to the fourth driving member output end 300.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the second driving part 20 or the third driving part 23 drives the first connecting rod 271 to rotate along the first fixing seat 270, then the first connecting rod 271 drives the third connecting rod 273 to synchronously rotate, and then the third connecting rod 272 is driven to synchronously rotate along the first fixing seat 270 by the third two driving parts, so that the first pressing part 22 or the pressing part and the workpiece 6 to be welded are pressed or released; therefore, the rotation angle of the first pressing member 22 or the pressing member is increased, and the contact precision of the first pressing member 22 or the pressing member and the workpiece 6 to be welded is increased.
Referring to fig. 9, the first pressing member 22 includes a first transfer block 220, a first pressing arm 221, and a second pressing arm 222;
one end of the first transfer block 220 is fixedly connected to the second link 272 of the first press-fixing member 22, the other end of the first transfer block 220 is connected to the first press arm 221 and the second press arm 222, respectively, the first transfer block 220, the first press arm 221 and the second press arm 222 may be fixedly connected to each other, or may be integrally formed, and specifically set or adjusted by an operator according to production requirements and costs; the first pressing arm 221 and the second pressing arm 222 are provided with a first pressing rod 223.
By adopting the above technical scheme, through the first transfer block 220, the first pressure arm 221 and the second pressure arm 222, the contact area with the workpiece 6 to be welded can be increased, and the fixation of the workpiece 6 to be welded is further strengthened.
Referring to fig. 10-13, the second pressing member 24 and the pressing member are identical in structure and each includes a third pressing arm 280;
one end of the third pressure arm 280 is fixedly connected to the third driving member output end 230 or the second link 272 of the pressing member, and the other end of the third pressure arm 280 is provided with a second pressure rod 281.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the third pressing arm 280 and the second pressing rod 281 are matched to be attached to the surface of the workpiece 6 to be welded, so as to further strengthen the fixation of the workpiece 6 to be welded.
As shown in fig. 6-7, the pressing assembly further includes a fourth connecting seat 34, a quick clamp 35;
the fourth connecting seat 34 is installed on the welding tool 4 and located at two ends of the welding station 40, and the height and the angle of the quick clamp 35 are adjusted by adjusting the height and the angle of the fourth connecting seat 34, wherein the height and the angle of the fourth connecting seat 34 are specifically set or adjusted by an operator according to actual production requirements and cost; the rapid clamp 35 is installed on the fourth connecting seat 34, and one end of the rapid clamp is fixedly connected with the fourth connecting seat 34, and the other end of the rapid clamp is abutted against the workpiece 6 to be welded.
Adopt above-mentioned technical scheme, through the setting of active grab 35, can compress tightly the both ends of treating welded work piece 6, when preventing the welding, treat that welded work piece 6 upwarps and influence welding effect.
Example four
Referring to fig. 1 to 17, the fourth embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, the second embodiment or the third embodiment, except that the present invention further provides a press-fixing type welding system for a sink panel of an automobile, which includes a press-fixing type welding device for a sink panel of an automobile, and further includes a workbench 5, where the workbench 5 includes:
a plurality of fifth driving pieces 50, which are arranged in the workbench 5;
the tool fixing piece 51 is rotationally connected with the output end 500 of the fifth driving piece;
the guide part 52 comprises a connecting shaft 520 and a bearing 521, the connecting shaft 520 is mounted on the workbench 5, and the bearing 521 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 520 and is rotatably connected with the connecting shaft 520;
and a stopper 53 mounted on the table stopper end 54 and protruding from the table 5 at least partially in the height direction.
Referring to fig. 16, the tool fixing member 51 includes a second fixing seat 510, a pressing block 511, and a hinge 512;
the second fixing seat 510 is mounted on the workbench 5 and is fixedly connected with the workbench 5; one end of the pressing block 511 is rotatably connected with the output end 500 of the fifth driving piece, and the other end of the pressing block 511 abuts against the welding tool 4 to be fixed; one end of the hinge 512 is rotatably connected to the second fixing base 510, and the other end of the hinge 512 is rotatably connected to the pressing block 511.
The bearing 521 is a rolling bearing, including but not limited to a roller bearing and a ball bearing, and specifically, the size, number and installation position of the bearing 521 are set or adjusted by an operator according to actual production requirements and cost.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the welding tool 4 is arranged on the workbench 5, the welding tool 4 moves along the direction from the bearing 521 to the limiting part 53, and the welding tool 4 is guided to move by the bearing 521, so that the problem of deviation when the welding tool 4 moves is avoided; after welding frock 4 and locating part 53 support, rotate to welding frock 4 along hinge 512 through fifth driving piece 50 drive briquetting 511 will welding frock 4 is fixed, and then through fixing welding frock 4, when avoiding welding, welding frock 4 produces and rocks, influences the welding effect.

Referring to fig. 1 to 17, a fifth embodiment is substantially the same as the fourth embodiment, except that the present invention further provides a press-fixing type welding method for a sink panel of an automobile, which uses a press-fixing type welding system for a sink panel of an automobile, the method comprising the following steps:
step S1: fixing the welding tool 4;
step S2: rotating the first press-fixing member 22 toward the first mounting portion 60 of the workpiece to be welded to fix the first mounting portion 60 of the workpiece to be welded, and simultaneously rotating the second press-fixing member 24 toward the second mounting portion 61 of the workpiece to be welded to fix the second mounting portion 61 of the workpiece to be welded;
and step S3: rotating the pressing member toward the workpiece fastening portion 62 to be welded to press the workpiece 6 to be welded;
and step S4: and (3) moving the operation end 13 of the welding robot along a first preset machining track, and simultaneously moving the welding part 11 along a second preset machining track to weld the workpieces 6 to be welded.
In step S1, after the welding fixture 4 to be fixed is placed on the workbench 5, the welding fixture 4 is pushed to move along the bearing 521 of the workbench 5 toward the direction of the limiting member 53, so that the welding fixture 4 abuts against the limiting member 53, and after the welding fixture 4 abuts against the limiting member 53, the fifth driving member 50 drives the pressing block 511 to move along the hinge 512 toward the welding fixture 4, so that the welding fixture 4 is fixed on the workbench 5.
In step S2, the second driving element 20 drives the first connecting element 21 to rotate towards the welding station 40, and then the first connecting element 21 drives the first pressing element 22 to synchronously rotate, so as to fix the first installation part to be welded, which is placed on the welding station 40; meanwhile, the third driving member 23 drives the second pressing member 24 to rotate towards the welding station 40, and the third driving member 23 drives the second pressing member 24 to move towards the welding station 40, so that the second mounting portion 61 of the workpiece to be welded is fixed.
In step S3, after the first mounting portion 60 and the second mounting portion 61 of the workpiece to be welded are fixed, the fourth driving member 30 drives the second connecting member 31 to guide the workpiece 6 to be welded to rotate, and further drives the pressing member to rotate synchronously via the second connecting member 31, so as to fix the fastening portion of the station to be welded, which is placed at the welding station 40, and thus press the workpiece 6 to be welded.
In step S4, the welding robot 1 drives the operation end to move along a first preset processing track, the welding robot 1 drives the welding part 11 to move synchronously, meanwhile, the first driving part 10 drives the welding part 11 to move along a second preset processing track, the welding part 11 drives the welding head 12 to move along the first preset processing track and the second preset processing track, and the workpiece 6 to be welded is welded;
